Excellent service! Contacted Saturday am through Yelp. The owner Byron responded right away and set up an appointment for same afternoon. Technician Jose arrived promptly and was able to unclog a shower and toilet. Will use them again!

Don at core plumbing is very knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. We called him to come out and check out a leak from our upstairs shower because we heard a drip when the shower was turned on.  Before coming out he called me to find out exactly what he was going to be looking at so he could be prepared.  Upon speaking to him about it and describing what we were seeing he determined that it wasn't actually a leak but what he called a tick which is perfectly normal. He said he would still be happy to come and look at it but it probably wasn't necessary. I was really impressed by his honesty and knowledge, plan to call him in the future for our plumbing needs!  Highly recommend !

I've hired Eric and Anthony a number of times now for a variety of jobs (water heater, toilet issues, kitchen faucets, and even swapping out old shower fixtures with new ones, etc.) at our small apartment complex. Not only are they always prompt, courteous, communicative, professional, and knowledgeable, they are always absolutely diligent about finding ways to provide the highest value for the service. For example, they recently swapped out shower valves that were installed during the Cretaceous period which normally would have required cutting into the shower wall through the backside. Well, because they are always thinking on my behalf and didn't want to stick me with having to hire a plasterer to patch and repaint the wall, they put their noggins together and came up with a way to cut into the old school tile (pre-Cambrian) from the front side and install the kind of shower valve that will make future maintenance easier and less costly. Plus, they applied what they learned in one unit to another unit shortly thereafter. Both shower stalls look amazing, and without all the mess and expense of extensive patchwork afterwards. And this is simply what they do day in and day out...help homeowners by solving their plumbing issues creatively and cost-effectively for the short- and long-term. These guys are simply top-notch. And if you hire them, you might even get a sighting of one of the more nifty mustaches you'll ever see this side of a Thievery Corporation concert.

Responded quick on yelp. First to respond. Gave a  quote my text and very responsive to it.  Gave me a two hour time frame to arrive. Due to unfortunate circumstances do to an emergency arrived late but gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Thank you! Will consider them in the future for my plumbing needs.

We had a gas leak reported on a rental property.  Had the pleasure of speaking with Freddy who scheduled one of his guys to come out.  Angel came out and was able to diagnose the issue.  Unfortunately, two of the units had corroded underground gas lines.  I have used Plumbing Tree before, on another rental so I was confident they could fix the issue.  Angel was very informative on what it was going to take to fix.  Throughout the process I received daily updates with pictures and questions when decisions needed to be made.  I spoke with the tenants when the job was completed and they expressed to me how hard Angel and crew worked to complete the jump.

Had Steven Ernst from Burtech come by, once for a water heater install and another to repair a punctured drain pipe. Both times he has been a great help and even followed up on his previous work.

Great response time from Solomon, who was polite,  efficient and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and all ended well. It's also good to know that BMP carry warranteed Bradford White water heater parts, so I know whom to call in case of future trouble. Based on this encounter, I would recommend Black Mtn Plumbing and will call them again in case of (inevitable) plumbing issues. Thanks, Solomon, for your wisdom!

GUYS!! THIS is a GREAT company!! First off, I submitted a request for quote on Yelp and received a response rapidly (minutes), and was scheduled for a person to come out the very next day. I am so thankful that we had Chico assigned to our job! He was thorough, helpful, and had no problem taking time to fully explain and investigate every single aspect of our job. Chico truly has gone above and beyond!! Aside from his initial help, the estimates are reasonable and all costs are detailed in full. They even have a fantastic system set up for scheduling; giving text message updates every step of the way...even sending out the name and photo of the technician prior to their arrival.

I will update my review once the job is completed...but I have utmost confidence in Chico and by proxy, California Plumbing. I am SO glad I found them!

I am new at this but just had to let it be known the Chris is what old fashioned service was.  Friendly, considerate, capable and helpful with ideas on how to make it workable until he can fix the problem.  He came out at 5:00 at night to repair my main line in the front yard that was leaking very fast.  He is a man of his word.  I recommend him for quality work reasonable prices and timely repairs.

Replaced a bathtub drain and two toilets.  I greatly appreciated that, despite it being a hot day, the fully vaccinated plumber (Michael) was willing to wear a mask.  I also asked him about installing a water softener/filter and learned some very important info from him that will determine which type we purchase.  Price was fair. Work was good quality.  Highly recommend - have him coming back to do more work.

Travis came out right away on an emergency leak and spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting for us. This was a head scratcher problem, for sure, but he patiently provided the needed attention for our situation. He was also extremely personable, respectful and polite. As much as you never want to need a plumber around all the time, it's great to know we have found our go-to plumber for the future.

Plumbing issues suck! I noticed water spots from the ceiling of my garage (live in a townhome with neighbors above it), sent out requests through Yelp and Scott responded right away. He first tried to help me over the phone, after a brief discussion he was over within an hour.

The leak ended up coming from the most obscure spot, really have no clue how he found it so quickly but was thankful for his expertise and diligence. Not only did he help solve that issue, but put me in contact with an incredible restoration company that cleaned everything up after he fixed the leak.

Bottom line, incredibly responsive, easy to work with, thorough and diligent. Hopefully don't have to use his services again, but he'll be the first I call if needed.
