Best Water Heater Repair in San Diego CA
CSR is absolutely awesome! Call them ASAP to fix your issue! Seriously, don't waste your time inquiring with other places.
I know nothing about plumbing, but I do know that when I needed some old cast iron pipes replaced, CSR was the only company I got a quote from that educated me on what needed to be done and was willing to answer all my questions. Not only was their pricing the most reasonable, they were transparent and didn't pressure me into any unnecessary fixes.
They have excellent communication skills, work extremely fast, and are all around great.

Mike and his son were very nice to work with. Got us set up with a new recessed water box valve for the fridge. They got it done very fast. Mike was very knowledgeable and good at explaining things. Also nice to have some reasonable pricing, meanwhile some other companies are robbing people. Highly recommend Collins Pacific!

I called Core Plumbing because I believed we had a leak at our house but wanted to be sure. Don came that day and ran several tests to let me know that there was indeed a leak. Don was very thorough and explained everything time. It was very much appreciated. He also went over several options that could fix the issue. I will continue to use Core Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs and will tell anyone looking for a plumber to use them. Very happy with their help and service.

We were pleased with the entire interaction with Five Star Plumbing. Both Debbie and Justin were very clear and efficient with their communications with us. We had a water heater replaced. Justin showed up on time, He was courteous, neat and even made another small plumbing repair while he was here. Reasonable price. Great company. Highly recommended.

A/C stopped working and needed to have it fixed quickly. Other places were booked for up to 2 weeks. Fred answered my call and was able to fit me in the next day.
Max came out to diagnose the problem. He knew right away what the problem was and took care of it. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
He was punctual, courteous, and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend them for any of your a/c needs. I would use them again.

Eric & Tony came and replaced the gas insert for my fireplace. They took care of everything & wouldn't even let me touch the old, dirty grate. They set up the entire set & didn't leave until it looked perfect. They also took away the ash filled gas insert. Just wonderful from start to finish. (This is the first time that I have enjoyed my fireplace since I moved in 4 1/2 years ago).

GOOD PLUMBING, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Wanting to keep it local, I contacted Discount Plumbing. I got a human on the phone, they sent the plumber for an estimate within hours, saying they could begin the work on my approval. They weren't cheap, but probably average for the market, and finished the job satisfactorily (although they won't replace drywall they tear down to get at the leak).
The company has some skeevy upselling practices, but unfortunately I've gotten used to those in today's world. However, they added a new and bizarre twist. When the job finished, a second plumber turned up, demanding to know where our hot water heater is. Odd, since they had fixed a bathroom leak. The guy explained that he needed to put an in case of emergency sticker on the tank (spoiler alert: in case of emergency, call them). When I said no thanks, he said I needed to do it so he could get bonus points with his company. I told him that's an unethical way to do business, I had no interest in him earning a bonus for this, and the answer is still no. He asked what harm it would do to let him put on a sticker and take a photo to collect the points. I started to explain the customer is always right, which he mocked and interrupted. A shouting match ensued while his supervisor, the original plumber, looked on dumbly. I said I was going to report this to the company, and with a knowing smile he said go ahead.
The receptionist was sympathetic, told me that the staff behavior was rude and unacceptable. She said she would report this to higher-ups immediately, and I could expect a call within minutes to make things right. That was 24 hours ago.
It seems their goal is to choke off any repeat business with rude customer disservice. Do yourself a favor, don't get started with these people in the first place.

Absolute life savers! I had a leak occur on a Sunday night during a holiday weekend and Armstrong Plumbing was the only company to understand the urgency of the situation and come to the rescue. I had called about 6 other plumbers prior to reaching out to Armstrong Plumbing, and all of the other plumbers didn't want to take on an evening job and wanted to wait until the morning. With my ceiling caving in, I continued to call around because I live in a condo complex and the only other way to stop the leak was to shutdown the water for the entire building. Even though Matt and Eric were already fully booked for the day, they sensed that I was in desperate need of repair and came around 10:30pm that night after their last job had finished. They got right down to business to repairing the leak and were nothing short of excellent. They were very knowledgeable with what to communicate to my insurance and they even had their recommended drying company to come out that same night. All of these guys didn't even up leaving until midnight, and this was a Sunday night nonetheless. The most surprising part was that Matt and Eric charged a much lower price that I was expecting, especially considering this was an emergency job late at night on a holiday weekend. Armstrong Plumbing is definitely going to be my go-to guys for anything now. I seriously cannot thank you two enough!!

Called Daniel at the last minute to install two new faucets -kitchen and bathroom - and connect remaining kitchen items (disposal, dishwasher) following installation of new kitchen counter. Fast, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. Will call Daniel again for future plumbing needs!

Wow!!! If I could give this Company a 10 Star review I would! I had a pipe crack near my water meter in the sidewalk area. I called Eastlake Plumbing to schedule an appointment. A couple of days later, Plumber Fernando arrived at my house and started the repair work. See attached before and after photos. I am very happy with the work Fernando did! I can't thank Eastlake Plumbing enough for a job well done! I would not hesitate to call them in the future. Thank you Eastlake Plumbing and ask for Fernando when you need work done. Friendly, conscientious to detail, and Honest! Save your time and just call Eastlake Plumbing ! You can thank me later

Our bathtub drain backed up on a weekend. We requested an estimate on Monday morning through Yelp. RDZ responded quickly and set up an appointment for the same afternoon. They even arrived five minutes early! In less than 1/2 hour the drain was flowing again. There was no pressure to expand the scope of the repair. We are very satisfied.

Chris stopped by to access a few issues we had with water pressure, shower issues, etc. He was very helpful and was able to show me how to make the easy fixes on my own. Turns out a few valves were just closed That needed to be opened. He also helped access our kitchen faucet water heater which was very helpful.
very nice guy and I'll definitely hire him to come out when I have any plumbing issues. Thx Chris!!

Elite Rooter was AMAZING! I was out of state and my daughter called at midnight letting me know that none of the restrooms worked. I called Elite Rooter in the morning and they were at my house within an hour. WOW!! They understood the urgency, they communicated very well ( yes, I am still talking about a Plummer) and they sent step by step pictures of the work they did. They even referred me to a water damage company. Although, the situation was severe the process with Elite Rooter was seamless. Both Devan's are great to work with.

We asked for an estimate of a leak from upstairs bathroom into the kitchen. I put this on my appointment request. Charge for assessment was $49. The plumber came looked at the deli Ing and said he could not do anything without someone testing for asbestos then asked for the $49! He could have told us that before he came and saved me $49. Never recommend them or use them again. Ripoff!

Wow this company is awesome! Devan beat my bids on installing my sink and came out right away to do the job! His work is perfect. He removed all old plumbing under the sink, installed new sink, garbage disposal and installed new valves. He came right on time , did his job thoroughly and cleaned up leaving not a trace of left behind! Devan is very personable too! I highly recommend him for any plumbing job. He is fully confident in his profession and can get the job done with the skill of an expert. Thank you Devan!
