These guys did a professional job for us, addressing 4 issues around the home including a busted pressure regulator, adding in a thermal expansion unit, and relocating an outdoor faucet.

From start to finish they were motivated, courteous and helpful.  When I had what was truly a minor issue with some of the work, they dropped everything to come back out and correct the situation.

Very responsive receptionist and fortunately they were able to send a plumber right away.  Not only were both toilets and bathtubs backed up with dirty water, but we had 3 leaks into the garage area from the backed up pressure in the pipes. They're coordinating the repairs with the water mitigation company etc.

I posted a project on Yelp and Collins Pacific Plumbing replied within minutes.  I set an appointment for a day later and received reminders and correspondence from the owner, verifying that a technician would arrive on our confirmed date/time. Gilbert arrived on time and ready to assess my plumbing issue! He quickly solved my crossover hot/cold water issue, purchased the parts I needed for the repair, and did a very thorough job with install and post-install testing.  I highly recommend this company for any and all your plumbing needs, especially technician Gilbert who was able to diagnose and immediately fix my issue. After having three different leak detection companies try to find the leak in my cold water pipes under my slab, then having a half dozen or more plumbing companies come out to give me a quote to repair the leak. They all wanted to do a repipe for $8,000-$12,000 which didn't include all the drywall repair and paint job. Justin was the only one that was able to figure out how to do a reroute of my cold water pipe for under a quarter of what all the other plumbing companies wanted. Justin started the very next day after he came out to give me a quote, he work hard and long hours to complete the job in two days. Justin at Five Star Plumbing was professional, honest, definitely the best plumbing company in San Diego County. On top of that, Debbie in the office is extremely helpful, kind, respectful, and always return my calls. I recommend that you only call Five Star Plumbing.

When the air conditioner broke during this heatwave, I was pleased someone at American Ace answered his phone, much less promised a same day appointment.  But Fred actually had my air conditioning unit fully serviced and running only 2 hours later.   Yes, it was some lucky timing, but Fred also charged a fair price, explained service options without any sales pressure, and tested the system was functioning its best before leaving.  He even installed the new filters I'd bought but not put in yet.  I have to agree with the reviews, this company provides great customer service.

Gio and Donald were punctual, polite and prudent. They were able to efficiently replace my toilet and were also able to tuck away my old toilet to be reserved for future additions to the property. They were very educational and possessed great knowledge and passion toward their profession. Thanks to them I'll be able to enjoy my new elongated toilet. Will continue to consult with their expertise for future plumbing projects.

Community plumbing will be on my 1st to call  list from here on out. I was in desperiate need to clear my stopped tub and toilet. I called them early in the morning and they were out to see me that afternoon. I also had them install a water line in to my fridge so I can finally have automatic ice. They were quick, efficient, respectful and clean. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Well I bought a house with a slab leak. After calling multiple places about getting the leak found and the slab rerouted I found Matt at Armstrong. He showed up for an estimate and come back a day or so later and rerouted everything. Very neatly too through the attic and into the closets. I only had 3 small wall openings. Fantastic for a reroute. I learned so much while they were here. They were so knowledgeable and had no issue with me asking questions all day. Great experience. They will be back soon to do another job related to my kitchen remodel.

While others gave me high an estimates, Daniel gave me instructions OVER THE PHONE and helped me fix our garbage disposal, free of charge, saving us AT LEAST $100!

Let's start from the beginning.  Our garbage disposal stopped working a few days ago so i've been shopping around over the phone trying to find the cheapest/best person to fix it.  I assumed it wouldn't cost more than a few bucks, but was thoroughly shocked when quote after quote came and it was running about $100-200!  Desperate, i tried to watch some youtube videos but obviously that didn't work out, and then i called Express Plumbing.

Without any bullshit, he goes did you try to reset button?  uh..... was my reply.  He patiently walked me through the procedures and Voila, my garbage disposal came back to life!

Again, i've called at least 3 other plumbers before reaching Daniel and each had a quote higher than the other.  Daniel was the only one who didn't even try to give me a quote and instead walked me through how i can fix the issue.  Although I do not blame the others for they have to make a profit, I applaud Daniel for his honesty.  He didn't make a penny off of us this time, but we're definitely coming back for any future plumbing issues and you should too!!

Eastlake Plumbers came out to help me with some water heater issues. They did a very thorough job, were professional and prompt. I would definitely use their services again. Prices were reasonable. They are fully certified, bonded and licensed. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Requested a quote on yelp, got an answer with specific pricing less than 2 hours later.  Price quoted was exactly what I paid.
Receptionist was courteous & promptly returned calls.  They gave me a 2 hour arrival window, in the time frame I requested!
Jerry was very professional & worked quickly. So far everything seems to be working just fine.

The crew at True Plumbing is amazing. We worked with plumbing manager, Dave, and installation crew, Michael Scott, Chris Phillips, and Stephen on our water heater replacement. They were able to get to our job the very next day even though the heater needed to come from LA. The other guys were three to four days out. True Plumbing's price was also about half what the other guys were asking. We'd say that was stellar.

Gino was my plumber and I got incredibly fast and friendly service.  I couldn't be happier! We needed all new plumbing mainlines after we found some leaking under our house. I was referred to Almighty by a mutual contact. They did a huge job of digging up our yard, working under our house and replacing everything up to the city's pipes. Then they cleaned it all up and worked professionally the entire time. It was four days worth of work and they knocked it out of the park. Fast forward a few months and we needed to upgrade some minor exterior areas for our hoses, they came out the next day and fixed everything in just a few hours. We were way overdue for a new water heater so we got a rough quote for that while they were here. After a few emails and official quote the crew came out again and installed a 50 gallon water heater and extension tank (I think that's what it's called). I will continue to use Matt and his crew at Almighty Plumbing.
