Best Sink Installation in San Diego CA
Did a great job. Outdoor leak under landscaping. Mike and Hector arrived early, found the leak fast, were careful with my plants, and done in about 2 hours. Will definitely use again.

I had the misfortune of experiencing a water leak in our front yard over the recent Christmas/New Years Holiday. A detection service determined that the leak was under my concrete walkway and that it was in the water service line that runs from the water meter to my house. This is a pretty common problem in our area. I called the 3 plumbing businesses with the best yelp reviews to get estimates for fixing the leak. Company one wouldn't be able to provide a quote for 2 weeks. I couldn't wait that long. Company two would need five days to send someone. That was better than 2 weeks, so I got put on their schedule. The third company could send someone in 2 days. That company happened to be All American. I got on their schedule. Most plumbing companies don't send estimators out on the weekend, but 2 days later, on a Saturday, which also happened to be Christmas Eve, Brandon Kichas showed up for All American. He gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and provided an estimate before he left. Three days later, as scheduled, company two sent someone to gather information for an estimate. It took them 2 days to provide me with an estimate, and it was $1100 higher than All American's. Picking a company to go with, was an easy choice for me. I was fortunate that it was my estimator Brandon, who turned out to be the lead plumber for the work that needed to be done. He and his assistants (unfortunately I forgot their names) started the day after New Years and were able to complete the job in 2 1/2 days. Kudos to Brandon and his team. I was quite happy that they minimized displacement of my landscaping and that they didn't have to break up any part of the concrete walkway to do the repair. They were able to tunnel under it. They were also able to relocate the location of the pressure regulator and shutoff valve from inside the garage to outside. I can't think of a worse time than the Christmas holidays to experience a water leak, but thanks to All American, our problem was dealt with expeditiously and professionally. If I'm in need of plumbing help in the future, I'd have no hesitation in calling All American again.

We Used Core over the past couple of years in several homes and have been very satisfied with every facet of their performance. we get a prompt response and a very reasonable estimate, the work in done professionally, without any mess left in our home, quickly and when promised. If more work or needed or recommended, it is explained in a way that makes it easy to evaluate the decision to have it done or take alternative measures, and they are happy to give a quote for that as well, without any pressure to have further work undertaken. Grant was the guy who took care of us and gave us a great deal. I will continue to refer this company and use them as I need to.

TL Plumbing is one of the most honest, affordable and effective plumbers I have come across the market. I have been having problems for years. They came out on short notice gave me an analysis on different outcomes, and got the problem fixed that day. I would highly recommend them, as I will be definitely using their services again for all of my other properties.

Tony & his son came by to make modifications to my gas line for my new stove and did a great job! After they left I discovered the flex gas line that came with the new stove was configured for 5/8 and not the 1/2 line that I needed. I called Tony, he stopped by and gave me the 1/2 fitting I needed for my hook-up. Thanks again...and great job!

Well I bought a house with a slab leak. After calling multiple places about getting the leak found and the slab rerouted I found Matt at Armstrong. He showed up for an estimate and come back a day or so later and rerouted everything. Very neatly too through the attic and into the closets. I only had 3 small wall openings. Fantastic for a reroute. I learned so much while they were here. They were so knowledgeable and had no issue with me asking questions all day. Great experience. They will be back soon to do another job related to my kitchen remodel.

Daniel just finished installing 2 toilets for me for a good price. He is nice and took care around my old plumbing fixtures. He noticed that my angle stop valve was also not working fully, so he replaced that also for a very reasonable price. He had the correct and good part already in his truck.
Very EXPRESS.

I tried out the Yelp request a quote and was put in touch with Troy Plumbing. The customer service was absolutely on point. I appreciate the level of communication provided to ensure that my needs were met and the expectations were made clear. My kitchen pipe was corroded and the faucets needed to be replaced. They were punctual, professional and made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend Troy Plumbing again.

We used these guys initially to replace a hot water heater. Very responsive and fair in price. They also helped up with a master bathroom that leaked and set us up with American Response Team and helped navigate our insurance claim. They came the day it happened and eased our minds in the beginning. The project took a long time to complete but that was due to the bathtub being on back order, not their fault.
The only negative is there were two errors at the end of one project that needed to be corrected and communication fell apart around this. We are not sure if they were busy and overwhelmed with other projects but Omar never called or emailed or texted us when we asked for a resolution around this. One example, Miguel replaced a faucet handle in our second bathroom but installed it backwards so that the hot/cold was reversed. When we asked him to fix this, he first said, it was already like that (it wasn't) and then responded with a bid for us to pay them $350 to fix it rather than offering to correct his mistake. Had they corrected it, we would have gladly kept working with them on all other projects at their asking price moving forward. We would have even paid their bid for the second error as that was more of a communication issue rather than a direct mistake on their part. At this point, we had already employed them to replace a toilet, fix our kitchen sink drain, replace a hot water heater, replace our master bathtub so asking them to fix one small mistake they made seemed fair.
One other thing we will point out, we had told them before the master bathroom project started that we would be willing to pay extra and upgrade (for example, better faucets or a better tub), but they never gave us any options around this. They simply picked everything out themselves and installed it. In hindsight, this would have been really nice to be able to upgrade and it would have prevented some of the communication/disappointment issues at the end. If they read this, we would recommend that they ask clients to verify handles/faucets, etc before they install or ask clients to go pick it up themselves.
Because of the communication hiccups at the end, we have gone with another contractor to replace a second bathroom and replace all the fixtures hence the four stars rather than five. Would we recommend them? Sure, just be sure to double check everything they pick out before they install it because once installed, there is no going back. Communication is key.

Oh what fun to wake up Labor Day holiday and find a puddle of water on your laundry room floor! My 50 gallon water heater had stopped working and water began to pour out of it. I called Burtech Plumbing and immediately got a service call set up for a couple hours out. Bill Schramm called me back and gave me instructipns on what to do to prevent major flooding of my house. I hooked up a garden hose to the hookup at the bottom of the water heater and turned off the water supply. Thank you Bill!
The technician/ plumber, Steven Ernst arrived half an hour early, was very personable and skilled. He went right to work, removed the old water heater, replaced and upgraded all the pipes and fittings, and installed the new water heater. Steven is a skilled craftsman who makes a difficult job look easy even when things don't go as planned. Thank you Steven I enjoyed working with you!

Preface - I have not paid for any services from Black Mountain Plumbing - this only relates to my experience in trying to get a quote.
I was looking for a quote for a main line sewer replacement. Like others whose houses were built in the 60's we have a cast iron sewer line than is reaching the end of its usable life. I have 4 other vendors coming out to take a look - all to bid on the job. Only Black Mountain Plumbing said that coming for an estimate was billable work at $230 per hour. This fee, they said could be applied to the work if we chose them as a vendor.
They were cordial and friendly but happy to pass on the potential work. I was happy to pass on paying a vendor who charges service fees to create a quote for a multi-thousand dollar job.

Very happy with the service. They got back to me in minutes. They sent someone out within a couple of hours. The someone was Brandon, a personable, clean cut, competent young plumber who does not mind attention of a few pets. We had an atypical job, an antique type high tank toilet. The tank had been leaking and I had pretty much torn down the whole setup trying to fix it. Brandon got it reassembled and working with no leaking with the parts on-site in pretty short order. I would call him or them again.

My water heater stopped working late last night so I reached out on yelp to see if I could schedule something in the morning. I woke up and a response was there saying they could be here by 8am. The technician (Keith) showed up on time and was friendly and courteous and answered any questions I had. He had to go get a new water heater to install but even including that time, he was done before noon. They did a great job and I'd recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.
