If you have a plumbing problem, this is definitely the company to go with! I had a clogged toilet and for a few days and tried everything to unclog it, but nothing worked. I called CSR and Ray came down to help out. It was a more difficult job and he got in done quick and efficiently. My experience with this company was great. I will cotinue to use them if I have any other issues. I highly recommend CSR Plumbing.

This is a wonderful plumbing company. Very organized and responsive, expert technicians( Dave is awesome!) and great attitude( from their admin team like Rachel to the owner Byron). They stand behind their work and their fees are very fair. I am very happy with them and will use them in the future and also recommend them with no hesitation to friends and family.

I posted a project on Yelp and Collins Pacific Plumbing replied within minutes.  I set an appointment for a day later and received reminders and correspondence from the owner, verifying that a technician would arrive on our confirmed date/time. Gilbert arrived on time and ready to assess my plumbing issue! He quickly solved my crossover hot/cold water issue, purchased the parts I needed for the repair, and did a very thorough job with install and post-install testing.  I highly recommend this company for any and all your plumbing needs, especially technician Gilbert who was able to diagnose and immediately fix my issue. I like this company.  We called with a problem, and they showed up that day.  After inspection, they gave us the choice of getting a short-term fix or a long-term replacement at twice the cost.  When we opted for the replacement, they showed up at 8:20, did the replacement in less than the time they had predicted, cleaned up after themselves and charged us the quoted price.  And so far, it works perfectly.

I like dealing with real professionals, and I'll be calling them again when we have plumbing issues.

During these fires my air conditioning unit broke.   Just imagine 90 degrees inside the house without being able to open the windows due to poor air quality. I was completely desperate dying of heat.   Late in the evening I found this company on yelp and called immediately.  The owner I believe,  told me he was booked for days but he was finishing a job in Penasquitos.  He said he could come my way around 8:00 pm.  I don't think I even asked prices.  He showed up at my door around 8:15 and I say hi.  He immediately opened up the unit and tested it and  knew what was wrong.   He showed me the part he needed to replace right away and gave me a fair price.   He was done in 30 minutes and I was the happiest person on earth I could finally sleep well again.  Fast Service. !!

I recently had to install a new kitchen sink in my house and I was struggling to find a right company to do the project. Among three companies that I picked from Yelp(based on reviews) they're the most reliable one because they delivered what they promised without adding any other extra charges. To be honest, there are so many fake good reviews on Yelp and if you chose a wrong one, you might get scammed very easily. First company almost charged me with double price what TL premier provided and when I asked if there is any discount, they brutally didn't reply me back. The second company told me that they're too busy to deal with small project like this. I was like WTF? People don't want to make money? Manny, who is running TL premier plumbing company, is a very humble guy and he made sure my sink got installed properly without any other extra charges. Their service is extremely fast and professional. I'm so happy to hire them to finish my project. If I do have projects in the future I will definitely hire them again. Thank you guys !

Our gym franchise had some bad sewage problems out of the blue one night at 5pm on a busy night. I couldn't believe they came out so quick! They came out quick, spoke to me in clear non plumber terms, and gave me a great deal on top of all that. Highly recommend!!!

We have an emergency to re-do repair what the other plumber did to replace the shutoff valve that was installed incorrectly. I made one call in they are at my door step right away. The valve was fixed in a matter of lass than 2 hours. Ken did a fantastic job and they are now our go to plumber and would recommend to all our friends. Note this on a Sunday morning.

Great service. I had a pretty clogged up shower drain, water wouldn't drain and stayed for an hour or so. The serviceman that came to my apartment was extremely friendly and personable. Service was done in like 30 minutes.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!! Hector was the best! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. He came out told me what he could do but also gave us his own recommendation, which we went along with. Which costed a little more now but will save is in the long run. Instead of doing a quick fix and going about his day he actually wanted to do it right for us now so we don't have any future problems with our sink. After the job was complete he waited around for a while just to make sure there weren't any leaks. And he also had me look under the sink to show me what he did and actually show me nothing was leaking to give us a better price of mind.  He was also very compliant with the covid precautions, he made sure he had his mask on and gloves on while working and also speaking with us in the house. Last but not least he was very friendly and respectful Team Rooter is very lucky to have him.

I had the main line clogged and not to mention black water coming out of the shower and toilet. I called a couple of family owned companies who were ridiculously priced ! So much for family owned we take care of you bs. Salvador came and took care of the issue i support local businesses specially when its really family owned. Very clean and affordable! I will definitely be calling him again !

On 7/10/20 Steven (a Senior Tech at True Plumbing) installed replacement valve assemblies and escutcheon nuts (retrofit kit items provided by Kohler) for my two bath faucets.  The original items were locked in position by 14 years of corrosion and calcium deposits.  Steve kept with it, carefully removing and replacing the original chrome fixtures.  He was a real pro, as is the pleasant staff that helped answer my initial questions and set up my repair.  True Plumbing is a professional company that won my trust and appreciation.  Well done!  Jim A.

My tenants toilet separated from the floor and leaked badly at every flush.

Everyone I dealt with was amazing. Had a non/slow flushing toilet due to a clog. Called in the afternoon and scheduled an appointment for the following day. They called back to let me know a spot opened up and that they could send someone right away. Dylan was extremely professional, kind and thorough. After removing the plastic makeup tube that caused the clog, he shared some knowledge and answered all my questions, thank you Dylan!

They also use a notification system to text/email you with all updates which is extremely helpful. Great company. Will gladly do business with them again!

Had a tankless hot water heater installed by another plumber, however, it wasn't heating the water throughout my house properly, so I called California Plumbing to get a second opinion.

The plumber showed up on time, was professional and very nice. Unfortunately, he told me there was nothing he could do to fix my not-so-great situation. The diagnostics charge was $200.

No problem there at all. Things went sideways when I mentioned that there was no hot water in my bathroom sinks. My hall bathroom has a brand new vanity, and the drawers in the vanity needed to be removed by the plumber in order for him to take a look. Now, two of the drawers seemed to be off track. When I tried to fix them, I realized that the hot water hose had come loose and was now leaking inside the vanity. I turned off the water, got my own pliers and secured the nut at the top. So at least that got fixed.

However, the hardware on my drawers also seem kind of messed up still. At least I am not able to get the drawers back on track the way there were before the plumber came by.

So, if I needed another plumber, I would still call these guys, I just would remove any drawers or barriers to the plumbing myself before they get there.
