Best Water Filter Services in San Diego CA

I've been using CSR for over 10 years, from my town home, to my rented home, to my owned home.  No matter who comes for the job (Huyen, Ray, Mike, Alan, Vincent, or Julio) they are always professional, friendly, and do a great job.  Most recently, Alan and Vincent came out to do a full day job doing various repairs for a new home purchase.  They did a scope and saw several tree roots in the sewage pipes leading to the city's sewer pipes.  They provided a detailed video showing exactly what was down there so we knew it existed and it wasn't just an attempt to upsell.  Alan and Vincent explained the options and left it up to us, no pressure.

2 weeks later, Vincent came back, this time with Julio.  They did the hydrojetting to clear out some of the roots.  They were professional, friendly, wore masks and did a great job. They cleared out 99% of the roots (compared to the previous video) but had difficulty with one that would just not clear out.  Vincent was honest about it and recommending increasing the PSI of the hydrojet for fear of damaging the pipe even more.  We appreciated the honesty and advice and are happy with the work Vincent and Julio did.

I've said it before...I hope we never have any issues requiring plumbers to come, but if we do, CSR is the first we'll call.

I want to thank you for the excellent service that was provided by your company.  I noticed water leaking around the base of the toilet on Thanksgiving eve which was terrible timing since I would be hosting a family gathering of almost 30 people the next day! I had a prompt response and Brandon was able to come over in the am. He did a thorough inspection and explanation and was able to fix the issue in a timely manner.  He even checked a separate issue outside, dug to check for water and provided some helpful information. He was polite, friendly,  took care with foot covering and mask and was so professional.  What a relief that he was able to get the job done! Now have to have them out for phase 2 of the project.  Thank you!!

I had Core Plumbing come out today and they cleared my shower drains and sinks!  They were very professional and knowledgeable!  I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a good plumber!!

Manny was prompt, professional, and friendly! Solved my clogged sewer line in about 10 minutes for $3,000 cheaper than the scam company that originally came out.

We were in need of a new water heater in the house we just bought in Mission Hills. Eric was extremely fast to respond, on time and was the most reasonable of the three estimates we received for our project.

In addition, Eric and Tony took care of a number if other issues our home inspector had found during escrow. No up selling whatsoever and super fair pricing.

They finished in one day and exactly what they quoted. Just a fantastic and professional company to work with.

Called these guys for warranty work on a shower valve they fixed 6 months ago that was solidly leaking.  Plumber shows up and what a miracle -he couldn't find a leak that was obvious to everyone!  $459 dollars later he convinces me the problem is elsewhere.  Oh - so now there is suddenly a leak that wasn't there before?  My bad for being stupid about plumbing and putting my trust in these guys.  Made a big hole in my stucco that set me back a couple hundred more bucks to fix.  At least now the non existent leak that destroyed the dry wall in my garage ceiling is fixed, but I strongly suspect they were playing games so as not to honor their warranty - though I probably couldn't prove it in a court of law.  I wouldn't trust these guys.  They smell sketchy.

this was a scheduling and communication nightmare. The plumber said he'd come between 12 and 3PM. My wife stayed home and waited and waited. At 3:40 she texted them to see what was happening. The plumber responded that he had an emergency repair. He could reschedule. When I asked why he wouldn't let her know at least around 3PM that he was running late, he wrote me that he did text her to let her know. But he did not. Not only that, he became hostile and wrote me that if were to write a negative review and he'd lose any customers as a result of my review, he would take me to court.

I never had any contractor ignore me way past the scheduled window and they would always at least say sorry if they were to miss the appointment. And I never have been threatened by a law suit should I use yelp what it's for. Scary times...

regarding the plumber's response, the facts:

No we did not. Absolutely not true.
- We told her we were running late due to an emergency.
No, there is 0 evidence of this, no text or phone call whatsoever, other than the response to her text at 3:40PM
- ignored our initial email to confirm scheduling
No, I did not ignore anything, I got back to them as soon as I knew my schedule
- We also made every effort to communicate with you and your wife
I am not sure what effort they think they made but they sure did not do 0 until my wife texted them.
- You threatened to write a Yelp review on lies
No, I did not. I never said anything about lying, on lies, etc. It's the FACTS, the texts, the calls.

Everything I wrote adheres to the facts 100%, as they happened. Facts are stubborn, and 98% of the communication between us in writing.

I was not rude in my communication despite all the verbal abuse and threats I received. I was professional and civil and factual throughout the entire communication.

I found plumbing tree on yelp and saw their stellar review so decided to call them for an estimate and they quickly returned my call informing me of their charge and warranty and availability. I had called several other people in the area and their price was comparable and they seemed the friendliest and most professional.

Jerry arrived and quickly got to work. He was clean and professional and very friendly. He quickly took care of the clogged drain informing me of the possible causes for its clogging. After about 10 minutes it was all cleared and he cleaned his area.

While they have a flat rate of $95 an hour, Jerry was able to get me a student discount of 10% off!

I would highly recommend using Plumbing Tree for your plumbing needs. They were fast, friendly and fair.

These guys are the best!  I've had them out several times over the last 3 years to address various plumbing issues.  They're always prompt, polite, friendly, efficient, and best of all, honest.  I've never felt pressured to have more done than what was necessary, and each repair has been done well.

Mike from Burtech was the best! He fixed the gas line to my stove very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company for their customer service. I sent a request for a plumber on the 28th and they sent Mike out on the 29th for an estimate. He checked out the problem and said he could take care of it that day.  I would not hesitate to contact Burtech again!

Fast, friendly, professional service.   Very impressed with knowledge, attention to detail, answers to questions.    So thankful to have found them through referral from a neighbor!  Very happy to get to use my bathroom shower again- easily fixed the broken pipe, saved us from having to start removing tiles to access the pipe.

I called California with an issue that has been bugging me as a new home owner and I was lucky enough to get Devan from California Plumbing! He was quick to resolve my issue and I'll be calling him again!

These guys are great at what they do.  We had a plumbing leak somewhere under the house.  Water was coming up from the ground under the bathtub area.  I hired them to come out and fix the leak before the water damaged more of the home.  

When I set the appointment, they told me who was going to arrive and sent me a picture of the plumber!  Robert is awesome.  He showed up on time, in a clean uniform and in a clean and professional vehicle with all the tools needed to do the job.  He performed an electronic leak detection and pinpointed exactly where the leak was located in the concrete foundation, then gave me options for how to repair the problem.  His estimate was in writing and they were very fair.  The repair was completed when they promised and the problem is solved.

I'm recommending them to everyone I know.

We called Vessel Plumbing for a water heater emergency on a Sunday. Travis answered and responded to our house within an hour and fixed the problem. Additionally, he recommended other services that would save us from a tragedy in the future. He replaced our water heater the next day and we are very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend Vessel Plumbing and will call Travis next time. Easy to work with, nice and great prices for labor/service.

Great guy and great company. He was actually very busy but recommended me to another good company to do the work. He was kind of the middleman and actually ended up not doing any of the work, but he will from now on. That is the mark of a good service person!!!
