Our bathtub drain backed up on a weekend.  We requested an estimate on Monday morning through Yelp.  RDZ responded quickly and set up an appointment for the same afternoon. They even arrived five minutes early!  In less than  1/2 hour the drain was flowing again.  There was no pressure to expand the scope of the repair.  We are very satisfied.

Wow! Chris responded to our request quote within 5 minutes (it was 9pm). He quoted us a very affordable and fair amount for our stopped kitchen sink. Being local to El Cajon he mentioned that he could have a tech out tonight. Being a bargain hunter that I am I decided to take a moment to get a couple other quotes. Needless to say, I'm a stickler for a prompt response. I decided to go with CML Plumbing.

Chris said that he was about 20 minutes out, but he knocked on the door within 15 minutes. He was very courteous, professional and quick. As a homeowner it is refreshing to find a plumber that will not price gouge and do a half ass job. I will be keeping CML Plumbing on payroll for all my future plumbing needs!

We just bought a house and needed a variety of small jobs done.  Darell quoted us a fair price, he showed up on time looking professional, he brought all necessary tools, equipment and supplies.  He replaced old 2-prong electrical outlets, attic and crawl space vent screens including a custom built access screen and repaired a broken fan vent that was venting into the attic.  He worked all day to get the job done well!  We will be calling Darrell again for future needs.

I'm a return customer for Ideal.  After a very positive first experience, I came back for more with a plumbing project and a clothes dryer installation.   For these projects I spoke with Melissa and Amanda to arrange for the work, and you know you've come to the right place when you get the friendly, knowledgeable customer service they provide.  Norris was in charge of the plumbing project.  He had great help from Gabriel and Jason.  They installed two new toilets, fixed a puzzling leak, and put a new shower massage unit in the master bathroom in two visits.  The work was perfect.  Gabriel returned to install the clothes dryer, including running the exhaust line to an outer wall.  All of the work on these projects was done in a friendly way, with consummate craftsmanship.  Thanks to each of them for being so nice and so helpful.  When you need work done on your home, make Ideal your first call.  They do it right.  Great people who are very conscientious, and they are fair with pricing.  They're the best.

I contacted Happy Plumbing regarding a broken kitchen pipe that must of been leaking for quite a while by the amount of water under my house. They sent out Efren Diaz for an estimate. I liked him right away. He was friendly and very professional. He gave me an estimate that I thought was very reasonable and so I agreed to have them fix it. It was late in the day so we we had Efren start the following morning. Efren showed up right on time the next day excited to start the job. It was a big job and was expecting it to take some time, but within an hour and a half the job was completed and my drain has never ran so good! It was a great experience and I will be using them again in the future. Thank you Efren!!!

Both sides of my kitchen sink backed up at midnight on a Saturday night. I called Drain Help on Sunday morning and they had Ali here by 1PM. He was polite, professional, and had everything draining again by 1:30. Great service and fair price. Would definitely use again.

Eric and PIC were not only quick to respond and great with communications; the troubleshooting and ultimately the work that resulted from it were not easy and they were able to resolve the issue I contacted them about; even better, they left with my toilet and overall plumbing performance improved  overall.

I had a sewer back up problem with one of my properties in Pacific Beach so I reached out to True Value plumbing and let me tell you I had  a real great experience with them from beginning to end! Not only Cody kept great communication with me the whole time via phone he politely informed my tenants of everything that was going on as well. Once Cody cleared the line he gave me a free camera inspection and FaceTimed me to have me see what he was seeing . VERY TRANSPARENT and a excellent prices . I highly recommend True Value! I had a toilet that kept mysteriously running at different times of the day.  I called Bill Howe and they sent Ignacio  out and he played with the insides of the toilet and we think it's all fixed!!!  He's a genius!!!   Very friendly and right on time.  I will definitely call again if I have a problem.

I had a great experience with Perry plumbing.  I called them regarding an emergency leak and they sent out  Cameron and Cameron on short notice.  They came to investigate the cause a leak to my downstairs neighbors when I ran my showers, and they performed a variety of tests to discover that there was a clog and a broken gasket that both were contribyting to this issue.

They were very professional and resolved one issue so that I was able to at least use one of my showers until I get someone out here for the larger fix.  They offered a great number of recommendations on my next steps while being very sympathetic about additional costs.

I definitely going to call them again the next time I need plumbing work!

As of right now they have 5 stars. Only company that I contacted that are able to come out today and fix our problem with the hot/cold water valve to our washer. Very prompt and friendly responses from Anthony. Price was fair and they agreed to honor the 1st time customer coupon and I didn't have to print it out. I asked about shoe covers since I just did our floors and I was happy to find out they were mandatory. Will wait for their tech's call today between 5pm-7pm and see how everything goes. I will update after the job is done. Great customer service.

UPDATE: So WOW just WOW. What a great organization. My wife loves this company and so do I. Worth every penny spent. Ezequil you are our #1. Fast, friendly, and helpful. These guys are on the top of their game. If I have any future plumping problems this TEAM is the one I will rely on. We had a leak in our kitchen faucet.  James responded quickly to the request and we were able to set up a mutually acceptable appointment quickly.  He arrived on time and performed the replacement after providing us options.

Thank you Nathan for coming out to unplug my toilet. You are very courteous and quick to start and finish the job. And gave me some ideas to try if the same problem happens again. I'm just thankful it wasn't roots from my tree.
