Best Pump Pit Repair in San Jose CA

This plumber worked so hard.  He came to replace my kitchen faucet and toilet angle stopper at 9pm, and he didn't charge any after hour fee.  He also did an excellent job.

Made an appointment to have septic tank (of unknown location) pumped a couple days ago. Was quoted $425 to pump septic tank plus additional $75  for each half hour of pumping....The guys poked around my backyard for 20-30 minutes but were unable to locate the tank.  According to the invoice, they pumped out 2 cleanouts something that we could have done with a shop vac.  After about 30 minutes of work these guys sat in the van for awhile and then gave me a 500 dollar invoice for 40 mins of supposed work --NOT PUMPING THE TANK.  They did do something though, they damaged something because now there a large pond of stinky water in our backyard, which wasn't there before they came. If anyone owes anyone $500 Able owes me for damage to my yard.

After three days of no working water in our home, Juan came to rescue. We could not get anyone to come out, and this company came within 30 minutes!!

I'm so thankful for his service, gave me a card right away; took off his shoes without even needing to each time he came inside the house. Our water heater started leaking, and it turns out that it was a very old water heater. The quote we got was a good one and it was held to, the water heater was changed out, and the work was professional. Will, the professional who came to help us, was very pleasant to work with and he knows what he is doing. It is no fun to have to get work done like that in an emergency situation, but it was relieving to know we were in good hands. That was one less worry we had to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

Freddy and his crew are the best. We had, quite frankly, a HUGE plumbing job: basically all the drain pipes in our house had failed, and we needed to replace all of them. The problem is that we live in an Eichler home, which is slab-on-grade, so all the pipes are under the concrete slab. The worst problem was a huge break in the main sewer line, which was totally fractured and had been invaded by roots, a situation made much worse by the current drought. Freddy came out and did a camera inspection of the whole system, and then sat down with us and discussed all the options. We decided on a course of action, set a date, and Freddy wrote up a contract and sent it to us via email promptly. The plan necessitated jackhammering the floor in one room and in the garage, and a fair amount of digging in the yard, but the majority of the work was done with trenchless pipe-bursting and pneumatic boring, and I was quite impressed with the technology and the way the job was done. The crew is a great group of guys, hard working, careful, diligent, and Freddy always communicated what the next steps were going to be. Freddy took care of all the permits and there were no problems with the inspection. They installed proper new clean-outs on all the lines and even installed a couple of new shut-off valves on my garage utility sink with no extra labor charge. It is a huge relief to know that we will never have to worry about the drains in this house again, and they have been a constant problem ever since we bought the house 8 years ago.  There was no way around a fair amount of disruption in the house since this was a major job, but they got it done and returned the yard and landscaping to its previous state. They come with our highest recommendation! Great job!
