He's responsive, which is important (to me).  On top of that, he was creative in resolving our plumbing issue and willing to switch out a bad outlet while he was my place.  He's eager to do a good job and make sure I was satisfied with his workmanship.

I called pacific coast for an appt to provide a quote on a variety of issues with my home from pool lights to gfci safety to dryer outlet issues.  Andrew arrived exactly on time, was very detailed at looking at all of the issues and provided alternatives on how to get all of the issues addressed.  I am looking forward to having Andrew come back to take care of the issues discussed.  5 stars for on time arrival, professionalism, knowledgeable, and excellent/friendly customer service.
