I am highly satisfied with their knowledge and customer service. Huyen came out and did his best to explore all options for the project I wanted. After the appointment, he said he would let me know if it would work or not in a few days. It only took him a few hours to call me back and let me know. What expedient service though the project would not be feasible. Bummer... thanks though CSR !

I was in need of a last minute plumber for my kitchen sink and after calling 10 places they were able to help me right away.

They were super quick in accepting the job and obtaining the information even at 4:30pm! Most places are set to close at 5pm or kick in their overtime, but they were super helpful and great on price!

They showed up in 30 mins got right to work in fixing the problem. They were experts of their craft and I was able to obtain some helpful knowledge from them to prevent this issue from happening again.

I was billed for 1hour at $122 for this job, but they were done in 30 mins. Other places couldn't get someone out until the following day or were quoting me over $200 due to overtime.

Overall 5 stars!! They were responsive, quick, and courteous. Great on pricing and they accept all cards. Reach out to them first if possible.

We had a new sink installed and needed several hook-ups. Steve and Scott went the extra mile for customer service and making sure I was satisfied with the work provided. There were some tricky aspects and they both came up with solutions. Thank you for a great experience!

Travis to the rescue! Our shower and bathtub were backing up and toilets were gurgling...we called around and seemed to be getting the run around (of course it was the weekend). Travis was the only one to call us back promptly and set up a time to come out. Not only did he arrive an hour earlier then promised, but he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it with no extras.

I had a large crack in my undermount clay kitchen sink. It's been there for a year and I really wanted to replace the sink. However. The sink was custom installed by the previous owners, and it was going to be a very challenging removal and install. I was concerned that it could be a messy job.
Darell responded to my Yelp request.
1.  He's very punctual and very responsive.
2.  He's very courteous and professional.
3.  He did a great job!  Old sink is out, new sink is in and it looks great. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.

Another plumber came out and correctly diagnosed our primary problem. Which was a disconnection at the city main. This plumber contacted the city. The city is going to fix the problem.

The bathroom floor drain was completely unrelated to our cast iron main. It was a blockage before our mainline.

I am not going to name real professional service. As I do not wish them associated with Ideal in any way.

What Ideal did achieve was pushing everything to the problem with the city main. Rather than the equipment and expertise to solve our problem?

We got a $1,400+ bill for no problem solution - at all.  

I dislike having to repeat myself as people need their jobs. But this is NOT a company to do business with. As you can read for yourself now.

Perfect service as expected from an owner operated business.  I had a water heater replaced after hours and it was done professionally, right, on time and budget. It's one of those operations that you hope you don't need, but good to know and have someone when time comes up.

Okay so this company was a life saver. They responded quickly, and gave me a free estimate over the phone. Ali was honest with me on the phone about the possibilities of what needed to happen, which I really appreciated.  I accidentally flushed something down the toilet, and was completely unable to get it dislodged. The plumber who came out really exhausted all possibilities before coming to the conclusion that the toilet needed to be replaced. Basically it was the worst case scenario, but the whole thing was handled easily and the cost was still below Ali's highest estimate. I appreciate how straightforward they were with me, and how they did the job well without a lot of fuss. I will certainly be using their services again in the future.

I would highly recommend this company. Eric was on time, very professional, thorough and so kind. He turned a dire situation into a good experience. Definitely five stars are deserved.

I had a leak pop up in my toilet pipe on a Saturday. Gustavo arrived within about 30 minutes of my call and replaced the pipe in under an hour. Emergency/weekend labor pricing ($225/hr.) made it a more expensive job than a routine scheduled call, but it was worth it for the peace of mind. Gustavo was expert, professional, and friendly. Yesterday- Will (techinician) came out and what we originally thought was a $200 one hour job, turned into a full day affair. Although the cost went up, he kept calling me to check in and inform me of the issues discovered, letting me know the increase in pricing per issue and even helped me find a great dryout company to come that day.

I am so thankful to have a good plumbing company that is ready and able to handle the job- no matter how complex.

Our dishwasher was leaking from within our island and I was so nervous we had a disaster on our hands!  James was able to come out the morning after I contacted the company and immediately discovered an old hose that had been worn by time and use and become kinked causing the backup.  He replaced the hoses quickly and all is good!  James was professional, timely and knowledgeable.  Rates are reasonable and we will be choosing this company from now on for our plumbing needs!
