I had an excellent experience with these folks.  They were very responsive and easy to schedule on short notice which was great since my problem was somewhat urgent.  Alan and Vincent were the best.  They were on time, communicative, polite.  They were able to diagnose my problem and rectify it  before doing any major work.  I will definitely use these folks again.

Major water leak in home.  Justin and Chris arrived within an hour of my call early morning.  I asked for a water leak locator since this is my second major water leak in a year.  Once the leak was located then we needed to decide the best repair.  He suggested that we reroute the hot water piping due to the hot water piping is in the concrete.  They worked on the relocation until 8:30 pm to make sure I had hot water to shower before going to work.  Very professional, knowledgeable.  This the second time I have used this company and couldn't be happier.  I will recommend them to everyone I know.  Company hires people with high integrity. Thank you Justin and Chris...you actually have changed my mind there are honest hardworking plumbers that actually care about good work and customers.  Amazing guys.

I called Don Saturday afternoon with an issue from my refrigerator ice maker line to the valve.  He told me may have a tech free but it would depend on the job they were just getting to.  He promised to call me back and did promptly.  I had called 3 other plumbers and one of them being a big name company and have yet to hear back from the others.  Don did not have a tech available but said he could get someone out first thing Monday morning.  We had contained the water so I was fine with the appointment.

They have a text system that ensures confirmation of the appointment.  I received a call at 8:30 am the tech was on his way and was greeted by Josh who is the man!  He was friendly, courteous and clear about what he was going to be performing.  He gave me a quote before any work was started so I was comfortable with the price range and was in and out under the hour.  He informed me my water heater was older and talked with me about options there.  I will be calling Core with any future issues!

Justin went through a variety of issues with me and recommended a course of action for each that was much appreciated. He was great to work with. He was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend

Fred Zandian is extremely professional, courteous, and honest.  We have had him help us with 2 emergencies so far and couldn't be happier with his service.  He was very helpful both before the service (on the phone) and during.  He arrived promptly, and did an excellent job.  Only did what we needed (tried to save us money and not sell us anything we didn't need).  And he cleaned up after the work.  His rates were very reasonable, even on a holiday weekend.  I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

We needed a plumber to fix a leak in our shower. I searched for plumbers with good reviews on yelp and came across TL premier plumbing. Robert just finished the job and not only was he very pleasant but very knowledgeable. He did an amazing job. I don't remember ever having a pleasant experience dealing with a plumber before. We will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Eric & Tony provide excellent, prompt, and fairly priced service. They are friendly and don't try to sell you things you don't need. We've used them several times (for different issues) and they are the best! They explained the situation in a way that I understood and even told me how to avoid the issue in the future.

Have to Yelp-out for Matt at this fine firm for his patience & professionalism repairing stuck, calcified valves on my 85-year old moms shower.  After his initial site visit he scheduled parts purchase & pick-up with no extra hourly charges.  She was also worried about toilet internal mechanisms but he checked hers out and stated she didn't need to waste any money - that the paper clip she had jury-rigged was working fine.  So 5-***** on the honesty, customer service & professionalism scale !!  Thanks Matt !

100000% recommend express plumbing! Great customer service, very responsive, competitive pricing, and very knowledgable. We needed a couple of things fixed and Daniel fixed them seamlessly. We also needed a dishwasher installed and he helped us without any issues. We will be using express plumbing for more future plumbing needs!

I had to call them on a Sunday because my water heater was leaking water all over the place. We had no idea what to do other than shut the water off. I found Eastlake and called them, thank goodness they are open around the clock. The repair service had the gentleman on duty call me, Albert called and came over a couple of hours later and fixed the water heater. I was so relieved to have found this service.  I recommend them and I definitely felt at ease with Albert explaining what had to be done. Also he gave me the price over the phone so there were no unpleasant surprises.  Eastlake and Albert totally saved the day.  If I'm ever in another bind, I will definitely call them again! They are professional and do great work and quickly too!  You guys are the best!

Had a bad experience.   Fixing appointment was a bit easier.   The plumber showed up at 1pm. (Appointment was between 12noon to 3pm).  Then was reluctant to do the job.  He went to get his tools from truck.  But was on a call with someone till 2:45pm.  After I put pressure he came in.  Was ready to find some issue of everything.   Wanted to give an estimate of what I do not need.   I had requested him to close the issue and cancel the work.     This may be this particular staff on a bad day.   My entire day was wasted.

Put a request in on Yelp because the company I used before ghosted me. Home Leak and Drain replied, along with several others, but the reason they stood out was that they gave me a quick estimate for what I wanted right away (obviously not holding them to it) but I had one other company (to remain nameless here) came out in the morning and quoted me 9x as much for a simple camera scope and drain snake.

Well, after about 15 mins. No clog and seriously affordable rate for the not needed snake of my main line.  You can never be too careful especially with a house with a mind of its own.

So, now, Home Leak and Drain Solutions. You are now on my list of EXCELLENT, ABOVE THE BOARD service plumbing technicians I will use when I get paranoid again or if something really happens.

I live in a downtown high-rise on the 16th floor, so it was hard to find a company that does work in these buildings.  The woman on the phone was very understanding and efficient in helping me get someone here fast to fix the leak under my kitchen sink and clear a clogged drain.  Miguel and David were polite, clean and explained to me what they were doing every step of the way.  I will be sing them in the future for any plumbing needs!

Hector ponce Martinez is the man, he helped us out with our sink. Super polite, considerate, and professional. It wasn't a fun task I could tell but he handled it like a champ. 10/10 would recommend

My toilet which seems to clog frequently was clogged after a 12 hour work shift and I was unable to get it ynclogged after multiple attempts. I called just to get an estimate and make an appointment for the next day. Sal answered immediately and was  able to come the same night and thankfully gave me a very fair estimate over the phone! He was prompt, efficient and so helpful!! Definitely will use them again and recommend this company for all your needs!!

We had an awesome experience with True Plumbing! We got a quick quote and Stephen came to our place and fixed our shower issue quickly. Stephen was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely call True plumbing if we have any future plumbing issues.

Wanted to update give another 5 star review for Burtech Plumbing. Our water heater went down overnight. After contacting them, they called first thing in the morning and was able to schedule someone to come out that day in the morning. We had to replace the water heater and fortunately they had one in stock and was able to replace and install a new one the same day. Thank you Burtech Plumbing and Gino for saving the day!
