Tromborg is a true family-owned business with all the benefits of what that SHOULD mean: responsive, friendly, fairly-priced. I've been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed with their service or work for the minor to the more complex problems. It's difficult to find a plumber that fits this description but I have and I'm sticking with them.

Harry Clark did a complete sewer installation for an old 4 plex.  It was done expediently.  The crew of Juan and Martin arrived on time and worked hard to get the job done quickly so the tenants Would not be inconvenienced.  The city inspector and Harry Clark's crew found that the adjoining sewer asphalt was not compacted.  Harry Clark took it upon themselves to rectify the asphalt of the neighbors when their plumber did not respond.  Also when Harry Clark pours asphalt it is level and tight which allows one to sweep it easily.

I feel This  company is honest and farir as well as great problem solvers.  At another time, I had a suspicious leak in the basement.  The owner came out and could tell where the leak was beginning without tearing into any walls.  I would use them again without hesitation.

Amazing company!  Researched the entire area and Jazz was the only one that responded in a timely manner. For two days the inside of my house was only 41 degrees but like a miracle Jazz was here!  Complete inspection of my furnace, Sonny the technician was well informed of all of the repairs that I needed. Recommended highly!

I set up an appointment for a technician to come out and give me a quote for AC Installation and possible new ducting in Oakland.  I spent time on the phone setting up this appointment ahead of time, providing my address, confirming my location, and explaining what services we were interested in.

I received a call from the technician thirty minutes before the start of my appointment window on the day of my scheduled appointment, and was told that they do not really service my area (Oakland), and that they would rather not come all the way out to provide an estimate if I was still in the process of gathering other quotes.  I was told that once I had finished gathering other quotes, to let them know and they would match whatever the lowest quote was.  

That's all well and good, but honestly what is the point of that?  If I already have a quote that I'm good with, why would I then take it to a different company that couldn't even be bothered to keep an appointment THEY made and CONFIRMED, and inspect my house for themselves.  If you have a good, established relationship with this company, I suppose that could make sense, but I'm a brand new customer and if this is any indication of how the service will be, count me out.

I am not happy that we blocked time off of our work calendars today, moved items around to provide access to the crawl space, and essentially had our time wasted for no reason.

We had a 2 year decision-making process for what to do with our HVAC, and Pete at Bellows went above and beyond giving us estimates for varying options and talking us through it. Originally we just wanted to add air conditioning to our existing gas furnace, but later we asked about replacing our old furnace as well, and Pete suggested an electric heat pump instead of conventional AC. Long story short, his suggestions were spot on, the install crew was fantastic, and the end result is better than we imagined. The city inspector was impressed, and when I told him it was Bellows, he knew their work and also had positive comments about them in general. I have no hesitation recommending them.

Got a bid from them to do some simple sink and toilet hookups.  $4500.  Got the work done for $900 from another plumber.  Not sure what these guys are smoking.

Very professional and reliable and accountable for their work. They will also do things the right way: prior owners of our house had apparently done some of the piping work through a handyman who, though he may have been less expensive, cut corners and did less thorough work. Albert Nahman plumbers were able to assess and correct these mistakes. They'll have your back for the long run.

After 38 years, we finally have added air conditioning to our existing heating system.  We got a couple of quotes and Moore matched the price of the lowest quote we had received

Nela and Symond were our two installers and they were spectacular.  Job was finished in a day and a half.  And just in time too...as the temps have been right at 100 for the past 3 days.

We've been using the AC every day.  PG&E bill we be a lot higher I'm sure.  But we don't care.  We love our cool house

We had a serious problem with our kitchen faucet and after thought we went with Ron and are we so glad!!!! We've lived here for over 50 yrs and since original owner of Rosenberg plumbing retired have not found a plumber we wanted to use again. Now that we have had dealing with Ron seems like we will use for any plumbing problems and after reading the reviews for heaters will add that to our list. Really personable , reasonable, responsive and will work out the problem no matter what. What else can you ask for??????

Had a backed up sink and our regular guy couldn't get to us for a week. I called expecting to be able to make an appointment for the next day or possibly day after that. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that someone would be out in about an hour!

The problem was even more complicated that I had anticipated, being a clog in a kitchen sink with a garbage disposal. It turns out that the problem was further down the line past the garbage disposal.

Not a problem, when one thing didn't work out, he calmly moved to the next and soon found the problem. Had to run to the truck for a few more tools, but problem was resolved in less than an hour.

Wasn't even charged extra for the last minute appointment, the cost was very fair.

Beyond doing the work for free (I kid, I don't expect people to come out and do the job without being paid), it couldn't have been a better outcome. Highly recommended.

Working with Kevin is truly a breeze. He installed our new Air Scrubber system. Between allergy season and fire season we know our new air purification unit will be the perfect addition to healthy living.

We had a problem with our kitchen sink in Dec.  Called Michael and he tried to advise us on what we could check to see if it would help.  He also gave us the name of another plumber in our area that we might want to try.  (This was because he was having some medical issues at the time and knew he would not be able to come out to our home to help us.)

When he was back to making home visits, he called us to see if we still needed his services.  Although my husband had been able to get the cold water back on in the kitchen, the faucet was still leaking even though he had replaced parts inside.  

Michael was able to come out the next week and repair the faucet for us.  It's been working fine ever since.  

Michael takes the time to assess the situation and give you all the options available to repair or replace whatever is needed to fix the situation.  He takes the time to answer your questions so that you understand what he's saying.  A great businessman.  We will continue to use his services as long as he is in business.
