These people don't follow through - When the guy couldn't replace our 20-year old shower faucet cartridge, he said he would get back to us and never did. They are also pretty expensive so use with caution.

STELLAR WORK! STELLAR PEOPLE! Would hire 1000 more times if needed! I highly recommend this company. They are incredibly knowledgable and always have your safety, convenience, ethics, and cost efficiency in mind! Everything they do they clearly have explained our options and worked with us on scheduling and making sure their work is to perfection in a timely manner. We have had a ton of work done in the last 6 months at our 9k sq ft home i.e Drain cleaning, Drain Jetting, locating and installing clean out access, repairing and securing a falling cast iron kitchen sink, fixing leaks, installation of 3 hot water heaters and more! Tim, Greg, Kevin, Chayenne, Eli, Tony, Jake, and others were just some of the stellar people that were so kind, great with our dogs, and so helpful with every concern and issue we have had! We called because pipes were making noise after we flushed the toilet.  Discount Plumbing was able to come the next day and said that our house wasn't up to code and needed a pressure regulator.  We paid over $600 for the repair.  It didn't help the problem, but then our outdoor sprinklers wouldn't work.  Discount Plumbing denied that it had anything to do with their work so we talked to two gardeners and finally called Miguel's Sprinkler Repair.  
Miguel's was finally able to convince Discount Plumbing that they made a mistake.   They had installed the pressure regulator on the pipes to our irrigation system and adjusted it as if it were regulating the water pressure on the house.  They changed it so there is now an unnecessary pressure regulator for our sprinklers.  We asked for a refund and are still trying to get our money back.

My irrigation drain system was clogged with roots and dirt and all that debris was located in the backyard about a 100ft into the pipe from where it drains to the street. I called RDZ on Saturday at noon and left a message. Sal returned my call within 15 minutes.  I explained to him my situation and that I needed the PVC drain pipes hydro-jetted. Sal was currently at a job but said he would be able to assist me that afternoon if I was willing to wait 2 hours. Sal and his father-in-law showed up in 1.5 hours. I explained to him I already had pulled out some roots from the pipes but I knew there were more. Within 10 minutes he was hydro-blasting the pipes. After 2 hours, Sal and his father-in-law had cleared out two separate drain pipe systems in the yard and you wouldn't believe what came out! There were two 8 foot long roots, 2 inches in diameter each that came out of one pipe along with smaller pieces of root balls, and in the other pipe, he pulled out a root cylinder (like a root ball but in a cylindrical shape) that was 2ft long! After he cleared the drains, he used his camera system and scoped out the pipes to make sure it was clear of any debris and it was!

I had two choices to remove the blockages in drainage pipes, I either replace the PVC tubing or hydro-jet them. I am so glad I called RDZ Drain Services to hydro-jet them! It saved me time & money.  

I called other plumbers and drains services to see how much they would charge and that's even if they take on the job. On average most wanted $700 and up. RDZ charge me $450 for two hours of work. Each additional hour after that is extra.  

This is a small family owned business that likes to take care of its customers, I have no hesitation calling Sal and his family's business again in the future. Thank you RDZ Drain Services!

Gabe did an amazing job with my kitchen! I had a busted garbage disposal, a faucet that wouldn't turn, and a scratched up two compartment drop in sink that needed replacing. Gabe was very responsive to my calls and texts.

I had issues getting the sink shipped to me from Home Depot twice and ended up buying the materials in store. Gabe was very patient and didn't mind that I had to reschedule. If you need any plumbing work done, Gabe is a great handyman that can get the job done. I'll be contacting him for any future job I need done.

Darell was available quickly which worked out for my needs. Did a great job fixing a gutter and kept the site clean. Easy to get a hold of, very responsive on keeping me up to date on when he would be able to come by. Was on time and got the job done.

They do nice work, but charge a $30 service fee in addition to the hourly charge.  does this seem reasonable?

Happy Plumbing replaced a leaking gas line valve to our oven the day after we called. They showed up as promised and gave us a fair quote, and did the work in the same appointment. The technician's name was Efren and he had a great attitude. He went over the repair and cost patiently, and was very courteous and respectful of our home. A fairly priced plumbing company is hard to find in San Diego, so we are glad we found Happy Plumbing!

Very happy about the super-quick service on a weekend.  What a great company! Had a sink back-up and the $77 service call no matter what day or time was a definite plus. One call and less than an hour later Ali was at our door.  They called 15 minutes before his arrival to let me know (great customer service).  

Ali was courteous, professional and identified the real issue within 2 minutes of walking in. His recommendation of a jetting made perfect sense (I'm a retail property manager).  He made sure to ask several times if I had any questions (so if I didn't understand what he was doing anyway - this was excellent assurance that I was getting the best possible service).  He wanted to make sure we understood every step of the way and had the longterm solution.

Ali was quick, very efficient and had it fixed in no time - and he cleaned EVERYTHING.  It was as if he hadn't been there except for the fact the sink drained perfectly. Definitely drainhelp.com will be my first call in any future plumbing issues.

Sadly they diagnosed a water heater as inoperable and wanted $3K for a replacement. They didn't open the unit or perform any diagnostics. Another plumber asked to see the temperature control and figured out the problem in five minutes. No repair or replacement necessary. Glad I didn't waste the money. Updating to three stars since Cody realized there was an issue and reached out.

I am not happy with their service. I called them to fix a toilet back in March; the installer that came was not very professional and dirty uniforms that left my house smelly. He spent 1/2 hour and change a part that costs at the hardware store $12.00  and proceed to charge me $160.00. Outrageous!!!
Now the toilet is not working again and the worst part is that we do not even use that bathroom because that is in our guest bedroom. I am very unhappy with their service and they only deserve two stars perhaps one.

Called today for a leak in the toilet and they came by quickly to get it looked at, gave me different quote options and after choosing one they fixed it the same day and promptly. Answered all the questions I had and left the area looking like new.

Our dishwasher was leaking from within our island and I was so nervous we had a disaster on our hands!  James was able to come out the morning after I contacted the company and immediately discovered an old hose that had been worn by time and use and become kinked causing the backup.  He replaced the hoses quickly and all is good!  James was professional, timely and knowledgeable.  Rates are reasonable and we will be choosing this company from now on for our plumbing needs!

Many months ago I had actually recommended to a friend this plumber I was reading GREAT review's on Nextdoor App. It was Nathan at Plumbing 101.  My friend used Nathan's services, helping to track down a mysterious hot water leak in a crawl space. Mind you this problem as plagued my friend for several months. Nathan located the nefarious leak & promptly fixed it at a super reasonable price.

Fast forward to today 011023, my wife is having surgery & thought to replace our upstairs toilet with a taller newer version.  Called Nathan based on prior reviews & he showed up later than we planned on due to his super busy schedule. There was a slight leak with new toilet but Nathan solved the problem saying he wasn't leaving until it was fixed. BAM!!  He found the issue & he finished up pretty quickly. He installed a new wall valve as well.

I will keep his number on speed dial, and plan on having my other toilets replaced soon as well.

Nathan is pleasant, conscientious, VERY knowledgeable and has an excellent work ethic. Nathan's prices are Super Reasonable too. Very hard worker,
