Best Pipe Installation in San Diego CA
Alan and Hector from CSR plumbing came to my condo earlier today to fix a leak in my kitchen. They quickly discovered the source of the leak was an old, eroded pipe behind one of my kitchen cabinets. Within the hour, they'd opened the wall, replaced the bad section of pipe and cleaned up all dust and debris. So fast!! From booking the initial appointment over the phone to the actual service call itself, everyone at CSR has been super polite, honest and easy to deal with. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues. Thank you guys!

All American plumbing was the first to reply and the first to come out for a free quote/estimate. Justin was polite, professional, assessed our situation and pointed us in the right direction to get our faucet fixed.

Eli and Tony were super helpful. They replaced my broken garbage disposal and gave the pipes under my sink the works (with my approval of course) because they weren't configured well. They cleaned up and closed up an abandoned line and clearly explained every bit of the work they did and why.
They also evaluated my water heater and showed me several important problems with it, such as how my whole-house water pressure skyrocketed when it turned on. They brought it more up to the current code to fix that and some other issues with pipes and valves around the heater. They had some other recommendations that were less urgent but it didn't feel like they were doing a needless upsell. I feel very well-informed and it was a pleasant visit.

I can count on one hand the number of reviews I've written. They've all been either comically bad or extraordinarily good experiences. Here's another one, and thankfully, on the extraordinarily good side. I recently bough a new house and my jaw dropped when I got my first water bill. Quickly realized I had a leak. Called 5 Star and Debbie was super friendly and helpful. She volunteered advice on what to do or things to ask if I were to go with another company. She suggested contacting CPL to do the leak detection since 5 star doesn't do that. Once they found the slab leak, I called Debbie to come in a do the necessary fix. Justin showed up on time and got right to work. A few hours later the problem was solved. I usually don't like surprises on my bills, but this time was different. At the end, Justin said that it was less work than they had initially quoted me for, so he charged me less than what I was initially quoted. A lot of companies would have gone with the mindset of well, this guy already agreed to pay a higher price, so let's charge him that. What else besides hard work, friendliness, and honesty can you hope for in someone you do business with? Would recommend them to any neighbor or friend. While I hope to not need plumbing service for a while, would definitely give 5 Star a call if the need arises.

Fred came out the same day to fix my A/C. I thought it was a capacitor, but he quickly diagnosed and it found out the fuses were bad. So, it was half the cost to repair than I was expecting. I'm keeping his business card for future work!

We have used TL Premier Plumbing many times and will for sure use them again in the future. The employees are very professional , friendly and do great work. Donald came out to replace our water pressure regulator. Donald did a great job and finished quickly. The last few times we needed TL Premier Plumbing was to replace 60 year old cast iron pipes. The work was done extremely well , with great care and very clean. They are very helpful , answer all questions you have and keep you updated on the progress throughout the entire job. Thank you very much to Manny , Donald , Nathan and everyone else at TL Premier Plumbing.

Anthony and Eric were great. Also dad jokes are on point. I'd call Community Plumbing again in a heartbeat. They know what they're doing, they're honest, and they are fair.

We had a clogged toilet that plunging and a 3 ft toilet auger wouldn't fix. I called Discount Plumbing and they scheduled an appointment for me as early as possible. Jose came, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and got the job done! There were roots growing out of the pipes, which we had never seen before. But Jose quickly got it all out, cleaned it all up, and the toilet works perfectly fine now! He also gave us very helpful next steps for further follow-up regarding our pipes. I will definitely be using Discount Plumbing again in the future!!

I found Matt through Yelp. We had a leak under a bathroom sink and Matt responded right away. His communication and work was great. Not only did he fix the leak, he also recommended a great company to clean up the water damage. Matt is definitely my go to plumber!

My stove had an incorrect connection (for years) with a small gas leak. Once I saw it, I called SDGE to do an appliance check. They shut off the connection, leaving me without a working oven on Friday afternoon. I requested a few quotes from plumbers on yelp and Daniel responded, figured out what i needed and showed up at 10:30 the following day. My stove is fixed, he was friendly, had reasonable rates and showed me why the connection was wrong and leaking. I'll definitely use him again when trouble strikes!

East Lake Plumbing did a really great job replacing my water tank heater with a tankless. The craftsmenship and how clean they make the install is some of the best I have ever seen. If there was such a thing as art for plumbing these guys would be Picasso's.
I had some confusion at first with East Lake but nothing that didn't get worked out. So if you decide to install a tankless system, ask questions. Ask about recirculating systems and non recirculating systems. Is your current system big enough for you or do you want more hot water. Tankless systems are more complex then traditional water heaters and you want to get the unit that will work for your situation. If you don't you could wind up with a tankless system that doesn't give you the outcome you were hoping for.

Our kitchen sink backed up on Saturday after Thanksgiving. They responded immediately and showed up within an hour. They could hydro jet to clear the clogged old pipe. He knows what he was looking at and got to work immediately. Highly recommended!

#1 clogged perfectly clear main sewer line
#2 almost cost me $6000 in unnecessary repairs, not including reflooring
#3 did not know which direction our main sewer line ran
#4 lied about contract language in an attempt to pursuade us to spend more
#5 left 2 homes w inaccessible drains/toilets
I called them for an emergency clog issue and they scheduled me the next day. During the window for my appointment the next day, the company canceled stating an emergency situation. With difficulty, (because none of their phone numbers seem to work and there are 3 different ones) I rescheduled for the next day. By then, I had resolved the emergency clog issue, but I kept my appointment anyway to have the pipes snaked just in case. I have two separate homes that sit on the same main sewer line. The tech snaked the toilet in the main house first, and then brought a machine to snake the 3 cleanout from the inside wall for that toilet. He informed me that it went about 30 ft. The tech then went to the guest house but did not snake the toilet. Instead he used the same machine and went through the 2 cleanout, which happened to be in the back alley on the back of the guest house. Unfortunately, the tech got the snake cable stuck in the pipe (because he was unaware of which direction the sewer line actually ran, the snake he used was too small for the main sewer line which is why it coiled on itself). Now the tech has to call a field supervisor (FS). While waiting for the FS, the tech admits to me he pushed the snake 40-50 ft and had to push through a few difficult spots, but thought he was snaking toward the main house. Our main sewer line actually flows from the main house, to the guest house, to the back alley. There is a manhole cover just 10 ft from our property in the alley, which is marked sewer. There is a clear separation of concrete where the main sewer line is located in the alley and also where it connects to each property. The tech also mentioned that he could've broken the pipe with his machine or possibly roots blocked the pipe, but we just have no way of knowing. The FS snakes a camera into the 3 cleanout from the main house. He finds the snake clog which appears to look like a twisted, knotted, pretzel mess. There was nothing noted on the camera on the way to the snake clog, however the FS cannot get the camera to pass the snake clog. The FS snakes the camera into the 2 cleanout from the back of the guest house. Again he finds the snake clog but again the camera cannot pass through. Again there was nothing noted on the camera on the way to the snake clog. The FS and tech are pulling on the snake as hard as they can but it doesn't move. The FS uses a wand to locate the exact location of the snake clog from above ground. He tells me it's just below my guest house bathroom floor (wrong) and the tech attempts to reach the snake clog from the shower drain (wrong) but fails. The FS tells me that because my pipes caused the snake to clog (wrong), I was financially responsible for the work that would be required to now release his machine. He quotes me $6000 and tells me he has to jackhammer and dig a 4ft x 4ft hole, 4ft deep in the ground to get to the snake clog. And I'm responsible for the reconstruction of the guest house bathroom flooring because Team Rooter does not do floors. The FS also informs me that there is fine print in the contract that states the owner is liable if a snake gets stuck in their pipe (wrong). The FS and tech sat around waiting while I called my husband and searched for an immediate second opinion. I overheard the FS tell the tech I would do the same thing if I were her. The FS and tech yanked so hard the remaining steel cable actually broke away from the snake clog. however the snake clog could still be seen with the FS's camera. The FS tells me he'll do me a favor and quotes the repairs at $3600. I had two other plumbers come and estimate the damage and provide other solutions. They both pointed to several errors, misjudgments, and unethical behaviors by both the tech and the FS. Another plumber was able to locate the snake clog (which was actually in the main sewer line BEHIND the guest house in the alley), pass the camera through the clog to see that there was nothing on the other side of the snake clog (like roots or broken pipe), then he dug a 2ft x 4ft hole in the dirt between the back of the guest house and the alley, and found 12ft of Team Rooter's snake line in our pipe. The total cost was $250 and took 3 hrs. This company took 7 days to resolve my entire plumbing issue. I had to relocate and reimburse renters staying in the back guest house for 2 days. I had to cancel all rental reservations in the guest house for 7 days. Our plumbing was not accessible for 5 days after Team Rooter left my property, and all of the main house and guest house drains had been working prior to their arrival. I made a mistake giving them a 5/5 rating. That was before I knew better.

I have a leaking faucet in one of my tub and Sal came over yesterday. He was able to give a price quote and said he would comeback today at 930a. It is now 12.30p and my wife tried calling Sal and no answer. I find it hard to believe that Customer Service is their Top Priority. A simple courtesy call that he can't make it would have been nice.

Experience was suboptimal. Lack of knowledge and they tried to do unnecessary work to get more money.
One of the horrible tenants we evicted decided out of spite to flush a bunch of stuff down the toilet to jam it up before being forced to move out. So I had to call a plumbing company to unclog the toilet that was overflowing with .
Elite rooter was running a special of $79, and that is a good deal to unclog toilet. Well, whenever the price is too good to be true, it's normally a bait and switch scheme. The technician came out and told me that the main line was clogged and that it needed to be hydro-jetted which would easily cost $700 or more. Not only was this incorrect: property has old cast iron pipes and can't be hydro-jetted. Luckily, our general contractor was there doing some work and took one look at the situation and said that's not the case, only the toilet is clogged and just to snake that instead. The technician argued with our GC for a couple of minutes and I had to step in to make a decision.
The technician did snaked the outside pipe for the section of the toilet, and then snaked the toilet drain from the house and it was all cleared up. Although the price was ALOT more than $79. Definitely do NOT recommend.
