I started using Ray from CSR over 5 years ago on a recommendation.  As a property manager I'm on a strict budget and beside cost, the most important thing I look for is good work, reliability, availability and trust.  Ray's prices are very fair; I need to get quotes for bigger jobs and he always beats out competitor prices. For the most part, Ray is available same day or next day, he guarantees his work and is an overall good guy.  I use him as well for my home repair and he even explains repairs to my husband, who likes to do little jobs around the house, so he can do it himself for future. Joseph just performed some high-quality work for us on short notice.  Had our garage drain back up and washing machine overflow.  We were able to schedule service the morning after the issue presented.  Joseph assessed the problem and solved it immediately, he even went the extra mile to make sure the job site was cleaner than he found it.  He talked me through what to look for the next few times we use the drain to make sure everything was fixed correctly.

Joseph also took the time to point out a few problems with plumbing in our older home that we hadn't been aware of.  I feel that he provided me and my wife with useful information without trying to guilt us into extra services.  We can now read up on the recommendations on our own time but we'll likely return to Core Plumbing for some of the work he pointed out.

I also appreciate the peace of mind that comes with Core Plumbing warrantying their work.  Gives me confidence that the job will be done correctly.

These guys saved the day! I'm so excited I just bought my first washer and dryer and soon realized that the wall hook up was in the wrong spot. My brother recommended Community Plumbing and they were absolutely amazing! I've never had a plumber be so honest and give an accurate estimate. I'm now washing and drying up a storm!

We used Troy Plumbing for emergency repairs to the sewer line at a rental home. They were very responsive and worked with us to expedite the job since the tenants had to move out. They replaced broken cast iron pipes under the house and a large section of the main line outside, which required tearing up and replacing the walkway. It was a large and expensive job, but they kept in touch daily and answered all of our questions and concerns. Very easy to work with.

Great service, our plumber Angel went above and beyond to make sure our issues were properly handled. He really went the extra mile to provide great service, diagnosing issues that our previous plumber had left behind. We'll definitely be using their services again!

We felt so lucky to have Adam help us out with an emergency shower handle cartridge failure. He was very professional with great communication. Such a great guy who did the job quickly and left our bathtub/shower spotless. We are grateful for his expertise!!!!

Very happy with the service. They got back to me in minutes.  They sent someone out within a couple of hours.  The someone was Brandon, a personable, clean cut, competent young plumber who does not mind attention of a few pets.  We had an atypical job, an antique type high tank toilet.  The tank had been leaking and I had pretty much torn down the whole setup trying to fix it.  Brandon got it reassembled and working with no leaking with the parts on-site in pretty short order.  I would call him or them again.

If you need a plumber, Chris at CML Plumbing is your guy! We have had numerous plumbing issues in our condo, but we finally needed to get professional advice when something just wasn't right with our hot water heater. I found CML on Yelp, and I sent a long email to Chris about all our past plumbing issues, and he called my husband to set up an appointment in the next few minutes. Chris and his associate came out a couple days later, checked out our fixtures, gave us advice on how to get off hard water residue, and installed a new hot water heater. The next day something was still not right, but Chris came over within a couple hours at no charge to us. He figured out we needed a new water regulator, and since that was installed everything has been great! My husband said Chris was an extremely nice guy, and we were so impressed with his level of work and professionalism, especially when he needed to come back. We like to use smaller businesses, and it was also great that Chris, the owner, was the person we communicated with and that came out each time. We will always use CML Plumbing!

We had a clogged bathroom drain. I contacted Vessel Plumbing and the owner Travis showed up on time and he completed the job in in a timely manner , He was very professional and we would recommend him. We'll definitely call him in future for any plumbing needs.

Highly recommended! Mike and team came in promptly after another company had failed to diagnose and complete a job totaling 5-6 hours over the course of 2 visits. Mike came in and within 30 minutes had the problem figured out and was finished in half the time the other company was out for and charged me 50% of what I paid another company to  leave me in the exact same place I started. I will be using Carroll Plumbing in the future if the need ever arises and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks again guys!

We had a minor leak affecting our downstairs neighbor under our toilet and things were escalating.These guys were the only ones available for same day emergency service and we were almost shocked they could help us.

From the initial phone call to the owner coming himself to help us, everything was extremely professional and courteous. Prices were also very reasonable. Will definitely need to schedule another service with them when it comes time to replace our water heater.
