Best Sump Pump Installation in San Antonio TX
Very impressed with Dave! He was able to answer questions over the phone before he got to the house and arrived quickly. He informed us on how to fix the problem in many ways. We really appreciated this as its New Year's Eve. Very personable and a great attitude. Will definitely choose to work with him again!

Great experience with this company! Their receptionist staff was very friendly, clear, and communicated exactly what to expect. I received both an email and text reminder about my appointment, plus a call on the day-of when the tech was 30min away, and a text with a photo of the tech coming to do the repair, so I knew whom to expect knocking on my door. Tech Chris Green was very friendly and courteous. He clearly explained what he planned to do, the cost, and how long it would take. Will definitely use their services again and definitely recommend this company.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

I've used Juan once and recommended to a friend. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He is very fast to respond, even on Christmas Eve. Thank you!

I did not expect, when I called at 10:00 AM to complain about my busted water heater, that they would have a water heater installed and running by 2:00 PM. They were fast, professional, clean. They took away the old water heater, fixed up the space for the new one, got the gas connections up to code, and fixed up the venting system so that everything is safety compliant. And given how fast they were, I decided to complain about a dripping faucet, and they got right to it and made sure to get it fixed. They were cheap, also, and mellow and friendly. And they wear footies over their shoes to minimize dirt in the house. I definitely would work with them again!

Loved everything about this plumbing service. They responded quickly, practiced COVID precaution measures, worked efficiently and politely, and fixed about 11 small (and large) plumbing issues that I had in a newly purchased house. They will be my go-to plumbing service from now on!

Recently we called San Marcos Plumbing for help with a hot water heater. The tech came and gave his advice without charging. We then called to have a sink replaced in the bathroom. They were prompt, courteous and successful. Can't ask for more than that!

Premier Plumbing is awesome!! First of all, they are open on Saturday, so we didn't have to pay the weekend emergency fee. We woke up on a Saturday with zero water pressure. I called about 10 other plumbers. Premier was the first to answer the phone. They came over within a couple of hours.
Toby and Joseph showed up. They were both very nice and professional. It took Toby about 5 seconds to figure out the water softener is too small for the house (it came with the house when we bought it not too long ago). He diverted the water away from the softener and, voila, we had full pressure.
We asked Toby to quote a couple of projects for us while he was there (including a new water softener). Premier does free quotes, so they waived the minimum for the visit and said the call was for a quote. Pricing for the estimates was in line with what I was expecting, not low or high.
I would definitely call on Premier again.

My daughter tried to flush one of her Disney toys down the toilet so we had a problem. I called Cowboy and gave them our available times for a service call and they were out the next morning. They were on time, friendly, and gave me my options/pricing up front. They were able to clear the pipes and get us back to normal. Highly recommended.

Very fast, reliable, and fair with pricing. Very good people with great customer service. Had a plumbing problem that another company ripped me off over. It was such a relief to find someone who knew what they were doing and gave me a good price. Highly recommend!

They did not give me a quote for the job after the camera inspection through the drain plumbing line. I texted them to remind them of a bid, and still no response. In my opinion, they want quick money.

Hands down the best and fairest plumber in Austin and surrounding area. Jim worked long and hard to repair our sewer line and was priced 20% below the next lowest competitor. He does excellent work and is always smiling. He showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule.

YOU be the judge. Received a quote from Just-in-time to disconnect kitchen sink and disposal and bathroom sink so they could be pulled along with the
counter tops to install new counters and sinks in both rooms. Then, of course, once the new counter tops and sinks/disposal were installed, the need was to
be timely in re-connecting the plumbing so the down time would be minimal. The agreement for the completed job was some over 7 bills, somewhat pricey but,
everyone gets their pound of flesh these days, what can you do? Justin was accommodating in getting here for the disconnect the day before the new counters
and sinks were to be installed. Once that was done, he was back in a timely manner for the re-connect. However, we had ordered a faucet for the bathroom sink
that had not come in so, he hooked up the kitchen sink and disposal and we had to arrange for him to come back for the last hookup when the faucet came in.
So, he collected payment for $565.00 for an hour's work with the reminder that when the bathroom faucet came in, that would be an additional $150.00, and left.
When the faucet came in, we called him and again, here he came in a timely manner. So, where's the gripe?, you might well ask.
As it happens, the bathroom sink was a different, modern style. When he looked under the cabinet and saw how the drain from the sink didn't match up with
the drain pipe coming out of the wall, he was overheard saying something along the lines of This isn't worth a $100 to me and he and his two man crew were out
the door. Total on site time something like 4 1/2 minutes. I had just walked outside ahead of him. He advised me I needed to find a plumber that worked on 1957
plumbing (year the house was built) and PUFF, he was gone in a cloud of dust. As bad luck would have it, I had just had a similar situation with the guy that
disconnecting the old countertop electric range and vent hood and was back to hook up the new range and vent hood. He discovered it would take about a 1/2 inch
shim by 42 inches which he didn't have, so he left. Now, everything had been paid for including his labor. The next morning, bright and early, I got a call from his company
advising me that because it was going to take extra work, they would need to collect an additional $163.00 before he would come back to finish the job. That little cheap
s.... episode on top of the plumbing situation made me determine I didn't want to deal with any more Prima Donnas so, I decided that somehow, I would get the job done
myself. All well and good were I some 50 years younger but no, I'm a 78 year old guy with arthritis in both knees and back. I won't even try to describe what it takes to
get down on the floor, manipulate up under a cabinet and work on plumbing. Of course, getting back up defies imagination.. Never-the-less, the job was accomplished
with a minimal amount of time spent in the process and I am not, nor have I ever been a plumber. In conclusion I will say that the positive points referenced at the outset
of this narrative were totally wiped out by that one act.

Needed my water heater replaced. Stephen, the owner, was very responsive. Chris came out to evaluate the job and was on time. He was on time to complete the work the next day. Chris's work was fast and clean. Great job. I'll use again for any plumbing needs.

I have no idea what kind of work these people actually do but I know I'll never find out. They came to service my 83 year old mother's neighbor's house this morning and parked their van blocking her driveway. She was sitting outside, with her walker, waiting to be picked up by a driver. She asked the company employee if he could move the van and explained why, and he just looked at her and said no. Way to respect your elders and your community Chavarria's.

I called Reliant to fix a simple drip from a spigot in tub/ shower. An appointment was made for Monday.A plumber showed up at 8 am on Sunday morning. After way to much information he went to hardware store and fixed the problem and I was charged 500.00.But...the job wasn't completely done right s....a supervisor came out and adjusted it.Now.... I have no hot water in shower/tub and am expected to wait for them a 6 hour window of time tomorrow. They got my money and now I am yesterdays news.Go anywhere but reliant because they are unreliable.

We are in the process of selling our home. There was a minor issue with the water pressure. Our realtor suggested S&D and we were very happy with the results. The technician (Dustin) came on time and walked me through the issue. Thankfully it was one simple valve to be replaced. He took care of it that day and worked to put the yard back as neatly as possible.
The pricing was fair and the work was done well - the issue is resolved. As well, the next day the office staff called to check up with me and be sure I was satisfied. That is a nice touch.
Definitely recommended.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.
After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate. They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.
Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.
Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
