amazing company and amazing customer service.  They had someone answering the phone and scheduling.  They showed up ON TIME and found a weird problem we were having with the plumbing and solved it.  Super nice people on the phone and in person.  highly recommend!

Chris Leah. He was the best I could ask for. He was very professional and kind.  He made sure I understood what the insurance would pay for and what was my responsibility. He was quick and did a very good job. When I need a plumber or if any of my friends or family ask about a plumber I will recommend him. Chris thanks for a job well done. Leon Mcirvin, wasn't trying to rip you but he gave us cost affective way to save money by digging our trench ourselves instead applying trench to the bill. He was kind and funny, he would crack jokes here and there make at me ease and his easy to work with he wasn't trying to intimidate you with plumbing terms and he would tell it how it was.

Our a/c stopped working out of nowhere and Brian came to fix it the next day! It was a quick fix and was working in no time. Steve also bought a part for our ac and fixed it that day. They are super reliable and trustworthy! I would definitely recommend this company.

Curtis Gordon came out and was a fabulous worker.

He was competent and very thorough in his assessment of what needed repair & replacement. He made the entire process smooth and we felt very confident with his work. He communicated throughout the entire job and made sure it was done to our satisfaction!

At every turn I saw him working his tail off with a smile on his face!

Consistent with the other reviews, this establishment deserves 5 stars.  Last Thursday our food disposal unit gave out on us after a decade of moderate use.  The hubby called the service number on the leaking unit only to find out that it had a 2 year warranty.  He then proceeded to yelp a reliable plumber in the area which is how we were introduced to Pristine.

Apparently, Saturdays are reserved for emergencies only, so we patiently waited till this morning.  Steve showed up on time (between 8 and 10), politely put on booties to keep outside debris to a minimum and replaced the unit in about an hour.  He was professional, patient and addressed all my questions with a smile.  Unit works as designed so far.

Thanks for the great experience and we will certainly keep Pristine in mind for any future plumbing needs.

Super reliable service! We're having issues with water leaking from our roof and couldn't figure out how to turn off the water for the building. I called Powers and Janet was extremely helpful. She was able to give some recommendations and had a gentlemen come out and help us with all our small requests! He was efficient and very knowledgeable during the service call. We found ourselves a new local plumbing company. Thank you again Janet!!
