Sunday night (of course) figured out there was a broken pipe in our front yard. My husband did a quick patch to at least let us shower and while he was doing that I was on Yelp asking for quotes, Chris replied within about 20 minutes asking a few questions...then said he could be there 9am the next morning. Another company quoted $450 without asking any questions and the 3rd company didn't reply. Chris called about 8:30 saying he'd be there in 15 minutes. Showed up on time. He looked at the pipe said it would be $175-$200 for the repair. 20-30 minutes later repair done...$175. We have a house built in 1956.....we've had other plumbing issues and imagine we will again, our first call will be to Chris next time.

I had heard good reviews about them from an fb group. So when I needed some urgent help with the kitchen faucet, I gave them a call and they responded right away. Sent a plumber in the next few hours. He wore a mask during the work. Kept the work quick and neat. Because i just wanted a quick fix for the time being they did not even charge me to do that. Plan to call them when I need more plumbing work. Would definitely recommend them. Very professional and helpful.

After a week of trying to get some help with our A/C unit, Jeff n Carl's came to our rescue. They arrived during the designated time and quickly got to reviewing our equipment. They discovered the problem and after reviewing with us parts needed quickly fixed our A/C. With the promise of hot weather always a few days away my infant and pets will stay cool thanks to Jeff n Carl's. We were referred to Point Loma Electric by a family member.  We had an estimate done before we had received the parts needed.  When the electricians showed up to do the work, they realized the job was different than what they quoted and it was going to cost quite a lot more. I called Jamie (the owner) to say we were going to cancel the job, but she convinced me to let her send out two other technicians to do the job as quoted.  Ramon and Charlie showed up and did a fantastic job.  They were professional, courteous, clean and QUICK! They made sure the job was done right the first time.  We were so happy that we had them take care of some additional work while they were there.  Their pricing was extremely reasonable and the customer service was priceless.

You can go anywhere and find an electrician, but to find a company that provides excellent customer service and stands behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee is rare.  We will use Point Loma Electric again and highly recommend them to anyone in the San Diego area.

I was very impressed and happy with the service provided by Pristine Plumbing. Firstly, April Lynn was so kind on the phone and got me an appointment right away.  I was given a time window from 7:00am to 9:00am , but the repairman showed up right at 7:00am without any delays, which I really appreciated. They also sent me a text notification when he was on the way and a picture of what he would look like!

Steve arrived to fix my garbage disposal and was extremely polite and friendly. He was able to identify the model right away and  give me a variety of options for fixing and replacing the unit. In the end, I decided to replace the entire unit and he had it installed and running in less than an hour. He was also able to give me some advice on existing plumbing that the previous owner installed.

All around, it was such professional and enjoyable experience and highly recommend their services.

I had an unusual experience with Powers Plumbing. My dad actually called them about a problem and authorized them to do work in my home, but he failed to tell me! I came home to find the issue with a drain not resolved and a hole in my wall the plumber had cut and left.
I would have been angry, except when I called Powers they were so very helpful at resolving the issue. In fact, I was blown away by their friendliness and willingness to work with me to fix things. I would have rated them higher except that the drain didn't get fixed by them. I think it might have been different if I had been home, called them and been able to explain. Any which way, if you're looking for a place that's responsive and has exceptional customer service, I don't think you could find anywhere better than here. With so many other people rating their plumbers highly in the technical work category, I think my situation was an unfortunate exception and that this place would be a good bet if you're looking for a safe company and a pleasant overall experience.

Had the first appointment that was suddenly rescheduled in the time frame the appointment was for.  That was super frustrating but okay things happen.  We rescheduled for a few days later.  Apparently another thing happened.  That appointment got canceled, not rescheduled.  My husband had to follow up the next day to see when to reschedule and we were told he could not fulfill his commitment to the appointment.  What a waste of our time.  We could have called several other companies but it was our fault for relying on this company.

They came to repair a leak and did a great restoration that repaired water damage. Also found underground deteriorated drains and sewer pipes. Complete bathroom update repaired and restored all damaged flooring. Now everything is done and way better than new.   Thanks to Fernando and crew.
