I got Mike's call after a day I contacted them, he arrived a little earlier then I expected which is rare for a service like that.
Mike explained the situation to us, and fixed the water faucet as needed in about 30 mins.

I could not have been more dissatisfied. Don came down. He missed the scheduled appointment but came later which was OK with me. And then he came in to look at my job and would not put a mask on. He says he's immune immune immune due to the fact that he's had Covid. And I was so hesitant and told him that I was having a cold, hinting that I wanted him to wear a mask, but he would not. Put a mask on and I feel bad that I was not more assertive.We would be in A very closed environment, the bathroom together. So that turned me off right away. Number one he was late number two he would not wear a mask. But the worst part was, he declined my job because he says he didn't know how it would turn out. I needed my bathroom re-piped etc. When I told him we were having our other bathroom demolished, he insisted on seeing it and began to Talk disparagingly about my bathroom over haulers. Mind you, I have a signed contract and I'm ready to start business with this other company and he was trying to get that job away from them. I was not happy.. apparently, the reason I called him was not going to be addressed because he thought the project was too small to get involved in, so he tried to take a bigger job. I will never call core plumbing again, unprofessional any which way you look at it.

Didn't hire the company due to being out of the area of service. But they have the time to reach out to us to recommend us look into the project before hiring. That is great customer service. Thank you!

Our community hired TL to redo the cast iron pipes in our garages. We looked at multiple plumbers and decided on TL because of their thorough bid, prompt replies to our messages, and a reasonable price. Some plumbers gave us outrageous bids without any details, however TL was extremely professional and prompt.

The specific plumber we worked with was Manny. Great guy, he responds to all our texts, he let us know promptly about any issues that came up during the re-piping, including problems and we were able to solve each one as they came up.

Manny and his team was also prompt about the post install testing and tightening any pipes as needed.

TL will be the first choice plumber for our future needs.

I have a rental home in San Diego and I used Community Plumbing to replace three outdoor faucets that were leaking.  They were super easy to schedule and very reasonable in their pricing.  While they were there they helped identify a few other issues with some of the lawn irrigation systems and came back out to fix those as well.  

Again, very reasonable, professional, and I would definitely recommend using them!

Harrison and Discount Plumbing saved the day!  They were quick to schedule me and when problems arose (on my end), they figured a work-around. The work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally.  I will definitely come back to them in the future.

Matt is great! The pilot light on my water heater kept going out so I called several plumbing companies on Saturday because I wanted them to come check the thermocouple. The only one that actually answered was Matt. I explained my situation and he agreed that it might be the thermocouple. Matt and his technician, Mark, came out within a few hours on the same day and after testing some things on my water heater  and cleaning the vents out, decided it could be the thermocouple that was not working correctly (he tested it and it read that it was functioning ok but thought we should change it because it was cheaper than buying a whole new water heater. They changed it and it worked!

Sadly, the next day, the pilot light kept going out again. I called Matt and he advised that it could be the gas (knob/controller?) but that may run $150 or higher- we would have to purchase it online from the company and wait for it to be delivered. He said that my water heater was 9 years old and changing the gas knob/controller (I can't remember what it is called) may or may not fix the problem. I decided to just get a brand new water heater since it was already getting old and so I wouldn't have to worry about it leaking later or worry about the pilot light going out again. Long story short, he came over on Monday and replaced the old water heater. He didn't charge me a service fee since he was just at our house. I trust Matt and would use him again. He is super friendly and honest.

This is the 2nd time I've used this company. We own a rental property in Otay Ranch but live in Las Vegas.  I was referred to Eastlake Plumbing by my realtor.

The first time we used them, my tenants literally just needed a ring tightened. When I was on the phone with Eddie from Eastlake Plumbing, he even said something like, I hate to charge you for this but your tenant could've easily just turned this screw and the problem would be solved. He just had to charge for the after hours house call.

My tenants had a leak happen again and it was a Saturday and they said since they were so busy, no one could get out there til 9 or 10pm which was ok wth my tenants. They ended up being able to get there by 7pm or so and fixed the issue. I trust them wholeheartedly from my first experience.

I like that they call me while at the property to get approval for the work/estimate, then call again once completed and I can pay over the phone.

We sent out a few requests to have our kitchen drain checked as we have been smelling mold and mildew even after countless cleaning efforts. Omar sent a quick response saying they could come out next day and check our system out at no charge! Jose showed up on time and checked out the pipes under the sink. After their diagnosis they showed us how the pipes were installed incorrectly so water just sat in the pipe without clearing out causing mildew and mold to set in the pipe. They showed us exactly what they would do to fix it. After we gave the okay, Jose had the job done in a couple hours for a fair price. We really appreciate their thoroughness and quick response. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I have a 12 yr old tankless water heater that started leaking so I called Plumbing Tree and they were able to send someone out pretty fast.  Angel showed up and figured out that the heat exchanger was leaking.  Luckily, the exchanger was still under warranty for replacement, so the part was ordered and showed up in a couple of days.  Angel installed the new part but error codes kept coming up and it turned out another part was bad as well, so it was ordered along with new gaskets and filters.

Angel spent a lot of time diagnosing and fixing all the issues at a reasonable cost, especially when compared to a new tankless heater.

I found Plumbing Tree and Angel to be very professional, polite, conscientious, thorough and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have.

I am so glad to get RDZ helping me unclog a few water drainage pipes (very old, 27+ years, pipes laid under the ground). The pipes were filled with muds and rocks all the way. They showed up at my place in an hour after I called them and took care of the matter in half an hour! Very professional and trustworthy. I am really grateful for the service they provided to me.

Spoke to Michael the owner over the phone, very nice and helpful.  He Booked me within a few hours for a tech to come out to replace my garbage disposal. I was not home, but my wife was when Kyle came to look at the problem.  Kyle solve a simple problem within 10 seconds, and did NOT charge us.  I was not home to determine the problem only to say replace it to True Plumbing, when in fact my wife had unplug the garbage disposal and replug it into a different outlet which makes the disposal run without the switch being turned on.
The fact is most tech would of replaced it anyway and we would be out of pocket a few hundred dollars for nothing. But Kyle chose to be honest.  He proved me wrong, that there are honest techs out there, but only a few, my wife and I was lucky to run into True Plumbing, Michael and Kyle today.

Michael and Kyle, if you read this, please don't change, stay TRUE as your company name exemplifies you and your employees character and integrity.

We will definitely refer you to our friends and families and definitely use you again.

NOT PROFESSIONAL and ZERO FOLLOW THROUGH.  They've grown too big and their receptionist are not knowledgeable. Had them replace piping so they had to cut through the dry wall. Job was complete absolutely no follow through.

Thank you California Plumbing and especially Robert Welts.  We had a water all over the place under the kitchen sink.  All it took was one call and Robert was here that same afternoon and fixed it.  Professional, friendly and prompt.  Oh yeah, and the price tag was fair.  What more can I ask for?

Chris and his team are rock stars. Had to have entire house repiped due to old piping, and they managed to keep the experience of discomfort of this major project down to a minimum.
