CSR came to the rescue again. I have been using this company over 25 years. Service level is phenomenal, Alan was professional and courteous, he went above and beyond to make sure my waterheater was installed properly.

These guys were awesome! They did a great job the day they came out to give me a quote for the work (faucet replacement and hot water heater replacement) - explained all the options very clearly to me and gave a fair quote. It was easy to schedule the installation - they worked with me as I was waiting for our new kitchen faucet to be delivered. Today was the installation and I was extremely impressed with the whole process. The same two guys who gave me the quote did the install. They were professional, thorough, and kept me informed through the whole process today. I feel like they went above and beyond - tightening extra pipes under the sink to ensure we had no leaks, and explaining everything they were doing to me. They left all the spaces they worked in clean and orderly. I will absolutely call All American Plumbing for any other plumbing jobs I have in the future! Highly recommend.

Sometimes you have such a good experience with a company and you tell yourself : That's how it should be done, why isn't everyone doing it? , that's definitely Collins Pacific. Don at core plumbing is very knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. We called him to come out and check out a leak from our upstairs shower because we heard a drip when the shower was turned on.  Before coming out he called me to find out exactly what he was going to be looking at so he could be prepared.  Upon speaking to him about it and describing what we were seeing he determined that it wasn't actually a leak but what he called a tick which is perfectly normal. He said he would still be happy to come and look at it but it probably wasn't necessary. I was really impressed by his honesty and knowledge, plan to call him in the future for our plumbing needs!  Highly recommend !

Friendly and efficient, my new favorite plumbers! I called because Lowe's wouldn't install our new washer because the taps behind it were leaky. Justin arrived the next day after my call and quickly replaced both taps with shiny new ones. He also looked at a leak under my kitchen sink and replaced a washer to fix it.

Praise the Lord! Fast and Realistic. NO WEEKEND EMERGENCY FEE'S! Bathroom water leak and house water shut off on a Sunday afternoon, due to my self repair. I called another Co. (BMP) and the answering Service had to ask I if wanted a call back about my request for emergency repairs (duh). I got a call back from that Co. and was asked if I wanted help today and was quoted over $100 price difference for emergency repair vs. waiting for a call back to schedule repairs during reg. bus. hour.  After I hung up I kept searching and found Ace American Plumbing, great reviews. I called Ace, left a voice mail. Received a call back promptly from my New Hero Fred at 7:09 pm Sunday. The job is done and he charged substantially less than his competitor. It's now 8:52pm Sunday and I had to take care of other business (cancel other Co.) before opening a yelp account. I will tell everyone who will listen how nice, professional and affordable Fred was...Thanks again Fred!

Used them again when I wanted all the toilets in the house replaced. They were able to give me an awesome quote to pick up the 3 toilets (Home Depot doesn't deliver toilets), install the toilets, and also remove the old toilets. Don completed the work perfectly! :]

Used them a third time when I experienced the unfortunate event of having an old drain pipe in the ceiling burst. They helped me get in touch with a flood company and my insurance company. If you need anyone to hold your hand while you wrestle with the insurance company folks these are your guys! I'm happy to say I won't have any leaks anytime soon because they have replaced all my old copper pipes. It's estimated that the copper pipes were as old as this house, a 1960's! Scheduling was very flexible. In no particular order, Manny, Ivan, Gio, and Don are an amazing team! Fantastic communication and I was informed about everything that was going on and what to expect every single step of the way.

I will continue to use them for any and all of my plumbing needs. Although I hope they won't have to see me anytime soon. Already had to use them 3 times within the last 6 months. They might be getting tired of seeing me, haha! =]

I've been seeing these guys too much lately! First a leaky toilet, then my kitchen drain clogged up. Too much staying home cooking I guess. . As before they showed up within a few hours.  Wearing gloves and cleaned all their equipment before bringing it in my house. Had it unclogged within a few minutes. Can't say enough good things about Tony and Eric. And my cat likes them! That's always a plus! I would highly recommend Community Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I don't get to post reviews often, but Jose really stepped up today and helped our family out!  Like many of my fellow North-Parkers we live in a small 1 bathroom house, so when there is a plumbing issue there is NO waiting!  Jose was out within hours and got our family and toilet flwoing again!  I found his price to be fair and consistent with outher estimates!  Thanks Jose!

Matt did a great job identifying and fixing a leak for me. He was out to my house within an hour of my call, and his price was great. I'll use Armstrong again when I need a plumber.

While our service was not emergent, Daniel responded promptly with a very reasonable quote and was available to repair our toilet the next morning.  He arrived on-time, had all the supplies necessary in hand, and was able to perform the repair without any additional hassle.  And for ONCE we weren't told that something else needed fixing!  He seemed honest, confident in his work, and even touched up a crack in our bathtub caulking.  It's the little things :).  We would highly recommend Express Plumbing!

Had a clogged bathtub drain.  Looked up a plumber in my area and found Eastlake Plumbing.  I liked that they were a small independently owned co.  Martin and Alex showed up earlier than expected, which was great.  They were upfront, clean and neat while they worked.  With the right tools they got the massive hair ball out tif the drain pretty quickly. Hopefully I don't need a plumber again, but if I do I know who to call.  Thanks guys!

We needed a number of jobs done all at once when my mother in law moved into a new place. Rafael came out and gave us an affordable quote and scheduled next day work. He and Richard got a new gas stovetop installed, a gas washer/dryer unit plumbed and installed, a new sink plumbed, a new shower head installed, and even gave us a tip about the problem we are having with hot water in the shower stall. It was above and beyond what we originally asked for. They were professional all the while and cleaned up tidily after every job. Thanks, guys!

A few weeks ago I had a stopped up kitchen sink and I was concerned because the last time I had it cleared, another plumbing company had used a mechanical router going through the roof and wound up breaking one of the cast iron pipes that I have going in to my main waistline. One of my big concerns was if they did it again that they might break open the main waste line which would have been a real mess.  I called and talked to Freddy and we made arrangements for him to come out the next day. I really wanted Freddy because he had the most experience. However the day he was to come out he told me that the night before he had been on another job until 5 in the morning and was going to send Miguel. I was a little apprehensive because Miguel wasn't quite as experienced however Freddy assured me that he really knew what he was doing, and if there was any problem he would come out.

As it turned out Freddy really did know what he was doing. He took a different approach and removed a pipe from underneath the kitchen in a crawl space, and used a small router so I didn't have to go into the waistline. Smart kid. After that since he was there I had a seal on one of my toilets that needed replacing because the toilet was leaking around the bottom. I had this done once before but it has started leaking again. When Miguel took the toilet off to replace the seal, he noticed the flange was sticking up about three eighths of an inch above the floor. He thought about it and then went out to the truck and got some small pieces of wood to use as a shim so the front of the toilet so it would be level with the back. Two other plumbers had failed to do this or even notice it which led to the leaks in the first place. I have used plumbing tree once before and I was very happy with them then as well. They are very capable know what they are doing and do a great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend them.

Called in and was able to get a technician to come out the next day to diagnose my draining problem. He was communicative and on time. He was able to find the problem which wasn't the plumbing and helped guiding me to find a way for solution. I would have their phone number in my contact from now on if I ever run into draining issue. Very honest and thorough company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We asked True Plumbing to correct a drip in our tub faucet as well as replace the shower head, spigot, etc. with new trim. It turns out we had very old Moen fixtures, and David generously spent a while with me on the phone working out what work would need to be done and what fixtures we wanted.  The technician who came was Stephen, who very kindly chatted with my kids who haven't seen any other humans in a while! He was very friendly and explained all the work very well to me. In the end, he trimmed some extra long bolts on our toilet for us (wasn't part of his work at all) as a courtesy, because we didn't have the right tool.  Very happy with the service!

Super efficient and friendly! He came out on a Saturday and got the job done quickly and right. I was going to have him fix my bathroom sink too, but rather then waste the money he told me something I could do to try first and if that didn't work to call him to come back out, which I really appreciated!
They also have a 90 day warranty if anything should go wrong within that 90 days you can call them and have the service done again for free !

I can't say enough good things about Solomon   Nwosu. I called 5 plumbers and Black MTN was the only one to respond! Yes, it's a Sunday, my kitchen sinks we're backed up and flooding over into my cupboards and across my wood floors. I bailed water out over and over and it just kept coming back up. Solomon knew exactly what to do and took care of it, explaining everything to me. If you have an emergency need for a plumber like I did today, I highly recommend this company.

What a great find. Yes, the 5 star ratings are valid. Communication: great , promptness: great,  price: great and they stick to their quote, quality of work:  great!  Devan did a great job moving our laundry room gas line. Have a 25yr old condo with a 25 yr old laundry room design. Problem is our 2022 washer and dryer were just a tight squeeze and the doors wouldn't quite close.  The existing gas line stood out too far from the wall. Devan worked on redoing the pipes so that they would be snug to the wall. Now our front load washer and dryer fit and the doors close. Problem solved. I will definitely call these guys again when I have a plumbing issue.

Our water heater failed on Christmas. I called The Almighty the next day, Dave came out at once and gave us quotes for a new tank heater and for a tankless heater. He explained the benefits and cost of both systems. Dave and Ricardo spent most of the day  reconfiguring our system and installing a tankless heater. They were professional and great, and the cost was reasonable. I recommend them.
