Best Pipe Repair in San Diego CA

What a great experience! I had 3 pretty major problems and called these guys and had a truck at my house an hour and a half later. Vincent and Alan were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. My first problem was the hardware under my sink had broken and Alan looked at it for about 30 seconds and said, I can fix this is one minute. If this is the only problem I won't even charge you for it! Wow! Unfortunately for me, I wasn't my only problem, but he fixed it very fast and moved on to my drains. While he worked on my drains Vincent walked around with me to trouble shoot why my water bill was so high and found a leaky sprinkler- and fixed it. So overall I had my 3 problems fixed, it took about an hour and was about $100. I will definitely use these guys again if I have any plumbing issues and recommend them highly in the meantime :)

Collins did a great job and we were very happy. I liked Aaron's initial personal and quick responsiveness to my Yelp quote request and that he requested more information and a photo for a remote quote. I didn't have a photo yet but he helped anyway. Gilbert showed up right on time for the repair appointment, wore a mask, let me know est time and met the quote. I would call them again!

I've used American Ace and Fred twice since moving to San Diego and he's always come over quickly to diagnose and fix the issues.  The last time, a bad display unit was installed and Fred came back and replaced the faulty unit no problem.  I appreciate his customer service and dedication to making sure your housing appliances are working perfectly.  Usually quick availability and fair prices.

Manny and his team are awesome! We've hired them a couple of times for various jobs and they are always on time, are very communicative, and go great work.

Eric has been so helpful with managing my new home. Right when I moved in, we had a plumbing issue where our main sewer line was clogged. He came by the house within a couple days of me calling him and put a snake through our drainage system. Ever since he completely his job, we have had no other issues with our drainage since.

He is very informative and does not use any jargon to confuse or worry his customers. He is an honest man and does not up-charge on unnecessary tasks. He has earned my trust as a respectable plumber and I would not hesitate to call him again should any issues arise. He is now my go to plumber.

Me and my wife recently bought our first house and needed a gas line capped in our kitchen to properly install an electric stove in the area the previous gas stove was.  One of their plumbers came by and quoted us $1200 for capping a gas line!  $1200! We ended up getting the job done from a different local plumbing shop for just over $150. Be very careful with this business, especially to you first time home buyers that are new with these sort of things. Don't get scammed- avoid this business, get multiple quotes.

Matt at Armstrong Plumbing is GREAT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!! He and his staff are very professional and on time and prompt. Matt fixed several things for me - 2 shower cartridges and spouts and 2 bathroom sink faucets. He did a great job, always called and showed up on time. I know nothing and understand nothing about plumbing, but Matt did a super job explaining everything to me so I could understand.

I appreciated Express Plumbing's quick response time, and their ability to get me an appointment quickly. The cost to replace my garbage disposal was $250, which is about standard. Unfortunately, the garbage disposal they installed is significantly louder than what I had before; it makes a horrible grinding noise and I try to use it as little as possible.

Very disappointing experience. I called Sat at 3pm, for a toilet valve replacement. I was told a technician was available and on call, she would send him a message to have him call me. At 4:05, I called back and asked how long it usually takes them to call. She said she would call him again. At 4:20, Fernando called and told me he was booked through the evening (not sure how when they claim to be open 24/7) and that I would have to call back on Sun morning and basically get back in line. I called another local company and they helped me out. I would not recommend Eastlake Plumbing.

This company will completely rip you off! Technician Andrew Diaz came to our newly purchased townhome to give us a quote for the replacement of Polybutylene (or Quest) piping that our inspector found in the attic. We set up 3 estimates, and Andrew was the first appointment. He quoted us $16K to put in PEX piping throughout the townhome. This was twice as much as we were told by many other sources, but he was sure to ask us if we would be getting other quotes and ensure us that although they're on the higher end, they are the most reputable. HA!

The TRUTH is, the next two plumbing companies that came out, told us THE PIPING HAD ALREADY BEEN REPLACED THROUGHOUT THE TOWNHOME, WITH COPPER! There was NO need for these repairs, at all!

Andrew simply saw a first-time homebuyer and decided to take advantage!!! We are SO happy we got a second and third opinion!! That is a disgusting practice, do not trust this company, specially Andrew Diaz.

I usually don't leave reviews but I was personally compelled to leave one because these people are awesome! So: Our main line suddenly got backed up out of nowhere at 6pm - so I frantically searched and called for plumbing services. Most of the places I called charges an after hour fee (as if accidents happen only in business hours. Lol) on top of the regular fee for repair. When I called RDZ, they assured me that they will give us fair pricing and they will never charge extra just because it's afterhours and worked their schedule with helping us out the last minute. For this family owned business- they definitely have excellent customer service, very competitive and fair pricing, and professional service. Definitely a recommend! Please give them a call and you will not regret it

Here we are about 4 years later and we had True Plumbing fix an issue with the sink in our new home. Great customer service and really friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Will be hiring them for more jobs in the future. Feels great to have a go to plumbing company now.
