Best Reverse Osmosis System Installation in San Jose CA

I got the opportunity to have a whole team attend to my plumbing woes.  First, Sam and Jovere showed up for some routine toilet issues, prepared with a part that stumps other plumbers.  Then, they offered to teach me how to remedy these simple fixes so that I can take care of them in the future. Following that tutorial, I inquired about a filtration system set up, and Nick and Giovanni showed up.  They were quick, efficient, up front, clean, and so amenable.  Once the installation was completed, they surprised me with a year set up for the filtration system. SCORE!!!  I have finally found my family plumber.

Shane is a life saver! Our toilet was clogged and nothing we did helped. I finally gave in and contacted a plumber. I sent out a couple of requests and Shane responded almost instantly. With a couple of questions, Shane was headed our way! I was AMAZED how fast he responded. Shane is extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and honest. He informed me of the problem and fixed it in under an hour. He also explained to me what the issue was and how it happens, he also offered some suggestions on what I can do if it clogs so I can do it on my own. Definitely a number I'm saving in my phone and recommend to EVERYBODY! This is your family's plumber.

I have been using Ser-All company for eighteen years. They just put a new one in for me yesterday and did a fine job. My installer Stevie was wonderful. Did a clean job and was a very nice installer. Had some leaky faucets that I was going to change myself when I realized the valves to stop the water were also shot. Called Vlad and he was out the same day, took care of business and also gave me some advice on some other things I could do myself to prevent further issues. Good man, fair price.

Great first impression and quality work

I had an emergency situation at my family house. I was no available but my tenants were.

Awais was the ONLY person to respond to my yelp requests with a human message and a over the phone diagnosis. Everyone else wanted to come and do a free consultation.  Not what I want to hear when it's an emergency and water is leaking. The problem was exactly as he thought which  made things go extra quick.

My tenants said he was Fast. Efficient. Clean. He cleaned up after himself and was very nice..

His phone number is now in speed dial just in case I need a professional. Highly recommend.

We had a few relatively minor plumbing issues that needed addressing (clogged master shower, clogged dishwasher, faulty toilet flange).

Vince responded within minutes via Yelp over the weekend and was willing to even swing by on a Sunday for no extra charge, but the timing didn't work out.

He visited today however during his one free slot and he was great.

First, he provides free estimates. If he starts work, minimum charge is $150 (service call charge). More than fair and reasonable.

Second, he didn't charge much for any of the problems. He did the work for less than others quoted me via Yelp.

He was clean, highly professional, and personable.

He also provides advice on other issues that he sees.

We are now thinking of going with him to get a soft water system put in. He definitely seems to know what he's doing.

A plumber that actually communicates, shows up early, and does good work? Before these guys I had appointments with 2 others. One of them didn't show up and the other came 1.5 hours late with no apologies and wanted to charge 3x. Aqua logic actually gave me a quote online, scheduled quickly, and finished the job fast. Glad I found them.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Emil came out to replace my outdoor water shutoff valve--he was prompt, very fairly priced, and did a wonderful job.  I'd heartily recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs!  The new valve has been up for ~6 months at this point, and is incredibly solid--I loved that Emil warranties his work, too: nice to have the extra piece of mind, n'all that.  :)
