I've been working with Ray with a shower repair and I am greatly impressed with how he runs his business.  Ray hits all the boxes in running a good business:  integrity, transparency and good communication.  

he diagnosed the issue and walked me through the process.  when he said he would do things he would do it on time and communicated with me for any updates along the way.  He was very honest and transparent and i couldnt ask for anything more.  great job!

Great local company - we called and scheduled an appointment to have our shower faucet examined. Ryan and Tyler came to our house on a Sunday - no extra charge. They were prompt, professional, courteous and efficient. Should we ever need plumbing service in the future, I will not hesitate to call them again.  Excellent work!!!

We just moved in to our new home and wanted to install a natural gas grill and didn't know where to start! Aaron A. was very helpful, patient and responsive throughout the consultation and booking process. Jordan C. came out today to install it and we are very happy with his service and expertise! He let us know about time delays (prior task ran long) and installed the grill to the gas line with care. Definitely recommend them and will book with them again in the future!!

I had a couple of technicians, Joseph and Ricky, come help us out with a water heater leak.  They did a great job taking care of the problem.  The technicians were great, friendly, knowledgable, and professional.  They were great at communicating what is going on and when they'd be here.  

Only negative is that they offered us a temporary water heater solution which wasn't very useful to us.  The temporary water heater solution was to help mitigate the situation while we got water damage repaired.  Advice to next people, skip this.  It costs us $500 for a 20 gallon water heater setup which only got the closest 1 out of 3 of our showers hot enough to take a shower.  No one warned us about this so after the first shower we attempted was too cold and we just went to the office to shower.  Luckily my kid tried their shower and found theirs actually got hot.  The heat only lasts for 1 shower and then you have to wait 30 minutes before having hot water again.   And the water pressure went down notably with that setup.  It was not worth the cost for 3 days of hardly being able to shower.

I need to replace a water regulator. Justin came on time. He took down the old water regulator, but fond the new one I bought is not fit. He went to ACE to buy a new rubber ring (the old one missing), and reinstall back the old old one. He tested that it is working fine. Then even I offered to pay him the original agreed price, he only took the half.
I think he is a honest and trust-able person. I like him.

Last summer we had another company come out and the only option they gave us was to purchase a new unit for $7K for our downstairs. Had we not just bought a new unit for our rental home in Wildomar, we probably would have gotten suckered into it.

Same story, same timing for my brother who lives in the area. My brother had these guys come out a few months ago, was very pleased with them and gave us the number.

Yesterday we decided to call to beat the summer heats, and Art came right out. With a couple pounds of freon for both our units, and a new capacitor for the upstairs unit, we are ready for the summer heat, all for about $464.

After I got several estimates for a bad slab leak, I chose TL plumbing. They gave me a good price, slightly cheaper than the rest of their competitors. But I hired them because Manny was very informative, flexible with ideas, honest, and professional. I tend to be very skeptical with choosing people and I hate feeling like someone is trying to sell me or force me into something they want, which other people did. I felt like I could trust him. Manny and Ivan, came out in the heat, worked hard rerouting my hot water, answered all our questions, and tested everything to make sure everything was done working perfectly. I was very happy with the clean, quality work for a good price. Will definitely come back to these guys for future services.

Eric & Tony provide excellent, prompt, and fairly priced service. They are friendly and don't try to sell you things you don't need. We've used them several times (for different issues) and they are the best! They explained the situation in a way that I understood and even told me how to avoid the issue in the future.

Jose came to check the leak in our bathroom and gave us an honest assessment to the problem. He was professional and courteous.

Matt came to my house of Feb 18 to replace the previous water heater - this was done through a claim with my insurance company.

Matt was on time, courteous, and professional.

What really impressed me was the punctuality!

Great plumber! Knows what he's doing, arrives on time, and schedules you in as soon as possible. His rates are really good and he's a wonderful person to work with. After we had our countertops and sink replaced, Daniel hooked up everything for us. He went the extra mile to make sure everything worked, and we would definitely call him again.

If you want the job done in a timely manner go with another company...We hired Troy's Plumbing to replace a shower cartridge and bath spout. We've had this work done by another company in the past and it took them less than an hour to do the job. When setting up the appointment, we were quoted $105 plus parts.  We had purchased parts already so that wasn't an issue, but made them aware that we were unsure if they were the correct parts.  After our technician worked on the shower for over an hour, he realized the part was not going to work and left to Home Depot.  He didn't find the part there so had to go to a specialty store even further away. It took him over an hour before returning.  A job we thought would take an hour to complete took over 4 hours.  We were unaware the hourly rate of $105 was being applied for our technician to make a multiple store run.  We have reached out to the company numerous times to be refunded for the travel time that was not labor time and are getting the run around.

Dropped something down my my shower drain and called Plumbing Tree. Luckily They were able to come out right away and take the object out of my drain. They even offered a six month warranty! Thank you Robert at Plumbing Tree you were awesome today!!!

Sal came out to my parents house at night the day before thanksgiving. I didn't think I was going to find anybody so late. Sal was able to use his camera gear to inspect the kitchen drain line and provide his honest opinion. He was able to unclog the drain which was filled with built up grease over the years. He saved our thanksgiving for this year. He gave us a suggestion to hydro jet the drain line to wipe out all built up grease in the line. Sal is very professional, honest and a hard working family man. I would definitely guarantee him to anybody who's looking for an awesome plumber. I'm definitely going to give his contact info to my family when they need a plumber. Thank you very much Sal for coming out that night and allowing us to look forward and enjoy our thanksgiving dinner.

I had a tub replaced and there ended up being some extra problems with the sub flooring (pre-existing - nothing they did) and they just took care of it with no fuss.

My previous plumber was having trouble following through with what they promised, so this is a huge improvement.
