Best Generator Repair in Seattle WA
Seatown was great to work with from start to finish. I asked Seatown to price out installing a new gas line from the existing meter to a location in the basement for a gas dryer. Dillon was our tech and he did a great job with the install. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and showed me that everything was running properly when he was done. It was also very easy to schedule the work and the pricing was competitive compared to other quotes received. I will definitely be calling Seatown for future needs. Thanks Seatown and Dillon!!!

My first 1 star review ever goes to Beacon Plumbing. Yes, I've never given a 1 star rating before - I'm very understanding with people and companies and I understand stuff happens, don't hold grudges as perhaps someone is having a bad day and trust in goodness. But all that could not save Beacon Plumbing from my 1 star review.
They charged me $1900 (before tax) for replacing my 50 gallon water heater. It turns out if I had gone with Home Depot, I would have saved $500 plus Home Depot would have filed with the city permit.
Ok, so a service that charges me more should at least provide great customer service right? Wrong. I called them 2 times the day after they had completed the work to file with the city permit. The office said call the plumber - the plumber said the office will call you back. I received no call despite making another call. It's clear they do not care about customers and do not understand customer service. I will never make this mistake again.
There are other Water Heater companies out there including Home Depot that can rush the heater to you. I should have known. I hope my review helps somebody.

Hello,
None of us like to think about our septic tanks and the function of draining them. However it is a necessary evil that has to be done. My tank has 2 compartments and one of the access caps is under a very low deck. I had a company out that flat out refused the job unless I built an access panel in the deck. The original company that had done the job in my earlier home ownership not longer really crawled under decks. Advanced came out and found the access in 15 minutes. They did the job the same day. Besides the deck issue, it was long overdue because of the above mentioned issues. Both gentleman who did the job were courteous and professional.
My cost was not that much greater than a recent job my son had done. His tank was only a single compartment and he dug out the trench to the access caps himself.
I am so relieved to have this obnoxious detail off my plate and grateful to Advanced Septic for taking it on.
I am sorry about the other party's review issues - but I am satisfied and please don't discount the whole company due to one bad review.
Sincerely,
C. Adamson of Puyallup

Called Beacon Plumbing to replace a broken PVC pipe. Not only did they replace it with another cheap PVC pipe (gave no other options) they charged over their quoted price by more than $200. I ended up paying over a $1000 for this simple fix. I'm convinced your looking for a quick money and not repeat customers. The time it took was less than an hour. $1000 an hour is ridiculous.

From start to finish great communication and quality products. Jason came out and bid the job, which wasn't easy, and worked with me of on options. Emailed a bid over quickly and Ames got on the schedule. Installers where very friendly, kind and experienced. We were delayed with electrical but nothing perfect for such high demand. Family is so very happy to have heat and AC and I am thrilled to not have a crazy electric bill anymore!

Hart's Plumbing was the second plumber we called to service our rental house. The first company came out to do a diagnostic evaluation, gave us a very expensive estimate, and then took several days to return our call to schedule an appointment. When I googled Hart's Plumbing and went to their website, the chat box came up and I was immediately met with someone who wanted to help remedy my problem. They quickly called me (on a Sunday) to schedule a non-emergent visit. Our schedules aligned for Ethan to come out today. We were sent a text message with his bio and a picture of him... how thoughtful! We knew when he would arrive and who he was. When he got there we were very impressed with his knowledge and his demeanor. He taught us a lot. He was honest, efficient, and had a great sense of humor. We've found our plumbing company that we will go to for any future needs. Thanks, Hart's Plumbing for a job well done. Thanks Ethan, it was so nice to meet you!

I can't speak to the quality of their work, but we had them come out to give us a quote for a complete repipe of our house. The person who came out made weird comments about how fancy our instruments were (we have a cello) and when we asked questions about some of our current pipes they gave us wrong answers (we asked these questions as a way of determining how knowledgeable/trustworthy they are). When it came to the quote, they gave us a quote for about $34,0000 pex, or about $50,000 copper. This is pretty crazy high, so we decided to go with someone else who did a great job and only cost about 13,000 for pex. They've since left multiple voicemails asking me to call back to discuss their insane quote and have been sending unsolicited spam emails. Since they don't take my non-response as enough of an answer, I decided to write this review.

Dave explained all little part about replacing furnace and hot water tank. He had all the options ready to sell me. I could tell that he loved the company he worked for. And he persuaded me that Black Hills was a trusty company where I could work with. Overall, I am satisfied. The air feels comfortable!!!
