Best Outlet Installation in Seattle WA
Super efficient! Will did a great job responding quickly to our query on Yelp and made himself available the next day. Sent him a picture (via text - couldn't make that work on Yelp) to help him scope out the small project. Very fair pricing and did a great job fixing the issue! Thanks, Will!

Unreliable and inefficient. I used them once and they didn't an decent job but didn't finish all of the tasks (their time estimate was 100% off). When the second visit was scheduled to finish the work, they didn't show. When I inquired, I got a response about running late. Then 20 min later (3 hours after the appointment time), they send me a robo text to say that the fixer isn't coming at all. They only offered me a $15 credit and put me in a huge crunch, since it's Friday and I have tenants moving in on Sunday.

We hired Seatown to replace knob and tube wiring in our house. We had technicians Phil and Chris. They were so great to work with! I felt comfortable knowing they put safety first and very experienced! They replaced all of our switches and outlets, and even installed all of the new light fixtures we bought! I wish I could hire them to do everything else we need done aside from electrical lol! I absolutely reccomend anyone who needs wiring done to call them first! Unfortunately we didnt and Seatown also had to fix that mistake. Now my house is up to code and safe for the first time ever!

Needed after hours help but up front about how long it would take to get here. Offered suggestions of others who would be more timely. Appreciated honesty. Thank you.

Hands down the best home repair service provider I have ever worked with! Our townhouse complex needed to replace a broken sump pump, right at the start of the rainy season. We checked in with a couple of plumbers for estimates and assessments. The folks at Southwest were timely, professional, and knowledgeable about our situation, and their pricing was competitive. They followed up the free on site review with a thank you note and phone call. When the time for repairs came, they were on time, proactive about finding the right information, thorough in the removal of the old pump and installing the new one, and left the site clean. I received more thanks from the Southwest team, and they seemed genuinely interested in our feedback.
I highly recommend Southwest for your plumbing needs. I will definitely call them first any time I have a plumbing need.

My furnace is old and coming into winter I needed a maintenance service so called Hunt's. They came out quick and did an inspection where I was told that the heat exchanger had a 'large hole' and it was unsafe to use. The tech showed me a picture (attached) and I was confused because the opening looks like it's supposed to be there. I asked if he was meaning the hairline horizontal fissures in the round opening? No. He meant that hole wasn't supposed to be there. I said thanks, paid them $175, and then called for a second opinion. The sales person from Hunts tried to pressure pitch me a $5k or $7500 new furnace. Immediately started offering 50% discounts if I took installation the next day, which I didn't.
Hunts is clearly a company with people on straight commission, or at least that's how they behave. Which is a bad deal for homeowners and for that I'd stay away. This almost was a $5000 mistake for this first time homeowner.
The second opinion confirmed for me (glendale heating) that there's nothing catastrophic about my furnace but it does simply need cleaning. And I'm missing a couple of screws now from the last guy. He had me take a carbon monoxide hand monitor to every vent in the house to check, and nothing was present. I'm now having my furnace maintemanced, (another $225), and will be calling Glendale next year for a new furnace.

Found out today that the jackholes who flipped my house before I bought it neglected to glue a wastewater drain fitting under the addition they had built, resulting in raw sewage in my crawlspace.
BRENT and JOSH were on time as promised, explained to me what had happened, and had me back to flushing with peace of mind in no time at all.
When I am in uncomfortable situation, I crack dad jokes. These guys were very professional, yet cognizant enough about establishing good rapport with their customers that they offered a casual humorous side that I very much appreciated.
They made me feel like I had a couple of friends who happen to be plumbing experts swing by my house to help me out.
Thanks again!

We had a clogged septic pipe and full tank recently and just based on A Advanced being $10 cheaper than the big local company, and the fact that they are locally owned, I decided to take a chance on them.
* The Dispatcher gave me a 2 hour window when I called which was great because I expected 4-6 hours like the cable company.
*The Tech (Damon) called 15 minutes before the earliest possible arrival time and let me know that he would be here in 45 minutes to an hour.
When he got to our home his first thought was how to preserve our lawn and property, which I assured him was not the major concern.
Once he had a look at our system, he agreed that we did need to have the tank pumped, but he also showed me how to find the inspection cover, and explained how to clean the filter (Every six months).
Although I was not looking to have service on my second tank, when asked; he took the time to listen to my concerns, looked under the lid (which took several more minutes to open), and was completely genuine when he said that I don't have anything that needs attention with that tank(its only holding laundry and a 1/2 bath) for a long time to come.
This is just a first impression, so I can't say if it's company culture or just a great Tech (Damon), but he was intelligent and thoughtful, is proud to work for A Advanced, was glad to give advice, and will be requested back here every time without a doubt!

I got a clogging situation at my house two days ago. As a first time home owner, I was really frantic and I was also short of time that day to do any research. Thus, I googled emergency plumbing and Beacon plumbing came up first in the search result so I called them to ask for the service. I asked them on the phone what's the quote or ballparking price for the service but they insisted that the plumber will me a quote when they got there and there would be a $75 fee for them to come out. They came and took a quick look at my house and the septic tank and said I had a mainline clogging issue. They said it'd cost a flat fee of $810 to fix that. I asked the on-site plumber if he can lower the fee and he said they only do a flat fee. Though I appreciated their quick response and dispatch to my house to assess the situation, what I find very shady and dissatisfying is that if the company only does a flat fee, why would they disclose that on the phone so I can evaluate my option. Had I known the flat fee was the only option, I wouldn't have asked them to come. It speaks a lot about what kind of customer service a company would provide.
I waited for the next day and called another plumbing company, Ally plumbing. They were very nice and professional. They dispatched people to come and fixed the issue for me on the day. Turned out my filter in the septic tank was clogged and they charged $250 plus tax for the service.
I wouldn't consider Beacon plumbing in the future and would highly recommend you'd do more research to avoid the same situation like me.

Made an appointment for an electrician to come to our house to install an electric outlet in the garage. They gave us a time frame of 2:00-3:00 PM for the electrician. He didn't arrive until 4:30, never calling to say he'd be late. The job took about 30 minutes and they charged us $450. The work was adequate but not great. After he left I found a couple screws laying on the garage floor, presumably dropped by him or his assistant.
I wouldn't use the company again. A couple years ago I had Black Hills install a heat pump and air blower at another house. When they left my house they left a gate to my backyard open and forgot to put a closet door back on that they had removed. My dog got out of my yard through the open gate but fortunately I found him down the street.
Not the way to run a business.
