Second time using these guys and I will continue to do so - they assess only what work needs to be done (no up sell) and offered a repair option rather than just a full replacement job that other plumbers quoted me. I consider them honest, reliable, and deserving of my continued patronage.

She did an amazing job on an accent wall and a few odd jobs on my honey-do list that my honey kept putting off (a light fixture, bathroom fan, faucet, and a shower head installed). THANK YOU!!!

I hired Darrell to install an reverse osmosis water system underneath the sink..  he did an awesome job, very professional and respectful.. I would definitely recommend him to handy stuff around the house if you are looking for someone to install or fix something for you..

We have a smart toilet that needed to be repaired. It's very hard to find a Plummer that is knowledgeable in fixing this. I called Anderson plumbing heating and air and they told me they don't have anyone experienced to do it. Behold Ideal! Wow.  I don't write very many reviews, but Alejandro really knocked it out of the park. He fixed an area in my bedroom that required flooring, wall repair, and paint.  The time he took to carefully get things just right, it was easy to tell he takes pride in his work.  He showed up on time, communicated constantly, and just made me feel comfortable that he would do the job well.  He even offered to fix a spot of paint where another repairman had done a poor job.  Oh, his pricing was very fair too.  If you have a job, Alejandro is your man.

Beware!!! These people are crooks.  They wasted time going through a whole bunch of things and gave wrong diagnosis even when I pointed straight to the problem. It ended up costing me over $650 because of all this wasted time when they should have found the problem in 20-30 minutes. Don't try  to reason with the owner. He is a bully.

Our older home started to fall apart and needed repairs on different issues with our plumbing almost weekly. We contacted Tino at California Pacific Plumbing and with each incident he responded immediately. Not only was Tino responsive he also took the time to explain what needed to be done in a clear and understandable manner,  All of the work was completed in a timely manner AND the end product was excellent; even my critical construction husband was pleased.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are the most honest, reliable and professional plumbing and HVAC company we (Advent Real Estate and Property Management) use. I love the office staff. Victor and Sam are so good on the phone! They reply promptly on email and invoicing is the best! John and Johnnie are the best owners/directors of the company and will gladly talk to me or to my clients. Dave was the salesman that came to my house to give me an estimate on a water softener and charcoal filter. I ultimately decided on Rayne over other big name companies due to cost and customer service reputation. I was happy with the estimate I received. I have a 1 car garage that is tight with my mid sized SUZ, but I was happy to see it fit against the wall without obstructing by ability to continue peeking in my garage. Joe and Adam did my installation and they were great! Installation was fast and I was able to get all of my questions answered while they were there. I am finishing a kitchen remodel. I needed the electric outlets swapped out, 2 regular, one GFI and one rocker switch. They came out the next day, they did the work requested, and charged what they quoted. They were very respectful of me and my property and they cleaned everything nicely. I will hire them again.

Steve responded to our call for help quickly and did a great job cleaning out our blocked drains. Steve and his employee did a thorough job, the price was fair, and Steve even gave us some tips and tricks for the future. I was hesitant to have someone in our home in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, but it was clear that Steve is taking this serious-- they walked in with their hands freshly sanitized and face masks. I absolutely recommend Steve and his team and will be using his services in the future.

I used Anthem Handyman service to install a ceiling fan. Gunner came to do the install and was so professional and polite. He installed the fan so fast and efficiently that he was in and out in an hour! I'll definitely use him again.

Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

WOW these people are good!

I needed the services recently of both a plumber (hot water heater dumped water) and an HVAC tech (a/c unit leaked in the attic). Both were stunningly good.

Several years ago, I enlisted the services of an HVAC company who had a booth at (but are not affiliated with) Costco, due to my a/c unit not cooling the place. Big mistake. They suggested bigger vents. Bloody heck.

Had I enlisted the services of Sherlock back then, the a/c compressor would still have been under warranty. John at Sherlock was able to diagnose the issues (there were several) straight away.

I came upon Sherlock by way of a plumber in the SF Bay Area, whose services I had needed when I lived up there, and he was a big fan of Bradford-White hot water heaters. A quick visit to the B-W web site showed the Sherlock was a local dealer.

Bradford-White is a quality product, and Sherlock is all about quality service, so it makes sense for the two to be connected.

Sure wish I would have known about Sherlock earlier, but I'm thrilled to have found them now.
