I went through Home Depot to get my flooring and during the project they needed to seal my concrete slab because of some moisture. They did a horrible job then tried to say it was my fault because there is a leak in my pipes which I didn't believe. I knew they just did a bad job.
Dave the Leak Guy came by and did a thorough job testing my pipe system and discovered I had zero leak issues. This guy was knowledgeable and experienced as well as friendly and respectful. He knew his stuff and it sure showed. If you have any leak concerns call this company and get Dave the Leak Guy out there to figure it out. You won't be disappointed.

Andy and his guys are just wonderful!!  I bought an older Mobile Home as a Winter Getaway.  Little did I know all of the plumbing issues I would have. Andy jack-hammered the concrete, replaced a clogged clean-out from 50 years ago, installed new plumbing and re-concreted the area.  After that he replaced some flooring as he installed new toilets.  We had a new kitchen installed and he will be back today to hook up the kitchen plumbing.

So called in and left a message they called back in 15 min!! Jim very professional called me back set meup with an appointment they were all booked for the same day but he placed me on waiting list and worked with me on the hour. 2 hours after the first call  Chris came in VERY NiCE guy and VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!! Fixed the problem with less than an hour !!!!! 5 star if there is 6 he deserves it    

I had a leak from the garage wall every time I turn the master shower on.   Now it's fix that's to them!!!!!

Our guest bathroom toilet backed up late on a Friday night. We tried Plunging and snaking but didn't do the trick. We called Paulie around 11pm and he told us he could come out in the morning

He came out at 9am and within an hour our problem was fixed...he even stuck around to help install a new toilet. He really cares and made sure we were good to go before he left. Super nice guy that knows what he's doing! Reasonable prices too!

Bought an older double wide. Had lots of plumbing leaks at drains/toilets/sinks. Worked reliably for two days to get us fixed. Only reason for less than five stars is a trained helper came out second morning, and in fixing master bath got water all over my carpet. I mentioned this to them and was told it was clean water no problem. However, this clean water has stained my brand new bedroom carpet, and I will have to get it cleaned. Other than that very reliable great work!

I feel like I struck gold with this company. From the moment I called them (picked from a Google search after calling several others in my area), the owner/manager Tim did a great job of listening to my issue (a newly discovered pipe leak behind the wall in my laundry closet), offering some suggestions, possible fixes, then scheduling an appointment the very next day. He even gave me his cell number in case I needed to reach him quickly. He and his technician Jim showed up the next morning, fully assessed the problem and got to work. They were both extremely professional and the work itself is outstanding. Tim himself turned out to be quite an interesting guy - during the repair job he and I talked quite a bit; very personable, friendly and positive.  It was beyond clear that these folks are a very customer-oriented company and that they care about and value those who hire them. My girlfriend and I almost asked them to stay for dinner, they were that good! Oh, and the price they charged for the repair was very reasonable. I am happy knowing that if I have any future plumbing issues arise that I have these folks to call. I know I am in good hands with an honest, hard-working, customer-oriented company.

Clearly professionals and work product and ethic excellent but if you are going to call them, also call at least one other plumber for an estimate. Their price to me was over the top!  I wish I had called one other and saved $300.

Exceptional plumbing services!  Thomas and James replaced my very old sewer lines and even corrected the configuration to the way it should have been done in the first place.  This was a big project, and they worked diligently until the job was done.  Very professional, honest, fairly priced, and very knowledgeable.  I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Clayton and Michael from Bella plumbing built a new sewer for my residence a day before the threatening hurricane Ian  .  They promised me they would finish it in a-day and they delivered. Their work ethics are superb as well as their workmanship.   Problems with fencing?  They come up with a plan & solution on how to get onto your property and get the work done. They are fair to the client and they're fair to themselves . Will not gouge you like other companies.   I highly recommend them. I asked them if they were sure about the price,  I wanted to pay them more!

Had a great experience with Cody Wallace, Wallace Plumbing.  He and Billy were able to come out in 24 hours to replace the plumbing under my master bathroom sink.  They were so efficient and even ran out to get new parts for me.  I highly recommend Wallace Plumbing  for all your plumbing needs.  Kudos to Cody and Billy.

Terrible people.  Very unprofessional.  Lost my paperwork, and when it was found, no apology for essentially calling me a liar.  Yelled at me on the phone.

The guys that did the work were great and very flexible.  My job had a couple of mishaps that were my fault.  I purchased a toilet that didn't fit due to the granite shelf in the bathroom. I guess there is a big difference in toilet height since my house was built due to ADA compliance. The guys agreed to come back later for hopefully a small fee. I went out to Lowe's who didn't have any toilets that would fit. Home Depot only had one and the box wouldn't fit in the car. The guys said they could swing by and get it. They were in and out in a short period of time. For all of that, I'd gladly rate 5 stars.

I expected the job to cost more, but it went from $195 quote over the phone to $294, which seems excessive. In addition, they charge an extra 3% if you want to use a credit card.

What bullshit. The parts at Home Depot that they need to fix my toilet cost $20.95 (see attached)) and they want to charge me $320 ((!!!)) to fix my toilet. I was born at night but it certainly wasn't last night... and I'm certainly not going to pay for all your overhead for your Worker's Compensation, vehicles and insurance, etc. Get a grip, people. You should be ashamed of yourself. Recommendation: Avoid these people like the plague.

I'd give Plumbing Express 10 stars but they only allow you 5 that's how good I think they are. From the nice lady I talked to in the office who likes Sunflowers to Grant the technician who did a great job taking the old water heater out and putting the new one in. 5 *****'s for Grant to.

Where do I start? I was told that I had a scheduled 1:30pm appointment on a Friday so I took the entire afternoon off work so I could make sure to be home for one of your Plumbers. Around 1:45pm I call to see where the plumber is and they inform me that they were backed up but will have someone arrive at 3:30pm. These things happen so I thought nothing of it. Around 4:00pm when no one has yet to show up for my scheduled appointment I attempted to call Charles Plumbing back but of course, no one answered. For the next hour I repeatedly attempted to contact someone at this company but conveniently for them, no one would answer their phone until it was time to close. At this point I realized I had just wasted an entire half of my work day just to get stood up. It gets better.... Out of curiosity I called back the next day to see what happened. On this day (Saturday) someone picked up the phone right away. I explained to them that I didn't appreciate having my time wasted and instead of apologizing I was told that they didn't know what happened and proceeded to tell me that because they're so busy These things can happen and hung up on me once he realized I wasn't interested in moving forward with scheduling a 2nd appointment with them (why would I be?). It seems for now that Charles Plumbing has enough business coming their way that Customer Service and showing up to appointments isn't at the top of their priority list. I want to personally thank your company for wasting my time!

ON 8/30/2017 Dunedin Plumbing installed a new bathroom faucet in my bathroom.  One day later, the faucet leaked. There was a bucket of water leaking from the faucet they installed.  I was told the cost would be $95.00.  The next dayn i called to state the faucet leaked. I was told i would have to pay an additional $25.00 for them to stop the leak.  The technician should have made sure there was no leak before after he installed the faucet.  He did not check to see if the faucet was leaking. He installed the faucet within 45 minutes and left. I should not have had to pay the additional $25.00 for them to stop the leak that they had left the undone the day before. There was dishonesty with this company. Please beware of hiring this company. They do not perform good workl
