Igor did a fantastic job!  I got in over my head with a simple repair.  Igor quickly identified the problem, corrected it and repaired another issue.  He installed a safe replacement part that is up to code.  All for a very reasonable price.  A huge relief and a big thank you to Igor and Red Line!

I had a serious electrical issue going on. I called the company and Danny  (the company owner) was on the phone with me. I told him about our serious issue and Danny came same day within less than an hour! It was actually his day off, but he still came because of how serious our electrical problem was.

He diagnosed the problem and fixed it without hesitation or trouble! He was quick, efficient, and friendy! He did an excellent job! I definitely will reccomend him and his company to anyone! This company is honest and will not over charge you like how those big named electrical companies do! If you want an honest and reliable company, call them!!

Seth was great.  Reliable and reasonable.  Sometimes that's hard to find in an electrician.  Would highly recommend.

This was my second experience with 24/7. First experience: I asked for a diagnosis of some outlets I have which weren't working. I was charged both an hourly rate and a per item (not including parts) rate to replace two GFCI outlets. They did a fine job. But I don't think that double charging is fair, either you're working hourly or doing a specific item. Not both.

Second job, I was quoted for a job which would take about two hours at $150 an hour. Technician arrived during the window and completed the job in about 45 minutes. I was still charged $330 because they scheduled me for 2 hours of work. I didn't dare ask for those hours to be applied to anything else I needed done, as I'm sure I also would have been double charged per item for those.

Overall, they did an okay job, but I wouldn't hire them again.

I was solicited for this review in an email they sent after the visit. I made clear I was unhappy with being overcharged and I was offered nothing.

Also note: they charge 3.75% for processing a credit card and inexplicably type it in manually. This doesn't strike me as very professional. Who has checks these days?

We needed a new electric service panel in our home in Maple Hills as well as the capability to use a generator to run the lights, heat, TV, tankless water heater, etc. during power outages. Steve from Wilderness Electric, a 30+ year electrician, did a fantastic, professional job. He answered all my basic questions in layman' terms as I have no experience in electrical matters. Furthermore, their price was very competitive. I highly recommend Wilderness Electric.

I got a response to my request for a quote within a few hours of me asking for it.  Shawn did a full electrical service swap for me.  He did amazing work and was very reliable.  

I would recommend him to anyone.

We heartily refer Jonathan with Sparks Electric. He was on time and completed multiple tasks quickly. We found there was a hot wire in our attic, a tripped circuit in the kitchen, installed five new smoke detectors (two in vaulted ceilings), one closet on/off sensor and a new doorbell.  He was well prepared and his price was very fair.

Fast, polite and well done! The office responded promptly to my on-line inquiry and had me scheduled in 2 days for a non-urgent repair. Bronson and Josh called exactly 30 minutes before arrival right on time. Explained what my options were re: the repair. And also upgraded the bathroom and kitchen circuits to gfi. They were done in a little over an hour. I appreciated their transparency on pricing.

Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

The owner of Alive Electric, Derek, and his partner are both terrific electricians and people. I can't begin to explain how fortunate I felt to find them. Derek's estimate was much more reasonable than the other electricians in the area, and so I was pleasantly surprised when his work ethic, knowledge base, and expertise surpassed my expectations. I simply will never hire anyone else, and now he's working for both of my neighbors. He really is as good as it gets!

He was here for 2+ days and installed 22 fixtures for me. Some, like the porch, had to be wired in. On top of all the accolades, I just have to say that he is not only caring & professional, he's also very funny. Both Derek and his partner were fun to have in my home. Just thinking back to the experience I had with them brings a smile to my face.

Dave has done a few small jobs for me over the years. He's usually a couple weeks or more out because he's pretty busy. This last job was more than he had anticipated in terms of time and labor but as usual, he worked hard and got it done in good time. Dave is a professional, he's polite and he charges a fair price for the detailed work that he does.

I just want to say what an incredible electrical company this is and their service and immediate action was like nothing we have experienced before! We had a tree come  down just before Christmas ripping our electrical mast and box right off our house. We had a house full of people, scary flickering random pieces of power on and no power at all for other parts. My husband found them under emergency services and Bryan literally came right out. He was so amazing, positive and fit us right in, was reasonable even though we were fortunate to have homeowners insurance pay for it and we had power restored by nightfall. He came by again yesterday to make sure everything was in order and perfect!  If you are unfortunate to have something happen like this in the coming storms please keep Bryan & Night and Day Electric in mind!

We had Greg install a Tesla charger for us in the garage.  His price was very reasonable, he was on time and finished the job quickly and well.  Everything from the permit application through the inspection went great and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

I had a guy come out and fix a breaker panel.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable and did the job quickly.  Charged less than the competitors.  Highly recommend.

We had a circuit breaker popping and Black Sheep was the easiest to schedule because I could schedule online. Huge fan of that! When they arrived, they were super helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem then fixed it. Very friendly, would recommend!

I hired Brennan to replace an older electrical panel, which needed a grounding wire and updating the service panel. Joe came out to give me a quote. They were the most responsive of the MANY electrical companies I had contacted for my job. The front desk staff was wonderful to schedule with, they worked with me for a later time. When Joe came out he was very honest and personable. I felt comfortable knowing that this company would be in my home.

They finished the project in two days and took care of everything. I would highly recommend them!

They did an amazing job hooking up my new manufactured home and septic system. They were professional and knowledgeable. The job went smooth and they worked it in a timely manner.

ALL THESE PEOPLE WANT IS YOUR MONEY! I will give this company 1 star ONLY because of Jordan the gal who answers the phones. She was very friendly and understanding. She took a complaint from me and passed it on to her managers who never reached out to me. After 3 weeks I called back to find out what was going on. I spoke with Jordan again and she transferred me to her manager Greg. Greg has zero customer service skills and isn't fit to have manager in his title. My problem was I had an outlet in my kitchen that wasn't working. I had pushed the reset button several times and couldn't get it to work so I called this company. They sent out two technicians. They hadn't even been in my house 5 minutes when the man during his troubleshooting disclosure reached over and pushed the reset button on the socket and it started working! Well they must have thought they were dealing with an idiot because they tried to charge me upwards of $200 bucks for 5 minutes of talking and no service provided. He ended up knocking it down to $170 which is absolutely still an unreasonable amount. Greg the manager believes this is fair and doesn't see anything wrong with the companies policy even though he admitted to me he had the exact same complaint the day before I filed mine and that's why he never got back to me because he thought they were the same one! I will make sure our landlord never uses this company for any of his properties because they are a rip off. I would have felt fine paying $100 but anything over that is ridiculous. Save your money and go with another company. Hunts Sucks.
