My pipes were humming.  I texted them.  Sam called me back right away, and asked me what the problem is.  I told him that my pipes are humming. Since they just came about 5 months back, I thought they would be the best choice.  Sam said that he will come right away, which I didn't expect since it's the end of the day. He said I don't know what the problem is, but I have some idea. However, I will charge $95 for the service call.  It might be what I think it is, which is easy to fix, it might not.  I said ok.  He came quickly.  All is good.

It took him less than 2 minutes to fix the problem.  The problem was, the city make the pressure higher for no reason, so Sam just have to turn the knob at the pressure adjustor outside of my house.  

I just thought that is too much for a 2 min job and he could have just told me over the phone and ask me to try that myself.  Since I had them replaced my pressure adjustor just 5 months ago, charging me $95 for just that is a bit high.  

Sorry, Sam.  But you were biting a little too deep this time.

John has performed several jobs for us, including plumbing repairs, installing a closet system and fixing our broken pocket doors. Plumbing is his specialty but he was willing to tackle the other jobs as well and did great work. He is punctual, polite and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.

After looking around with many companies we finally settled with serv-all. They get the job done and the price is fair. Jason has also been friendly and patient with our questions. Overall good company so we recommend it.

On Saturday evening, the kitchen faucet literally broke in half in my hand, spraying water all over. I thought I was in trouble until Monday, with the sink being inoperable as a result. We've hired Majid and team for a couple of jobs and each time he's been great to work with.  He's a problem solver and makes sure things are done well!  While I generally hope to not need plumbing services, if we do, these guys are my first call.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

We've recently been unlucky enough to have two plumbing issues within a few weeks of each other. The first was a tankless water heater that no longer heated, and the second was a leaky water main. Our previous plumbing service was not being responsive to our water heater issue, so we tried Polis Plumbing. Emil was great. He showed up when scheduled, worked with the manufacturer to ensure would honor the warranty, and he stayed with the problem until it was resolved. The water main was less complex but potentially more disastrous. Emil came within a few hours, and the leak was repaired an hour or two later.

I will certainly use Polis Plumbing again.
