Best Garbage Disposal Installat… in San Diego CA

Have been using CSR Plumbing for years now. Whenever there is an issue, we call them and they are quick to come out and resolve the problem. Most recently, our water heater busted - ughhh... leaking water everywhere.... Ray was so helpful and explained our options and what he was going to do. He quickly got the job done and tidied up around the area that he was working at. He was honest with what needed to be repaired and gave us a reasonable price for the parts and labor. I like working with Ray because he comes off as just a normal person doing their job.... not some sneaky person trying make a larger dollar.

Justin and Jessie came out to do a free home consult and provided an excellent customer service experience.

Thankfully, we were advised that the suspected plumbing problem was nothing to yet be concerned about and were given education regarding future warning signs. Justin was thorough with his inspection and took the time to investigate fully. Justin also provided additional information regarding general plumbing for houses including a number of DIY preventative actions we could take. He kindly offered to look at any other plumbing concern we had beyond what we scheduled the consult
for. Both Justin and Jessie were also very friendly and kind to our many pets in the home and enjoyed talking about them with us.

I am confident that should any other plumbing issue arise in the future, we will be calling this company first! Be sure to ask for Justin and Jessie yourselves! Cheers guys!

We had a water pressure regulator that started leaking profusely on a Sunday evening. These guys showed up when they said they would on Monday, did the job quickly and professionally and for a very reasonable price. Very pleased with the service! Thank you!

Had used Discount Plumbing for our water heater and they were great so we called them again for leaky kitchen faucet. We weren't sure why it was leaking so we had already purchased a new faucet in case. Sure enough, Joseph informed us that the leak was coming from corroded faucet and would be best to replace than fix it. He installed the new one with his expertise and patience. Less than an hour he was done with the install. Thank you Joseph. I highly recommend him. Very trustworthy and gets the job done.

I have paid Eastlake Plumbing $1,929 and have not received the repairs that Eastlake Plumbing recommends.

Two weeks ago, I hired and paid for an inspection. The plumber who inspected recommended a particular set of repairs and I said I trusted him and would like to do exactly as he recommended. The plumber said his boss would send a quote.

A week later, Armando sent a quote which I read and seemed to my understanding to be what the inspector recommended. I signed the quote.

Only after the repairs were done and I was signing the final paperwork did the plumber (same guy as did the original inspection) say yea I don't know why he didn't write the quote for the repairs i recommended.

I spoke with Armando hoping to find a mutually agreeable solution. He was not interested in finding a mutually agreeable solution beyond repeating to me that I had signed the quote, which i don't dispute. I am not a plumber, and so did not understand the details of the quote.  For instance, I assumed the Furnance Coupling listed on the estimate was some plumbing thing, not a careless typo for Fernco Coupling as I later learned.

I trusted Eastlake Plumbing to provide quality work and expertise. After spending $1,929 with them (inspection visit and repair visit) I still do not have the repairs they themselves recommend.

I still hope to find a mutually agreeable solution, but in the meantime I strongly caution others against working with Eastlake Plumbing.

Regarding the discount that Eastlake mentions in their response, the quote from California Plumbing (higher average rating on yelp) to do the entire job originally was $2,078, and Eastlake's offer to complete the job was for an additional $1,941.  Armando was not willing to tell me what the original job would have cost had I done it with them, so I don't know how much the discount was, but sure seems to me that California Plumbing would be a better option for those looking to establish plumbing services.

I had some issues with a toilet that wouldn't stop running so I called Plumbing Tree. David came out, assessed the problem, quoted me the cost to replace the parts, and fixed everything within the hour. David was friendly and very knowledgeable, especially when I asked him about a few other plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Plumbing Tree. It's also helpful that you can text them pictures ahead of time so they can make sure they have the correct parts in stock before they show up for the job.

Professional and thorough. I'm glad I called them up over some of the big guys. Highly recommend!

It is rare to find a plumber who is communicative, knowledgeable, and honest. Black Mountain Plumbing came out to look at an issue we were having at our commercial building in San Diego. They cut right to the chase and addressed our issue quickly and their prices were more than fair. If you are in their service area, consider yourself lucky. You will never need another plumber.

These guys are such a blessing. I have now used them twice for my rental properties. Dave is a super nice guy. They are very thorough in their explanation.
