Best One-time Home Cleaning in San Francisco CA

Toilet backed up sunday night and spend couple of hours talking to many shady 24hour service plumber decide to wait until Monday morning to call Alansi's was the best decision.  Alansi's plumber is very professional and help me clear the block toilet and extend the chain in the tank for better flush and he also quickly fixed my dishwasher clog .
They have really reasonable price, no need to check around.
Will be using them from now on.

Drigo was great! Super knowledgeable and patient as he explained things and gave me options.  Very knowledgeable,  more than others I talked to. Did a full water heater replace and price was competitive. Professional,  friendly, and thorough.  Def recommend.

Beware of this company.  They came out to check the outlet in the bathroom. He changed the plug and the breaker. Told me all my breakers need to be replaced and at risk for fire. He said that their company will go through my home insurance and it would only cost me me the deductible.
Next morning I went to use the plug and it doesn't work.  I called them that morning and asked them to come back and fix the plug. They were supposed to call me back to make an appointment.  They didn't call, so I tried calling their different numbers. All I got was a recording.
They charged me over $600 and now that they have ripped me off, they won't take my call.
Maybe they will take my attorney's call or the Better Business call that is who I will be calling next.
I noticed another review that was the same scam they told me, regarding replacing all the breakers because of the fire risk. That review also stated that once they get paid they have little interest in you.

We have used him for a planned project and also an emergency. He's knowledgeable, punctual and responsive. He's also personable and just a nice guy!

My water heater decided to break down on Sunday.  I called AB Plumbing and luckily they were open. Great service. Damiano came out, was very friendly and helpful and got the heater up and running again.

We asked him to move our vanity 1.5 to the left.    It was one of those Ikea style floating vanity all in one sink / draw units.  Should be an easy enough job right?   He ended up adding a piece of bare unfinished wood to the right side of the sink, and increased the original quite by several hundred dollars.    We never asked for an extra unfinished piece of wood.   We have to stare at his mistake everyday now.  He also charged several hundred dollars more to pass city inspection.   Does this mean if I don't pay the fee he creates work that won't pass inspection?

Lesson learned - don't hire General SF for anything involving drywall or carpentry, paint, or any work that needs to be up to code.

I am writing this on behalf of my husband, Edwin who spoke with Rich today and he found him thru our Nextdoor recommendation at the Highlands.  Even tho' Rich has projects lined up and unable to help us with our hot water leak problem, he gave my husband some good advice and was really helpful. It is too bad that Rich is presently unavailable but will surely have him down for any future need of a plumber. My husband said Rich is a good guy and we are truly appreciative of his being straightforward and honest. Thank you, Rich!
