We had a problem with standing water in shower and tub, also needed 3 new toilets installed. Called them and we had 2 plumbers at our home within the hour! I really appreciate the text telling me when to expect them and a picture of the person coming into my home. David and another man (sorry I forgot his name) did a fabulous job installing the toilets and cleaning the drains. Both of them wore booties and mask the entire time. Clean up and haul away of old toilets a big plus for us. Great job!

Got my toilet replaced today, They were able to get me in the next day and their prices were very fair. They arrive during the time window which I appreciated since I was working and finished in a timely manner as well. The technician was amazing very nice and very clean work we are extremely happy and will definitely work with them again.

I am very pleased with the customer service and ownership involvement with this company.  I had some service completed this week, adjusted shower temp and fixed a leak, and was not happy with the price of the service.  The service was good and I am satisfied with the work.  But....

I thought I was charged too much for the service provided.  I responded to a customer survey explaining this and received a call directly from the owner, Grant, to discuss the issue I had.  We talked about my satisfaction with the professionalism of the employees, the on-time appt and excellent communication and then service provided and how much I was charged.  Grant went on to explain why they have a minimal service charge and why it was what it was and sometimes things are easier than planned.  After the good talk and explanation, Grant ended up reducing my bill to what we both agreed would be a fair amount for the repairs completed.  He did not have to do this since I already paid, he could have just left it as-is and went on with his day.  I literally received the call about 15 minutes after I completed the survey.  I am very impressed with the response to my survey and his willingness to make it right.  

With all that said, I will be calling them for my next plumbing issue.  I recommend you check out this honest, family owned company.

Five Star Plumbing is AMAZING. Not only are they extremely responsive and honest. They are kind and fair! I reached out to a mega plumber first and a less than $200 fix was going to cost me over $800 but when I called Five Star Plumbing Debbie came to my rescue with knowledge and honesty! I just had to go with her sweet self and Justin, her son, for my upstairs leak that was dripping into my kitchen/ living room area. Thank God I was able to support local like I wanted!!!! Honestly, I have nothing bad to say. They squeezed me into their busy schedule and Justin fixed the issue SUPER QUICK! I mean I am absolutely blown away by the service. Thank you so much for such honest, affordable work and stellar customer service. I won't be going anywhere else or recommending anyone else to people who may ask. I contacted American Ace Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to have the hot and cold valves for my washer replaced since they were old and corroded. Fred contacted me promptly and we ended up texting back and forth with pictures of my valves and were able to schedule a date and time to complete the work and he was able to provide me with an estimate for the work. The day of the appointment, Fred was able to complete my work earlier because his previous job finished quicker than he expected. He arrived at the stated time and finished within 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the prompt and professional service I received. I would definitely recommend American Ace Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning for any plumbing work you may need.

This has been the best experience with a plumber. As an Executive Manager of a YMCA and a property owner it is difficult to obtain exceptional service at a reasonable price, with up front honesty. All the work completed has been exceptional and resolved.  No call backs, follow ups or complaints. I usually obtain 3 quotes before moving forward. TL plumbing gave me the best price and it was way more detailed in their work. On top, it is guaranteed. My highest recommendations.

Whenever I have a plumbing issue in our house or in my in-laws' house, I immediately give Eric and Tony a call. We've been using them exclusively for five years or so. They live in my neighborhood, they specialize in old houses, and they're great guys. They have done big projects and little projects for us. They've even vouched for my plumbing work when my wife was not impressed with what I had done. When my in-laws' kitchen faucet suddenly stopped working, I texted them to come over, and Eric responded that he was on vacation, but then took time away from his vacation to diagnose the problem over text so that I was able to fix it myself. I recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumber. In fact, they're the guys I ask when I need recommendations for non-plumbing related repairs in our house.

Scheduler did not understand the complicated toilet clog I had and sent plumbers who did not clear clog (but told me they had) and could not re-seat toilet.  When the main issue turned out to be with the City sewer in the alley, they would not give me any of the evidence or a thorough plumber's report so I could work with the City to get it fixed.  Very expensive work with no warranty on anything.  Very disappointed.

Express Plumbing responded to my request promptly. Daniel showed on time (both times I needed him), super friendly and a true pro. The job was completed flawlessly and at a reasonable price.

As a new homeowner I appreciate having access to a resource like Daniel, shows on time, does not charge for something you don't need, gives you recommendations and is someone you can count on. I can say we have found a plumber, I recommend him if you need help with any job.

We lived in Eastlake for six years (before moving recently), and we used Eastlake plumbing three times there--had a new water heater installed, had them install our new washer and dryer, new outside hose bibs installed, new regulator off the water main line, I think they looked at our sprinkler leak too.  Great service and very reasonable prices every time. We moved to poway recently, and we called Eastlake Plumbing to see if they might drive up here. They said that especially because we were past customers, they would love to continue to be our plumbers since we had that relationship. In poway, we had a water pipe leak in our attic, it cost $140 to replace. Very fast work, reasonable price, they were on time, and called on the way.  Last week, we believed we needed a new pressure regular off the water main. Eastlake plumbing came out again, did great testing and work, very reasonable price again. Then--this is the best part--we picked his brain about adding a sink and grill into our backyard. He got UP into our attic to find the gas line and water line and measured the distances, advised some thoughts he had about the project, and gave us a quote for the plumbing work. Great service..

We really like Eastlake Plumbing and highly recommend them.  We have not had one bad or Iffy experience, and I have developed a feeling of trust for them. Daniel has been our plumber the past two times--he's great.

Returned home from a trip to find my water heater was done for....leaking like a White House aid who cares. Troy plumbing came through with a quick response and great techs to deal with my potential on Thanksgiving Eve.

Rata and Richard came to the rescue, assessed the situation and got the job done professionally. Could not have expected higher than delivered.

Met Omar while he was giving me a free estimate for my mainline and lateral pipe replacement. From the outset he was courteous, outgoing and easy to engage. This is the type of customer service I highly esteem because it made my unpredictable experience less tense. Although I didn't hire him for the work, he was very informative even after knowing he was not going to work on the plumbing issue. That in itself is not just a demonstration of his genuine interest for others but also a deep passion for his job. I will recommend him to others.

If you are in need of professional plumbing services, you will not be disappointed with Plumbing Tree. After discovering a slow leak in my main water valve, I called Plumbing Tree 20 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. Miguel was very courteous and helpful. He asked me to send photos so his team could provide a rough cost estimate. I sent the photos after closing time, but he communicated with me into the late evening and on Sunday. He scheduled the work for Monday afternoon. Miguel provided a courtesy call about 30 minutes before the plumber arrived. Gilbert was our plumber, and he was excellent to work with. Informative, courteous, and very professional. The cost was reasonable, and Gilbert clearly showed pride in his work. He informed us of some additional items for us to consider in the future, but he was not pushy. I highly recommend this business because of their excellent customer service and the quality of their work. I'll be hiring them again without a doubt.

Excellent! I highly recommend them. Excellent Customer Service. The Technician,  (James), was very professional and skilled. Arrived on time. Their prices are very reasonable. My regular Plumber was unavailable and recommended them, so I felt comfortable calling them. Glad I did!

I started a DIY bathroom remodel and after the demo found a few items that were over my skill set. I was referred to Sal Jr and Sr who were prompt to review the job, provide a quote and work me into their schedule; I was schedule critical with the floor already removed.  

They replaced a large / final section of cast iron which the previous owners left me and moved a gas line to give us extra cabinet space.  I also had them install the new copper lines which saved me a day.

Sal Jr. is recently licensed but has been doing plumbing with his family for years.  I look forward to them growing their business.

Stephen was our plumber. Patience of a saint, super nice and helpful the whole time while working on an upstairs bathroom double sink in a house with no AC and western facing exposure AND during a heat wave! It was hot up there (I felt so bad).

These guys were awesome. Simple and easy experience and they respected masks and social distancing. Called them and had a service tech at the house within an hour and the kitchen sink fixed very quickly. The tech also offered some suggested to help protect the future of our home, but was not pushy. Appreciate it!

We had a leak inside our garage wall that was causing our stucco to get wet and turn green.  The tech that came cut 3 openings in our  drywall and still could not find the source of our leak.  He even called his dad, the owner, for guidance.  I was disappointed he made us pay for him cutting holes and not finding the source of the problem.  If he could not properly diagnose the problem, maybe his dad should have come to determine the cause.  I've left a message regarding this issue, and they did not return my call.  We thought this was a reputable company, but maybe I was wrong.
