Best Leak Detection in San Diego CA

I would like to give a shot-out and thanks to Ray and Chu Sau Rooter for saving my family an expensive headache regarding a clogged shower drain. On Tuesday (5/17) I called Bill Howe Plumbing Inc. to inspect the problem. After an hour attempt of snaking the shower from both inside the bathroom and rooftop, the technician was unable to fix the problem. He stated that there might be a collapsed tube line for reasons why he couldn't get through. He estimated that it would cost me $151/hr + part cost over a two-day period to break some concrete and drywall to expose the pipe in order fix the problem. This would've cost anywhere between $1250 to $2250. Money that I do not have let alone - wanting to break down some concrete and drywall.

I told my aunt about the situation the next day and she recommended Chu Sau Rooter. Within an hour, Ray was at the house. It only took Ray  1/2 hour to clear up my clogged drain. His skills and expertise of utilizing a smaller head on the snake from the rooftop was the break through that saved the day and me a lot of money.  So I would definitely recommend Chu Sau Rooter for anyone looking for a skilled plumber. Thanks again Ray!

We had to turn our water off at about 1am after we noticed nothing in the house was draining.  Ryan was able to come out around 8am the next morning and fixed the clog in our main line.  He was upfront about prices and what it could be (easy fix vs. larger problem) and was very professional and communicative.  We added a pressure regulator and he spent the afternoon tracking down the parts and installing it same day.  Ryan provided great service and we will definitely call All American Plumbing for future plumbing needs!

Made an appointment with Core Plumbing on a Monday pm for a Tuesday am slot . David came to the rescue , had a 9-12 time slot and he came at 10 . Was given a diagnosis and presented with the choices I, it isn't cheap but I think it's fair for the work required . Had a clogged drain likely due to grease and grime over the years . I thought I could easily clean off the pipes taking them apart and using the plunger till my arms ache - it only helped for a short while still the drain backed up . If I was wiser I should have just called David and less the hassle of me trying to do it on my own

Got a new stove and it didn't fit because of the gas line. Fred came in and made it fit with no damage to the wall. Fred came in and got the work done with no extra or hidden charges.

Manny gave me the VIP treatment, great guy and great work. Kept in touch with me regarding start time, gave me options for service, and was upfront about pricing. Will definitely be using TL Premier Plumbing again in the future.  Not looking forward to another water leak, but I know who to call if I do find myself in that situation again!

I've been seeing these guys too much lately! First a leaky toilet, then my kitchen drain clogged up. Too much staying home cooking I guess. . As before they showed up within a few hours.  Wearing gloves and cleaned all their equipment before bringing it in my house. Had it unclogged within a few minutes. They were First to respond! Very informative and knowledge. Explained everything they were doing. The visit was only an evaluation of the problem. We haven't completed the job yet but when we're ready we'll definitely be calling Troy Plumbing to return and complete the job.

The tech was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, they seemed to do a good job on the repair. They are on the more expensive side with other plumbers I have used in the past. I was charged $275 for leak detection even though I told them where I thought the leak was coming from and they only had to cut in one area. My biggest issue was when the owner Omar first came and discussed pricing he said we would work something out but I never talked to him again, the tech came, repaired and invoiced me so it felt like the initial conversation with Omar never happened. I had expressed concern to him about getting charged so much for leak detection when I knew where the leak was probably at. I would still consider using them again as they were responsive and had good availability but I expect to pay a premium on the price.

Burtech Plumbing returned my call for emergency help immediately and had a technician on site within the hour.  Jose, the technician, was able to quickly find a solution for an overflowing toilet, which he fixed and then cleaned up.  The price charged was reasonable and his work was excellent.  I highly recommend Burtech Plumbing for your next plumbing job!

James worked very deliberately and took extra care to ensure that his work was superior.  I liked his serious attitude and professionalism.  When a problem was detected that he was not terribly comfortable with the options for solutions,  he called his superior John who, really knows what he is doing and was very competent and solved the problem quickly and efficiently.  I will use these folks in the future.  Their rates are competitive.

Yet another plumbing problem and involving my bathroom subfloor prompted me to call CML plumbing to come to the rescue. As I said in my previous yelp, I really trust CML; the owner Chris is now part of my service provider team and I am a lifer.

Chris really goes above and beyond to help his customers. My subfloor problem prompted me to talk to him about a new bathroom I am adding. He gave me excellent advice about the location I was considering, advising me not to do it in that area due to how my plumbing is in the crawl space. This changed my whole remodel idea to a less expensive, and more doable design.

On top of all that, when I told him of the subfloor bids for the existing bathroom, for which he was fixing the toilet leak, he referred me to a good contractor he works with to do the demo part of my subfloor at a price significantly less than what I had bids for.

I highly recommend Chris, and would trust his expert advice.

Called to get help with my plumbing situation and talked to dispatcher Will who was friendly and very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns without letting me feel silly and the technician who came out was fast and efficient!

Our bathroom drain was clogged so I called Vessel plumbing. Very good communication. On time. Kept the estimate for his work. Solved our issue in a timely manner. I will be keeping this place on my list to call again.
