I am very impressed with the service I received from CSR.  Huyen called ahead to let me know what time he would arrive. The courtesy call is always appreciated.   He was very professional, courteous and efficient (he installed the main water valve for me). I would highly recommend CSR as they exceeded my expectations.

Developed pinhole leak in my home's copper piping that revealed itself late Tuesday night.  Called up All American based on Yelp reviews.  Byron answered and despite the late hour reassured me that the company is always ready to respond 24/7.  He showed up with Ben, at the agreed upon time and efficiently set about finding the exact location of the leak. He then completed repairs within 20 minutes. I have used three plumbing services since moving to Poway and all three were great but All American stands out for professionalism and reasonable fee for service. Will plan to use them again if the need arises.

Collins did a great job and we were very happy. I liked Aaron's initial personal and quick responsiveness to my Yelp quote request and that he requested more information and a photo for a remote quote. I didn't have a photo yet but he helped anyway. Gilbert showed up right on time for the repair appointment, wore a mask, let me know est time and met the quote. I would call them again!

Justin was here on time. The work is done quickly and perfectly. Price is lower than all other quotes I got online. I would use him again for my future plumbing needs. He also give me a good reference for drain specialist who also works efficiently and perfectly, charges very reasonable!

I noticed moisture on one of may walls in the the garage. I asked if they can come out and give me a quote. They came out at a time that worked for me. These guys were professional. They came out on time, explained to me what the problem was and fixed it. I would recommend them to friends and definitely would hire them again!

I had a leaking garbage disposal and two noisy toilets. I called Community Plumbing and got everything fixed pretty quickly.  I called them on a friday and they came on Monday (I wasn't in a rush).  Tony and Eric were very professional and knowledgeable.  They fixed what needed to be fixed quickly and it was expensive.  I had a leak a week or two later and they were able to squeeze me in same-day to get that issue fixed as well.  Thanks, guys!

My house is 1 years old and we were not getting any hot water to the house. Omar came on a weekend and had it working in min. Explained how the tankless water heater works and showed me to do it myself in the future. Would 100% recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

I needed my toilet and shower moved from one place to another. These guys were great. They came in with a good estimate with everything that was included. From the start to end they wore their mask which must be tough for the effort they put in. They put in our tub and left the site prepped for me, a beginning DIYer, to do my tiling. There was a little leak that all of a sudden happened and they tightened it up quickly without fuss. What can I tell you, these are my guys for any plumbing needs from now on.

I had an excellent experience with Express Plumming & Water Heaters. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to be home at the time of Daniel's visit. Regardless, Daniel called ahead to review the visit, was on time, wore a mask and called me back with his recommendations on how to move forward with my issue. If I could give zero stars for my one and only experience with eastlake plumbing I would. The one word I'd use is UNPROFESSIONAL. If you don't want to be available 24/7 then don't advertise your business as such. I put faith that someone would call back or respond in a timely manner and neither happened. At 9:00pm I accidentally broke a PVC pipe and hose bib on my front lawn. After shutting off the water to the house, I looked up 24-hour plumbers in Chula Vista. The service said they would call Marcos and he would get back shortly. At 10:30 I called the service again and asked if someone was coming as I hadn't received a call back yet. Two more times I called and was told they weren't able to get ahold of the on call plumber. They said they'd call his manager, who never called either. I was all muddy from digging up the pipe and had to wash myself off in the pool. It was 45°. I pondered getting a hotel room for the night but was assured someone would still come. I fell asleep and at 12:40am someone called and said HE was asleep and didn't get any pages! He apologized and said to call back after 8:30. Apparently he wasn't going to come out. I finally fell asleep around 5:00am and called when I woke up at 7:15. Apparently they don't communicate with each other because as I was telling the story, Armando said this was the first he heard of what happened overnight! I was frustrated from lack of sleep and no response that I used the f-word when I told of washing the mud off in my pool water outside. He latched onto that and repeatedly chastised me for swearing. He said he was concerned I would confront the plumber if they came out. Why would I do that?!  I tried to begin again, apologized sincerely for swearing as that seemed to be his point of contention. He was unsympathetic to my level of frustration. In the end I knew it was a losing battle as Armando continued to argue with me. So I hung up and called out a real professional. Incidentally, the other two '24/7' companies don't call back either. Maybe it's just the industry... ‍
UPDATE: on 12/26 (10 days later) I received a voicemail from Marcos saying he's now available for the service call I requested on 12/16 if I 'want'... I didn't call back. Can you imagine if I had waited without water for 10 days?! I could've looked up how to do this on YouTube and fixed it myself in that timeframe! The Yelp response from Armando didn't address the fact that I called the service 3 times before receiving a callback more than 3 hours after my initial call and was advised by Marcos that he wasn't coming out. I understand things happen but it is important for the company to be more professional than the person in need of the service. I received no assistance by the company that advertises 'here 24/7 to meet all your plumbing needs...'  and nothing was done to rectify the 'misunderstanding'.

I had a superb experience with this company.  
I had a huge and time sensitive project; pipes broke under my house, and I was sitting on a pool of water and sewage.  Not only did I not have the use of my facilities, but the smell made staying at home unbearable.

Richard and Rafael came out promptly and identified the problem.   The solution was to pretty much replace most of the pipes under the house (I had other companies come out for quotes, so the assessment was confirmed).  Repairs were going to be costly, but they worked with me to get the price down whenever possible.

As far as work, both gentlemen were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating.  Fixing the problem was difficult (i have a narrow crawl space under the house, so most of the repairs had to be done while crawling around on their stomachs).  They finished repairs in under three days; and given the size of the project, this was a very fast turnaround.

James was my phone contact, and he also did a great job communicating with me, figuring out the least painful price, even helping me navigate the insurance process.

I called plumbing tree this morning because of a leaking pipe and to replace the spout nipple in one of my bathtubs. Chris came shortly after making the call. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He fixed both issues within the designated time frame. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues that may come along in the future. To sum it up in one expression...WOW! They were knowledgeable and available right away. They we very courteous and explained what he was going to do and what he couldn't do. If you are looking for a fast, safe, competitively priced and honest company RDZ a great choice. I hope you are as happy with them as I am, I know you will be.

We had to re-pipe our house.  It took four days to complete the job.  The workers cleaned up every day after putting in a long day.  I highly recommend the company.

I had an emergency water leak in the master bedroom closet and I called Burtech and they were the only ones answering on a Sunday afternoon. They were be able to make an appointment for the next day at as earliest of 8 am. Mike showed up on time and was very clear and efficient.  The price was fair. And my husband are totally satisfied with his work.

This is my second time calling out Elite Rooter to help me with my plumbing issues and Travis and Grayson were AMAZING , they definitely kept me in the loop and let me know what was going on step by step ! Definitely recommend using them!

We had a leak inside our garage wall that was causing our stucco to get wet and turn green.  The tech that came cut 3 openings in our  drywall and still could not find the source of our leak.  He even called his dad, the owner, for guidance.  I was disappointed he made us pay for him cutting holes and not finding the source of the problem.  If he could not properly diagnose the problem, maybe his dad should have come to determine the cause.  I've left a message regarding this issue, and they did not return my call.  We thought this was a reputable company, but maybe I was wrong.

A++ Service from California Plumbing! After searching for a legit plumbing company for almost a year, I found California Plumbing.  My project consisted of running new gas service, water service, sewer, kitchen, laundry and bathroom supply. They had the contract drawn up on Friday and started work on Monday.  The scope of work was completed on schedule and inspection went even better than planned!  Aaron and his crew, (Mark and Joe) did a fantastic job of working together in a clean, intelligent, professional matter.  They followed all Covid protocol and that was above and beyond the great workmanship they did! From the initial phone call with Rachel to the consultation with Aaron, I knew they were the right fit for my ARDU project.  I will use them again in the future no only for my personal home but for my residential redevelopment projects!  Thanks Again!
