Best Pipe Installation in San Diego CA

I called CSR to have 3 toilets replaced. They were helpful, fast and courteous on the phone. After deciding what toilets I wanted, we set an appointment to have them installed. I believe 5 guys showed up, staged out, they removed and replaced the toilets. The process was quick and efficient. The work was well done and all of them were clean and courteous.
A few weeks later were were having a manufacturer issue with one of the toilets. I called, they sent Ray out and he fixed the issue, no hassle.
I would recommend these guys for any of your plumbing issues. They are fast, friendly and reasonable with their pricing.

Phenomenal service from start to finish! Rachel called prior a day to our appt as they had an opening. She was very personable and professional. We decided to be serviced a day early and Rachel confirmed that Justin, their field supervisor would be making the service call.

I selected Core Plumbing due to high online reviews and I needed a plumber to visit my newly purchased home quickly due to an appliance delivery that could not be installed completely due to some plumbing issues.  Kudos to David Torres for coming to my home, not once or twice, but three times to take care of the issues since the installers would not carry out what their office had indicated they would after he had resolved the basic issues in the kitchen.  I will not hesitate in booking an appointment with Core Plumbing and requesting David, and I will certainly recommend them as well!

Very fast and clear communication from providing a quote, setting up an appointment and toilet replacement; this is truly a five star plumbing company. Justin was great. He replaced two toilets in less than 2 hours and he left the place very clean. He is careful and skillful, considering convenience in use and explained to me some detail for cleaning. He fixed a loose faucet in no time too. I feel like he went extra miles at a good price and wastes zero time. Very happy with this company and I am going to use them again for plumbing needs.

I found this service through YELP after reading their reviews.   I spoke to Manny and he seemed to know what my problem was..it was not easy.  He sent his plumber and was in contact with him as they trouble shot the problem and told me they would need more parts for the problem.  He was back the next morning and handled the entire problem with our toilet plumbing.  I was surprised the next day when Manny also came by the make sure it all went well.   The part which looked like a collar was attached beautifully, neat and clean!  I was so grateful for Manny's expertise and for the very competent and courteous gentleman he sent over.  I will definitely use them again.

Life saver! Our kitchen sink backed up and started emptying the contents of our garbage disposal into the bathtub...and of course this happend at 7pm before my wife (who is a doctor) was home from work and could shower and decontaminate. Needless to say, the evening was a disaster. But I called Discount plumbing at 7am and someone was at our house at 8:30 and had the drain was fixed by 9:30. Jose was excellent and I highly recommend him to all y'all!

Daniel the plumber was fantastic! He showed up to install a new faucet, but the one I ordered was broken. He showed me what was wrong, told me how to get a refund, and waited for me to get a new one from the store. When I came back with the part, he got everything set up in a few minutes.

This is the third time I've called on Eastlake Plumbing due to some unforeseen disaster which has always happened on a Sunday night. Armando replied to me within minutes, and I was able to schedule a later afternoon visit for the next day between 3-5pm.

Fernando and Alex showed up right after 3, applied their shoe covers, and dove right into figuring out why my kitchen sink imploded. They snaked the drain and figured out I did have a good-sized split in one of the pipes, which they replaced. They brought their own dropcloth and buckets even though I had my own, which was appreciated.

Super clean, friendly, and I'll probably call them again sooner than later at the rate things are breaking around my home. :) Thanks, team!

I had a bathroom back up situation in one of the units that I manage and Thomas came out to handle the situation same day!
He kept me updated throughout the whole process which was much appreciated. He snaked the line initially but was unable to clear the clog fully due to the angle of the pipes and where the clog was sitting.
He returned the next day, just as he said he would to clear up the situation. He had to cut into the wall of the bedroom to access the piping.
He was very thorough and professional.
I would love to work with him again for future plumbing issues!

I contacted the company for a quote on a bathtub installation.  Of course, like most others they wanted to come and do an onsite quote and refused to provide any kind of pricing information over the phone. Very annoying because it's a simple straightforward project, but OK. Then they proceed to tell me they have to actually charge a fee to give a quote. So they make money off of just going around quoting people? No, they're not the only business doing this, but this is a ridiculous way to do business.  Very frustrating.

#4 lied about contract language in an attempt to pursuade us to spend more

I called them for an emergency clog issue and they scheduled me the next day. During the window for my appointment the next day, the company canceled stating an emergency situation. With difficulty, (because none of their phone numbers seem to work and there are 3 different ones) I rescheduled for the next day. By then, I had resolved the emergency clog issue, but I kept my appointment anyway to have the pipes snaked just in case. I have two separate homes that sit on the same main sewer line. The tech snaked the toilet in the main house first, and then brought a machine to snake the 3 cleanout from the inside wall for that toilet. He informed me that it went about 30 ft. The tech then went to the guest house but did not snake the toilet. Instead he used the same machine and went through the 2 cleanout, which happened to be in the back alley on the back of the guest house. Unfortunately, the tech got the snake cable stuck in the pipe (because he was unaware of which direction the sewer line actually ran, the snake he used was too small for the main sewer line which is why it coiled on itself). Now the tech has to call a field supervisor (FS). While waiting for the FS, the tech admits to me he pushed the snake 40-50 ft and had to push through a few difficult spots, but thought he was snaking toward the main house. Our main sewer line actually flows from the main house, to the guest house, to the back alley. There is a manhole cover just 10 ft from our property in the alley, which is marked sewer. There is a clear separation of concrete where the main sewer line is located in the alley and also where it connects to each property. The tech also mentioned that he could've broken the pipe with his machine or possibly roots blocked the pipe, but we just have no way of knowing. The FS snakes a camera into the 3 cleanout from the main house. He finds the snake clog which appears to look like a twisted, knotted, pretzel mess. There was nothing noted on the camera on the way to the snake clog, however the FS cannot get the camera to pass the snake clog. The FS snakes the camera into the 2 cleanout from the back of the guest house. Again he finds the snake clog but again the camera cannot pass through. Again there was nothing noted on the camera on the way to the snake clog. The FS and tech are pulling on the snake as hard as they can but it doesn't move. The FS uses a wand to locate the exact location of the snake clog from above ground. He tells me it's just below my guest house bathroom floor (wrong) and the tech attempts to reach the snake clog from the shower drain (wrong) but fails. The FS tells me that because my pipes caused the snake to clog (wrong), I was financially responsible for the work that would be required to now release his machine. He quotes me $6000 and tells me he has to jackhammer and dig a 4ft x 4ft hole, 4ft deep in the ground to get to the snake clog. And I'm responsible for the reconstruction of the guest house bathroom flooring because Team Rooter does not do floors. The FS also informs me that there is fine print in the contract that states the owner is liable if a snake gets stuck in their pipe (wrong). The FS and tech sat around waiting while I called my husband and searched for an immediate second opinion. I overheard the FS tell the tech I would do the same thing if I were her. The FS and tech yanked so hard the remaining steel cable actually broke away from the snake clog. however the snake clog could still be seen with the FS's camera. The FS tells me he'll do me a favor and quotes the repairs at $3600. I had two other plumbers come and estimate the damage and provide other solutions. They both pointed to several errors, misjudgments, and unethical behaviors by both the tech and the FS. Another plumber was able to locate the snake clog (which was actually in the main sewer line BEHIND the guest house in the alley), pass the camera through the clog to see that there was nothing on the other side of the snake clog (like roots or broken pipe), then he dug a 2ft x 4ft hole in the dirt between the back of the guest house and the alley, and found 12ft of Team Rooter's snake line in our pipe. The total cost was $250 and took 3 hrs. This company took 7 days to resolve my entire plumbing issue. I had to relocate and reimburse renters staying in the back guest house for 2 days. I had to cancel all rental reservations in the guest house for 7 days. Our plumbing was not accessible for 5 days after Team Rooter left my property, and all of the main house and guest house drains had been working prior to their arrival. I made a mistake giving them a 5/5 rating. That was before I knew better.

I noticed that our water heater was leaking this morning. I called True Plumbing and spoke with a very nice and courteous person on the phone. She thought she could get someone to my house after 2:00 pm. She said she was going to call a few of their plumbers and would call me back in one hour. Thirty minutes later she called and said they could have someone to my house in 35 minutes.

True to their word, Tony arrived 30 minutes later. Tony assessed the situation and all we needed was a new water heater. He said we didn't need anything else. He didn't up-sell us anything. He showed me the cost, had someone deliver the water heater, and installed the new one in no time!

I believe that Burtech Plumbing Company was the most professional Company when Bert a drain cleaning specialist came out to my home for
my 10 a. m. appointment that was on Friday, November 12, 2021.

When Bert arrived at my home,  he was wearing a navy blue uniform, a face mask and Bert was also wearing these (Booties) called shoe coverings over his shoes to prevent my carpet from receiving dirt and debris when Bert needed to walk out to his truck to pick up a Badger Garbage Disposal and then to return to my house to enter my home to replace this part underneath my kitchen sink.

Bert this drain cleaning specialist was also very personable, and professional to me their new customer.

I felt very comfortable with Bert because he was very polite to me. I told Bert sometimes it is difficult for me as a single woman and living alone to be able for me to Trust a service person. Bert was very understanding to my issue.

Bert said he wants to make me feel more comfortable so when he walks out the front door Bert said the next time he will knock on the door to let me know when he will be coming inside my house again.

When I heard Bert say these things to me, I realized that Bert who works for Burtech Plumbing this company has trained their technicians really well and Burtech Plumbing has instilled great values in their employees by showing they care a lot about me as their new customer not just about making a profit off of their customers.

Had a clogged toilet at moms house since last night! Called Elite Rooter this morning and a wonderful young man named James came over and took care of the problem quickly!
