Best Pipe Repair in San Diego CA

Two years after my last review and these guys just keep on delivering.  Always quick to respond (first responders?), pleasant (no knuckle-dragging apes showing plumber's crack), and first quality work.  Always.

Keep it up, guys.  We need you.

Anytime I have to make a service call I'm always worried about the cost and being upsold on services I don't need. I contacted the owner thru the Yelp messenger and getting a quote and appt was super easy.

The issue we had was a constantly running toilet. Nate came out and he was professional and courteous enough to not bring in any outside dirt. He looked at the issue and it was a matter of a simple adjustment. He didn't charge us which was the cherry on the top. While he was here I had him look at some other plumbing work I wanted done. I'll definitely be reaching out when I'm ready to have those done.

Finally a plumbing company you can trust!

My mom had a clogged drain in her garage.  Jose & Gio came out to fix it.  They were professional and polite and got it fixed quickly.  Thank you!

We had the pleasure of working with three of their technicians:  Ricky, Joe and Eli.  

We had one of the toilets backing up and flushing very slowly. So bad, that it was coming out of the adjacent tub!  We were very concerned something was wrong with the pipes, having never had to call plumbers over & the house only being 2 years old.  

I found Core Plumbing thanks to Yelp, and called and had an appointment set for the next day.  I was happy to see they serviced North Escondido. Their communication was great:  automated text messages confirming the appointment and when the technician was en route, to being able to pay via their iPads and instantly emailed quotes and receipts.

Ricky was the first tech out, arrived promptly and was very honest about what repairs he was going to do, what might need to happen if it didn't work, etc.  and he worked for almost 2 hours before he decided to call in 2 senior technicians to help him out.  The house is a new-build (2018) and he wasn't 100% sure how to approach some of the piping that he didn't have experience with.  I appreciated the fact that he was honest with us and put a hold on the project until the 2 seniors could come the following day (Joe & Eli).  He did not charge us for the work done up to that point and cleaned up the bathroom nicely before leaving.

The 2 senior techs (Joe & Eli) showed up promptly the next day (Christmas Eve) and, after we explained the situation, they were able to confidently fix the toilet plumbing issues within an hour.  They were very knowledgable, explaining to us what they were going to do before they started working on it.  Left the room tidy after they were done.

I appreciated their honesty, fair pricing and expertise.  They didn't upsell any services and charged us only for the necessary work they did on day #2.

Hopefully we won't have many more plumbing issues in the future, but if we do, Core Plumbing will be the first company I will call.

Justin is hands down the best plumber in San Diego. Not just because of his excellent work, but his reliability and kindness towards his customers is what really sets him apart from other companies. My wife and I remodeled our entire house in Clairemont and Justin really came through and met all of our needs. Five Star All Around!!

My house is 1 years old and we were not getting any hot water to the house. Omar came on a weekend and had it working in min. Explained how the tankless water heater works and showed me to do it myself in the future. Would 100% recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

What an impressive company! I asked for someone to come to my home to provide me a quote for some potential plumbing issues and they worked me into their schedule which I was so grateful for. Matt was on-time, kind and very knowledgeable. And what I appreciated most was that he was honest and a man of character. He told me the truth about the condition of my plumbing and gave me fair pricing for the small amount of work that I do need done. I can't wait to use them in the near future!

Daniel is very professional, honest, and his prices are fair. I had no luck getting the more well known plumbing companies to come out to my apartment, which is in a high rise downtown, but after reaching out to Daniel on here, I received a response right away with a quote. He showed up on time and replaced my garbage disposal with no issues.

Replaced a water heater, did a stellar job and at a reasonable cost. Would absolutely call them again.

this was a scheduling and communication nightmare. The plumber said he'd come between 12 and 3PM. My wife stayed home and waited and waited. At 3:40 she texted them to see what was happening. The plumber responded that he had an emergency repair. He could reschedule. When I asked why he wouldn't let her know at least around 3PM that he was running late, he wrote me that he did text her to let her know. But he did not. Not only that, he became hostile and wrote me that if were to write a negative review and he'd lose any customers as a result of my review, he would take me to court.

I never had any contractor ignore me way past the scheduled window and they would always at least say sorry if they were to miss the appointment. And I never have been threatened by a law suit should I use yelp what it's for. Scary times...

regarding the plumber's response, the facts:
- The next day you finally responded and wanted immediate service
No we did not. Absolutely not true.
- We told her we were running late due to an emergency.
No, there is 0 evidence of this, no text or phone call whatsoever, other than the response to her text at 3:40PM
- ignored our initial email to confirm scheduling
No, I did not ignore anything, I got back to them as soon as I knew my schedule
- We also made every effort to communicate with you and your wife
I am not sure what effort they think they made but they sure did not do 0 until my wife texted them.
- You threatened to write a Yelp review on lies
No, I did not. I never said anything about lying, on lies, etc. It's the FACTS, the texts, the calls.

Everything I wrote adheres to the facts 100%, as they happened. Facts are stubborn, and 98% of the communication between us in writing.

I was not rude in my communication despite all the verbal abuse and threats I received. I was professional and civil and factual throughout the entire communication.

They showed up on time. The estimate of cost & time was reasonable and accurate. They were courteous & friendly. They diagnosed my problem correctly. I had to get the value to my water feed to the ice maker replaced. I would use them again & would recommend them to my friends & family.

Discovered we had a clogged kitchen drain line in our new house on Thursday evening and called the guys at Plumbing Tree early, early Friday morning.  Freddy returned my call and even though they had a full schedule, had a crew at my house late Friday afternoon.  Cleared the line and even fixed a disposal that we were told was no longer working when we purchased the house.  The guys were very friendly, wore booties in the house and cleaned everything up.  I will definitely call Plumbing Tree for my future plumbing needs.  Highly recommend!

I rarely write a bad reviews especially during times like this. But this company did a terrible job at my rental property. One of the bathrooms was clogged, i schedule team rooter to go over there and unclogged the bathroom sink. Right when he got there, they called me and told me they're unable to unclogged the sink using the hand tool and would need to use a machine to get the job done. However, they're NOT responsible for any damage that's done to the pipe if I decide to give them the okay. I asked what are my other options, they said to pay $1600 for a hydro jet service...so my $80 unclogged sink job just became a $1600 hydro jet job. I told them that's not a feasible option for a bathroom sink, so I was somewhat forced to provide them the approval to use the machine on my sink and take the chance of them damaging the pipe. After 3 hours, I didn't hear from them so I reached out to my tenant, my tenant they couldn't unclogged and will call me to explain why..I waited for 2 days for call and never heard from them. I decided to message them on Yelp(see my imagine attached), their response was someone will get back to me right away and tell me what happened to the drain...and what do I get in the email 30mins later? A work order with zero explanation for hydro jet for $1,600...are you kidding me?! There are many good companies out there, this one is not it, stay away from them. The management team really needs to train your employees how to follow up with customers!

Went through 3 different companies before meeting these guys. They ended up snaking my drain after I removed the tub but this was a tricky situation and I gave them a heads up a few days before they showed up. They explained how they were coming up with ideas and trouble shooting together before even meeting me. These guys have passion for what they do and do not settle for some half ass attempt. They see it through and are critical thinkers that don't quit. I am highly impressed by these gents and they are my new plumbers for life. By the way, best prices in town. A couple good old boys that will not jerk you around. Thanks guys!!!!

I've used True Plumbing for 3 different repairs at my properties and have been satisfied every time.  Friendly and courteous staff as well as fair pricing and fast, efficient work.  I recommend them fully.

Bert was wonderful.  He came out and cleaned my shower drain quickly.  He even looked at my other sink to check it for me.  I recommend highly.
