Best Plumbing Services in San Diego CA
We called CSR due to an ongoing toilet obstruction issue we'd been having. Alan and Vincent were very professional, explained everything in detail and took care of the matter to our satisfaction. The problem was due to some roots that got in under the toilet seal so after clearing out the obstruction they made sure that the toilet was properly installed. Overall we were very pleased with the service and will use CSR again in the future if needed.

I had a leak in the main line between the water meter and my home, under the grass. I called several plumbing companies.. All American was first to commit to a visit and estimate (no charge). They dug up the line and identified the location of the leak. They then repaired the leak and returned the grass to look as good as possible. All the technicians (3 in total) were very professional and well-equipped. The work was high quality, and the communications with me were excellent. I've deducted 1 star (giving 4) as I felt their pricing was above average... but as usual, you get what you pay for. They were fast to respond and did a great job. I would call them again.

I reached out to Collins Pacific Plumbing in a panic. It was everyone's nightmare, a clogged toilet right before the holidays. Their service manager, Aaron, responded immediately and sent a technician within the hour. It was remarkable service. The technician, James, took care of the problem then communicated what had happened to cause the backup. I would absolutely recommend this business to others. Thanks again, Aaron & James.

Justin replaced a water pressure regulator to my house quickly and cleanly. He explained everything after finishing the job and gave information on servicing the regulator myself if desired. Would recommend five star plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I very rarely leave bad reviews. I'm a property manager who double checks what contractors say. I needed to pressure check my gas line. These guys went under my house and said that the gas line was really old metal pipe that was covered in black tape and couldn't see where it was leaking so the ENTIRE house piping needed to be replaced.
They originally said $3-5K to repipe the house and dig a trench. Then it went up to $8-10K after looking at the house.
I ended up going under and verified that the pipe has NOTHING covering it. You could definitely find a leak if you tried.
So they completely lied and tried to be manipulative over email. I just feel bad for others who need plumbing because if you don't know how to check for yourself you could easily fall for what they're saying and pay an outrageous price.
I'm getting everything done for less than $2K. I'm sorry but I'm not happy being lied to.

First let me say they take $20 off your bill if you write a good review before they walk our your door. I would not trust reviews you get paid for.
I contacted them at 7:15 on Friday night, that is 15 minutes after they close but I knew they had emergency services. Note, their hours have recently changed. The phone rang for a bit. You could tell it was forwarding somewhere. A girl picked up and took my information and said I will receive a call from the person on call shortly.
5 days later and still no call. This was an emergency and five days later still nothing. I went someone an email and explained what happened. They replied / I made an appointment. Did not even apologize.
Two guys show up and I told them what had happened and how I did not hear from them Friday night and 5 days later I had to called to get some help. No apology from them either.
They go into their sales pitch and try to sell me on the hydro jet. I chose to snake first. They also mentioned if the snake does not work ($300+) and we need the hydrojet and that will be another $800+. I am paying them to clean a pipe. You have one job. Do the job with the tools you have available. Do not come to me and say, well the snake didn't work but you still owe us $325. You did complete the job I hired you to do but I still need to pay and if you want it cleared out you need to pay another $800+ to jet the thing.
What a joke. Are all plumbers like this? Is there anyone honest?
I did some research after they left and when you compare local and national averages, their prices are on the very high end.
I hope I never need a plumber again. If I do, it will not be Discount Plumbing and Rooter. I guess the discount in the name is in reference to the $20 off for the good review.

Absolute life savers! I had a leak occur on a Sunday night during a holiday weekend and Armstrong Plumbing was the only company to understand the urgency of the situation and come to the rescue. I had called about 6 other plumbers prior to reaching out to Armstrong Plumbing, and all of the other plumbers didn't want to take on an evening job and wanted to wait until the morning. With my ceiling caving in, I continued to call around because I live in a condo complex and the only other way to stop the leak was to shutdown the water for the entire building. Even though Matt and Eric were already fully booked for the day, they sensed that I was in desperate need of repair and came around 10:30pm that night after their last job had finished. They got right down to business to repairing the leak and were nothing short of excellent. They were very knowledgeable with what to communicate to my insurance and they even had their recommended drying company to come out that same night. All of these guys didn't even up leaving until midnight, and this was a Sunday night nonetheless. The most surprising part was that Matt and Eric charged a much lower price that I was expecting, especially considering this was an emergency job late at night on a holiday weekend. Armstrong Plumbing is definitely going to be my go-to guys for anything now. I seriously cannot thank you two enough!!

Amazing job! This was not a small job. I had work in garage, kitchen and upstairs plumbing. They had all the necessary equipment to complete the job. They also used angle stops rather than those oval shut off valves. I no longer have old leaky pipes!! They were efficient and cleaned as the worked. I am very impressed!

I wanted to locate the clean out in my house and Omar came out the same day.
He worked quickly and efficiently to locate where the clean out is.
Turned out to be cast iron and too deep to access, but now I know where it is.
He also ran a scope to tell me the condition of the old pipe.
It's great to know what I have under the front yard.
I highly recommend this company!

I called out Team Rooter to find a slab leak and give me a quote to fix it. The cost to find the leak was $395, a bit expensive but should be a good report of the leak location, right?
They reported to my sons (I was at work), one leak under the slab going to the backyard faucet, one under the slab near the location of the water heater, one at the water meter and all 4 sprinkler valves (2 in front yard and 2 in backyard) are leaking.
Pretty good report right? Except there are four lines under the water heater going into the slab, which line is leaking? Also, the two sprinkler heads in the back are isolated by a shut valve and one of the sprinkler heads in the front was replaced the previous weekend. Starting to wonder about the report.
Anyway, they said they could be out the next day to fix everything. Only $6500. WHOA?! $6500!!! I have to come up with $6500 overnight? Of course, they offer financing. I'll bet they do. With prices like that it's probably the only way most people can use their business.
So I ask questions, how long will it take? Response - just one day. Next question, how many technicians? Response - two. A little quick math and assuming an 8 hour workday that works out to be about $400/hour PER TECHNICIAN (not including materials). When I mentioned $400/hour (PER TECHNICIAN) I was reminded that they had to pay the office staff as well. What are they paying all their people with, ounces of gold?
Anyway, i ended up calling an actual leak detection company ($250). One leak under the slab from the line going to the back faucet and one at the meter.
Got two quotes from other plumbers ranging from $1750 to $2500 to reroute the leak under the slab and fix the leak at the meter. $4000 savings. Only $1000 per sprinkler head. Obviously these companies are not paying their workers in gold.

I needed a drain added immediately, RDZ came to the rescue. They worked into the night to get the job done in a day. I was super impressed with the dedication and quality of the work. It was a big job, and I wasn't able to be there while the worked, so they took pictures of the job while it was being done and shared them with me when I got home. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work. RDZ plumbing and drains are super professional.

We only got a quote but they were responsive and very cooperative. Prices seem to be standard for the area.

Burtech is amazing! I had a backup in my bathroom shower pipe and needed a plumber. A friend recommended me to Burtech because everywhere I called wanted $120+ just to come out and snake the drain! But Jose and Storm who came out were on time, super awesome and quick! They fixed my drain in minutes. I only paid $57 (online coupon) and I got a 90 day warranty!! They are the BEST!
