I emailed Berkeley Home repair and got a same day response. The work was scheduled for two days out and completed professionally and efficiently. This is a very trustworthy and reliable company, reasonably priced too. Pricing also feels very straightforward. They installed a bathroom light to my cottage, fixed the electrical supply to my cottage (which was completely out) and moved/installed an outside light as well as replaced some faulty outlets. Damon was in constant contact with me about the work because I could not be home to even show them what needed to be done; I described it all over the phone and text and he kept in touch with updates and questions throughout the day.

After purchasing a home that had radiant heated floors in the master bath that was conveniently placed on the sales ad but not working correctly when we closed escrow and moved in.

I wish I could remember the technicians name. But he came Livermore on a Sunday to fix our Norwich tankless water heater.  He was very polite and knowledgeable. He also had all the equipment with him and he did not rush.  I was really impressed with this company.

I have used VRG plumbing twice.  The first time was to fix leaky plumbing under by kitchen sink.   And, today (the 2nd time) to replace a leaky water main valve.

In both cases, Victor responded to my text requests for an appointment within 30 minutes, and was able to actually do the repairs quickly, professionally and at reasonable rates.

1. There was no waiting on the phone in a queue for someone to get back to me. I spoke with a real person after a very short wait.
2. The plumber was actually on site fast: within 2 hours of my call. (Probably quicker)
3. My new lavatory drain leaked like crazy after my attempted install. The estimate for remedial action was delivered on site very quickly and the amount was very reasonable.
4. During the work, a broken pipe (extra work) was discovered in the wall. The extra cost of labor and materials was quite reasonable.
5. The plumber was very friendly and the quality of the work was high.
Highly recommended.

They really are half price I got a quote from another company for 2400 and they charged 1300 for the same job.  They took care of the problem right away. I am very satisfied with their work.
