Just got off the phone with Whyen. Amazingly fast - 30 minutes from when I called. I live in an HOA condo complex, and these guys were able to find two leaks and said of just one that the maintenance guy found. Go with people who know their stuff!!! I had Alan and Hector help me out - fast, efficient, polite, clean, and communicate every step of the way. Thank you CSR plumbing for everything! Called them to fix a leaking toilet based on their Yelp reviews. They did a great job and I had them do preventative maintenance on the other toilet while they were here. I got their Yelp special deal so I got a discount. Nathan was very thorough and gave some good suggestions about other work for the future.

Reached out to them a few times and on a couple of different properties that I manage.  Omar was the tech that was sent out and he took care of business in a very efficient manner.  He always was polite to me and tenants.  Plumbing issue was resolved and we were all happy.  I would recommend these guys.

I had a immediate plumbing need.  I called five high rated plumbers on Saturday and Don was the only one to call back that day.  We made an appointment for Monday and he was able to install our faucets, disposal and water lines to the fridge that day.  He made a follow up visit on my request for an unrelated leak at no charge.  They provided a great, professional service to us.  Thank you.

Called as a result of a AC unit which would not cool and kept shutting down. Fred came the next day, and immediately knew what the problem was and how to correct it. Fred, the owner, was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about the issue at hand. He fixed the problem, a blocked condensate tube, and had me up and running for the next heat wave. Fred's pricing was very fair and included the minimum visit charge, both very fair. A great job for sure!!! Thanks again Fred.

Manny was prompt, professional, and friendly! Solved my clogged sewer line in about 10 minutes for $3,000 cheaper than the scam company that originally came out.

Eric has been so helpful with managing my new home. Right when I moved in, we had a plumbing issue where our main sewer line was clogged. He came by the house within a couple days of me calling him and put a snake through our drainage system. Ever since he completely his job, we have had no other issues with our drainage since.

He is very informative and does not use any jargon to confuse or worry his customers. He is an honest man and does not up-charge on unnecessary tasks. He has earned my trust as a respectable plumber and I would not hesitate to call him again should any issues arise. He is now my go to plumber.

Cody and Victor are a great team and are very professional and competent. They unclogged my horribly backed up kitchen sink and did some drain repiping in the kitchen and bathroom in less than two hours. They showed up in the scheduled time frame and were professional all the way. I highly recommend this local plumbing company.

I've had a dripping faucet for over a year and was hesitant to contact a plumber repair due to difficulty in finding a Plumber I could trust. When I contacted Troy plumbing and repairs I was immediately comforted with their communication.
I was recovering from a recent surgery and Greg was very flexible with the scheduling and rescheduling of my appointment. When Richie and Raphael came to the house, they were very professional and provided a thorough estimate. Although it was a little more complicated than I had anticipated, they showed me the work that they needed to do and why. I trusted them. They even sent me pictures from Home Depot so that I could pick the faucet that I wanted to install. Richie and Raphael were wonderful. When they were completing the work, they found a couple other problems with my old pipes and had to make another trip to the store. Nevertheless, they completed the work at the exact estimate that they have provided.

For those homeowners leery about hiring a plumber, you can put your faith in this company. I highly recommend them.

Again, like other reviewers, I found out about True Plumbing through a referral, and I'm glad I did. Carlos was amazing!  He was very kind, professional and authentic.  Typically you worry about getting screwed and overly charged for services like this but that was definitely not the case with Elite Rooter.  They will certainly be my go to for any and all needs moving forward!

Had a leak outside my house on a hose bib connection due to a split pipe. I had to shut off water to the house to avoid a major leak. I Called them at 2:30 in the afternoon and was told that it would be $290 to show up and diagnose the problem and that would not go towards the repair. I get that it's a weekend and there would be additional fees to be paid. But this was crazy. I asked the guy to take a look at a picture of the problem to make sure he could even fix it so I wouldn't be out $290 for nothing. In all fairness he did but then I was hit with a total estimate of 700-900 because the hose bib is connected to a pool feeder. I said thanks but no thanks and called another plumber that I have used who charged me half the price. I know nothing about there service or expertise, but would be very careful relying on this company to give you a fair price especially on a weekend.

Such great customer service.   Wife was not happy with 1 item that we had done for our Reno.  And even though I signed off, when my wife came home, she wasn't happy.   None of that matters to Aaron and his team.   They wanted me to be happy.   And they came back, without question, and fixed the issue, no extra charge.   I will reuse them again, for sure.
