After Hours Services responded within 10 minutes to a request for a quote for replacing a busted garbage disposal and sink hose. Within 20 minutes, Will had an appointment time for me the next day and an estimate for the service. He showed up on time with advance notice, got the job done, and was very friendly with reasonable prices. Everything you can hope for when working with a plumber! I wouldn't hesitate to hire After Hours Services again.

My kitchen plumbing developed a leak this weekend, and
Anthony came out as quickly as possible on Monday morning. Not only did he determine quickly the problem, it was a quick fix switching of waterlines to their proper side (cold and hot were connected incorrectly). He determined the issue to be resolved by switching of hot/cold water lines and a loose cartridge for my kitchen faucet. This installation was done 2 months ago by another (not to be called again plumber). Not only did Anthony correct the problem, he did not charge me for the effort. I was on a video work call at the time, and was not able to thank him personally, my daughter did, however I wanted to express my continued appreciation in knowing my go to folks at Seatown have integrity and do the right thing by the customer. Thanks so much Anthony and Seatown for employing knowledgeable, efficient, nice, honest people such as Anthony. Also, thanks to the call center person who was also helpful in getting this call scheduled promptly. You made my Day!

The best handyman i never hired!!! By that I mean that he came to diagnose my toilet problem, but since he didn't feel he could best solve it because of my unique home and situation, he didn't charge me anything, and referred me to Roto Rooter, armed with sufficient diagnostic information to keep the technician from RR from taking me down a rabbit hole of charges for things i didn't need.

The tech from RR tried his best to ignore my information, disparage Dean's findings, and tried his best to sell me other services that i knew i didn't need. I forced the RR tech to do the same tests that Dean did, and finally the RR tech had to admit that Dean was right. And on top of it i was able to bargain the RR price down because i was knowledgeable enough, because of Dean.

Thanks Dean for giving me the information i needed to deal with the Roto Rooter guy effectively, which saved me a ton of money... i hope i never have to hire them again!!!

We used this company once before and were very happy. This time could not be different. They changed my time at the last minute from morning to afternoon, then didn't ever call again. I called at 1:30 and was told I would hear back right away. An hour later I had to call again. I finally cancelled and found someone else. Never ever again.

Do not touch this plumbing company with a 10 foot pole. They are incredibly shady and scumy.

They came out to the property we were renting to unclog a drain. It took the plumber about an hour to do, and they charged nearly $1000. They charged us for two jobs and when asked for the work order, they refused to provide any information about the job that was done or the pricing. The office is both disrespectful and condescending.

We had a leak from the shower into the ceiling and I called beacon.  It was $75 for the inspection, then I was hit with an leak inspection fee of $454. Since it was leaking I agreed, and after inspection ie removing the drywall, the fix was $866 for a u joint and flange.  NEVER AGAIN.

Oh my...there are few things worse than waking up to find there is no hot water!  I called Beacon and was told they could get someone out right away!  The technician called on his way and asked me to send pictures and details of the current tankless water heater so that he could see if they had something in stock should a replacement be necessary.  He arrived early and inspected the aging heater.  I was told that repair was possible, but if I wanted he had brought a compatible unit with him.  I had done some online research prior to his arrival and all indications were that I had already been living on borrowed time with the old unit; I opted for replacement.  
I had made my original phone call at 08:00hrs; hot water was restored by around 10:30 hrs.  Excellent service!

Today a tech came out to service my elderly widowed moms ac they ended up giving her a $7,500 quote to replace her electrical panel.  The tech told my mom that since the panel was not up to code it needed to be replaced.  I explained to my mom that since code is constantly changing, only homes built in the last year or so actually meet the current code. (There was nothing actually wrong or not working in the panel.)  I also consulted a couple of journeymen electricians who told me that the quote is at least twice a fair replacement cost.  This company and their tactics are repugnant.  This is especially true when the intended victim is an elderly widow.
