Great guy. He wasn't sure why we couldn't put in the faucet ourselves, but we said we would be glad to pay him.  After he got it all done, he let us know that we couldn't ever have done it. The tool that came with the faucet wouldn't ever reach to secure the bottom of the base. He had to use his own tools. So, glad we didn't waste his time and so, so happy to have a faucet that doesn't swing in every direction. Great experience!

Found this company on Yelp and am so glad I did! They were super quick to respond for a quote. They were able to get a technician out the next day. Macias was very pleasant and professional. He was able to give me and estimate for work needed. I was able to get him scheduled to complete the work two days out. We definitely would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber. I've already referred a friend who needs a gas line rerouted as well!

These guys are awesome. Another plumber was supposed to come but bad communication meant that water in the unit was shut off and time was running out. I tossed a request for a quote on Yelp and Aaron was super quick to get in touch, get me a good quote and get his guys out here within an hour.

Gilbert came out with a worker and was an all-star. Knowledgeable, quick, super professional. Fixed both valves, fixed our tub and was out within two hours. It's nice when a company values your time and customer service.

I wish I could give Core a higher rating since they did a good job, but their price was unbelievably high.  When I called to make the appointment, they said they couldn't give me an approximate quote until they came to the house.  We had an appointment for arrival between 8 and 9, but it was almost noon when they arrived, so it was already Friday afternoon when they gave us the quote.  I was absolutely shocked when I saw how high it was, based on my previous experience with plumbing repairs.  Since it was Friday afternoon and we had an urgent situation (a leak), we reluctantly decided to go ahead.  There was no way we could wait till Monday, and I figured weekend rates for plumbers tend to be higher than weekdays.  I rarely write a review but I have not been able to shake the feeling that  we were fleeced.

Justin is awesome! I have used 5 Star Plumbing for years. Very quick and efficient.  He is honest and lets you know what needs to be done. Very professional. Highly recommend giving 5 Star Plumbing a try!

My AC went out this past weekend which was the hottest weekend of the year. I called Fred knowing he'd be busy, and surprisingly he was able to come to my house same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem (my capacitor was dead). Great business owner, honest and efficient.

Big thanks to Ivan, Efrin, Manny, and the whole TL Premier crew that helped us out figure out what was going on.  Super quick response time via Yelp was super appreciated, with a fair quote.

We couldn't pin down the exact symptoms on the first visit, no real fault of the TL team at all in this, and were gracious enough to come back to help troubleshoot it further.  One hydro jet later and our kitchen line problem is solved.  Don't think it was that easy either - with the twist and turns to our piping this required some effort from the team and they did a top notch job.  

They didn't run up the costs, were fair and up front on service options/pricing, and didn't pressure any decision making.

Not sure I can really ask more out of a plumbing service.  They are getting first crack at future calls.

Tony and Eric were awesome. We just bought a new house and there were major issues with the sewer pipe - it was the original 100 year old cast iron.  They got it out in 2 days, and also tossed a bunch of junk under the house leftover from previous work. They also moved a toilet to a better location in the bathroom, and overall did a great job. When I found the master shower was clogged, Tony came back and snaked it. These guys rock, and you should hire them. They also have great local food recommendations too!

They did a great job when we had an emergency on a Sunday-flooded bathroom-couldn't shut off the water.Super Stressful.These guys took good care of us.

Here within ten minutes of my call, fixed a problem with my water heater that I created in about 20 minutes, charged me a low flat rate. Blown away by the service level and value. He also took extra care to make sure he left everything clean! I will never go anywhere else for another plumber ever.

Eastlake plumbing was a great choice, Danny (Daniel) was very helpful in looking at the pipes underneath my kitchen sink and was able to fix a slow leak that was causing us problems. He was patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. He even taught me a few things about plumbing and he was very easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone living in the Otay Ranch/Eastlake area. They are definitely worth your time and money.

Awesome experience. Provided quote up front. We were fixed into allowing another plumber come to to provide a quote and when he was here he said it would be $585 to change out the garbage disposal. Troy did it for &250! Honest and reliable.

Used this guy Omar for a leak detection. He became belligerent, cursed at me, and even threatened to beat me up when I told him to honor the price he quoted me over the phone. I was in shock. Later on I checked the license number he has posted on his van. Turns out his LICENSE NUMBER is FAKE! Try it yourself. If you go to his website the guy doesn't have his license number anywhere on there. Only a fake one on his van. So in other words he is doing UNLICENSED work, so beware! Don't believe me? Call him and ask for his license number then look it up. We will be contacting the CSLB next.

I've used Plumbing Tree for a couple of years for plumbing needs, from sink/disposal drain issues, to toilet, and today shower.  Great communication, friendly, do a great job, and clean up after themselves.  Would recommend and will use again.  Thanks Manny & Angel!

Second time I've used this company. I live in an old house built about 1954. Clogged kitchen drain was almost impossible to fix but they did it and told me about the problem would reoccur. This week the same thing happened and I had them install a clean out under the kitchen sink. Good job both times I'm a happy customer. Both of these jobs were not complex but they got done quickly and without issues. I know good work when I see it. Retired teacher, Union journeyman Carpenter, and roofing company owner in the past.

We noticed a terrible odor (sewage gas) coming from our wet bar and called RDZ Drain to see if they could check it out. Sal, the owner, came the next morning and were able to figure the problem in minutes! Great, prompt, and friendly! Would 100% use this team again.

Once again, True Plumbing has come through for us - Dave was awesome and even called back to make sure the drains were still ok! Thanks for being so reliable and personable!

Witnessed one of the drivers get impatient in traffic on the freeway and drive on the shoulder passing everyone, then cut people off and gave everyone the middle finger.
