Best Pipe Installation in San Diego CA
We did not utilize the appointment we made with CSR because another company came out a few days prior to the soonest CSR appointment. However, Huyen responded to my Yelp message immediately and called me the next day to discuss my situation. Thank you for your great customer service.

Great service, I can't really fault them for being super busy and needed their services recently with a horrific sewer clog at our house and the recent rain was a recipe for disaster. What I loved about this company was the fact that the owner ALWAYS answered when we called, something you certainly don't find much any more these days. Their pricing was also very fair and we used a Yelp deal which made it even better. The service that showed up was very professional, respectful, polite and made sure to explain everything in detail. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and joke with. He was very knowledgeable about what had happened and how to fix it. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars was because we had to follow up a few times after they came out to get another appointment scheduled after a follow up call was promised but to be fair, it was a very busy time. I would not only recommend but call again in a second, although I hope we don't have to!!!

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain over this long weekend. Aaron the service manager was one of the few people that responded on a Sunday with quotes on Yelp. He was priced lower than almost every other company and was available on Monday morning. He was really good about communicating with me and setting up the appointment. Oliver who was the tech that did the unclogging was available early, took care of the problem and explained what caused the clog. He even ran the camera down all the way down to the first floor from our Third floor to make sure that other condos below us did not get a problem from having cleared the drain from a higher location. This company is my go to from now on for clogged drains. Customer service was amazing and very well priced. I give them my highest recommendation.

First of all, I always prefer a local business. I found Core Plumbing on Nextdoor and gave them a try for a leaky shower head and a loose toilet. They were extremely professional, confirmed the appt. via a text message. Josh arrived on time and was friendly, professional and carefully explained the issue to me. I'm not sure about how competitive the price is because I didn't get estimates from other companies and luckily have not had a lot of plumbing issues to compare it to. The main thing is Josh fixed it perfectly and everything is back to normal now! Will definitely use this company again.

Tony & his son came by to make modifications to my gas line for my new stove and did a great job! After they left I discovered the flex gas line that came with the new stove was configured for 5/8 and not the 1/2 line that I needed. I called Tony, he stopped by and gave me the 1/2 fitting I needed for my hook-up. Thanks again...and great job!

LB and his team at Discount Plumbing did a great job--communicated well, diagnosed the issue fast and fixed it quick. Highly recommend!

It's a zero star if I could give. They don't honor their work and require extra trip fee to fix what they did not do properly in the first place. It's terrible.

Yes, the repair call was to replace the shower cartridge to stop the leak. However, it's common expectation that everything has to work the way it was after the shower cartridge is replaced. The fact that the maximum water temperature is much lower than before the repair means that the job is incomplete. I only discovered that in the evening when I tried to take the shower. Your plumber did ask me if the water is hot enough but he asked without context. I was working while he was doing the repair. He asked me to come over to feel the water to see if it's hot enough. I went and felt thinking he's doing some routine check..the water felt hot so I answered Yes. I had no idea what he was trying to do and he did not tell me either. If he asked me This is the hottest temperature setting. Is the water hot enough?. I would have said No, it's not hot enough because the hottest temperature setting originally is much higher. He simply asked me without any context. Sure, maybe I should've asked him what the context of his question is looking back. But I didn't know better as I was busy working and I simply responded to his question without knowing the context. Also, he was throwing out F WORDS while working and ignored some questions I asked him, it made me feel quite uncomfortable to even stay nearby to watch him work and I tried to leave him alone. So you simply took my answer as a reason not to stand behind and warranty your work and completely ignore what your plumber did. I don't think that's fair and professional.
I also did not even mention your plumber's work let air into my pre-circulation pump and now it's not working. I did not even ask you to repair that. ALL I am asking is to restore back the original maximum water temperature as it's supposed to be. Now you want to charge me $125 to come back to fix something that was altered by your plumber in the first place. That does not make sense to me as the job is incomplete in the first place. It should have been done under your labor warranty.
Sure you fixed the drip, but you also messed up my maximum water temperature and you're asking me to pay a trip fee to fix what you messed up. It's insane and unreasonable. Think about that from my point of view and not just from your own point of view when you were also not there with your plumber.

We were tricked not treated on Halloween to come home at 9:30p to find water pouring out of our garage and down our driveway. Our water heater was severely leaking. At my sister's recommendation I called Eastlake Plumbing and could not be happier. A technician Daniel (Danny) was at our house by 8:30am (they would have come out that evening too if we wanted to pay for the after hours call). Daniel was awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. You know how you can watch someone work and just tell that they know what they're doing? He went above and beyond, making sure things were up to code, safe and stable. He even took the time to show me how to light the pilot light if it should ever go out. The price was about what I expected. I know water heaters aren't cheap. I've heard of other places taking advantage of the situation you're in and gouging people on parts and labor and I don't feel like Eastlake Plumbing did that. A big thank you to Daniel & Eastlake Plumbing!! Highly recommend!

this was a scheduling and communication nightmare. The plumber said he'd come between 12 and 3PM. My wife stayed home and waited and waited. At 3:40 she texted them to see what was happening. The plumber responded that he had an emergency repair. He could reschedule. When I asked why he wouldn't let her know at least around 3PM that he was running late, he wrote me that he did text her to let her know. But he did not. Not only that, he became hostile and wrote me that if were to write a negative review and he'd lose any customers as a result of my review, he would take me to court.
I never had any contractor ignore me way past the scheduled window and they would always at least say sorry if they were to miss the appointment. And I never have been threatened by a law suit should I use yelp what it's for. Scary times...
regarding the plumber's response, the facts:
- The next day you finally responded and wanted immediate service
No we did not. Absolutely not true.
- We told her we were running late due to an emergency.
No, there is 0 evidence of this, no text or phone call whatsoever, other than the response to her text at 3:40PM
- ignored our initial email to confirm scheduling
No, I did not ignore anything, I got back to them as soon as I knew my schedule
- We also made every effort to communicate with you and your wife
I am not sure what effort they think they made but they sure did not do 0 until my wife texted them.
- You threatened to write a Yelp review on lies
No, I did not. I never said anything about lying, on lies, etc. It's the FACTS, the texts, the calls.
- you did write a Yelp review on lies
Everything I wrote adheres to the facts 100%, as they happened. Facts are stubborn, and 98% of the communication between us in writing.
- You are very rude.
I was not rude in my communication despite all the verbal abuse and threats I received. I was professional and civil and factual throughout the entire communication.

I had two issues and both were fixed above my expectations. They know the housing codes and build to code so everything was done safely and the right way. The quote process was quick with very competitive pricing. They were also so flexible with their scheduling. The parts that they used were high end and the job was done so cleanly. Everything looks very professionally done. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the help and the great work!!

Quality, meticulous service I don't hesitate to recommend. Are they more expensive than many? Yes. Are they worth it? Absolutely! They have solved (seemingly simple) issues that other plumbers were unable to solve. And they always clean up after themselves, which I greatly appreciate! Robert has been to our home twice now, and he hasn't left until I am completely satisfied: all issues resolved and all questions answered.

I really appreciate the prompt service, the respect for our home (keeping it clean with shoe covers and wearing a mask) and our pets (making sure my cat didn't get out), and the total professionalism they displayed. Steve Johnson was the repair technician that arrived right on time (thank you!) and was super nice and helpful diagnosing and fixing our bathroom drain. We have an old house so it required him to run to the hardware store to get the correct parts. He was back in a flash and finished up in no time. I will definitely use Team Rooter again!

Great plumbers, knowledgeable, hardworking, fair-reasonable pricing and just super nice people.
I started a DIY bathroom remodel and after the demo found a few items that were over my skill set. I was referred to Sal Jr and Sr who were prompt to review the job, provide a quote and work me into their schedule; I was schedule critical with the floor already removed.
They replaced a large / final section of cast iron which the previous owners left me and moved a gas line to give us extra cabinet space. I also had them install the new copper lines which saved me a day.
Sal Jr. is recently licensed but has been doing plumbing with his family for years. I look forward to them growing their business.

Our 2004 water heater was leaking. I contacted True Plumbing based on the Yelp reviews. Their number said to text them which was perfect and efficient for me. They quoted me $2100 for a new good quality water heater and were out the next day. They disconnected and took our old water heater away. The area was soggy from a tiny leak that had been going on for a few days, so we decided to have them leave while we applied fans to dry the area out a couple days. We applied a little TSP to get rid of some mildew spots for good measure. True Plumbing sent the same tech out, Bert, to install the new water heater in the cleaned up area. Bert was efficient, friendly and did a tidy job. I will definitely call True Plumbing for all my future plumbing requirements. Super responsive and I love the texting!! I like Bert's attitude too. He's one of the good ones for sure!

We had a broken pressure sensor on our hot water tank that was still under warranty from Burtech. Gino was able to come out the next day and replace the sensor for no charge.
Great experience with Burtech both times. Recommend them if you are looking to replace your hot water tank.

Frank came out to asses and work on the issue with my drain. He was professional and knowledgeable. Seldom do you ever find people in this profession who are honest and not fixated on simply taking your money but actually care and offer long lasting solutions so you keep more of your $$$ in your pocket. That's how business should be. Thank you, Elite rooter & Frank!
