HISTORY

Established in 2020.
Wallace Plumbing is now open for business! As the owner I have been in the Plumbiing trade coming up on 15 years. Starting with my dad at the age of 15. From then on I moved to a few different Plumbing company's to learn each aspect of the trade. Decided I wanted to start my own Plumbing company to provide better quality Plumbing service and that what we did!

These guys were fantastic!  We encountered a problem with a clog leading to our sink, so we contacted them via text message and they responded almost immediately.  They were working a project already but swung by our house at the end of the day and fixed the issue within an hour at a flat rate.  I'm not sure I've ever had a more pleasant experience with a plumber.  Sorry for the short review, I've got dishes to wash.

Being in the realestate industry I get my fair share of terrible experiences with contractors and because of that. I'm always in need of a good contrator. when I come across someone that is trustworthy, professional, timely and just makes an experience perfect while getting a project done. I jump for joy. A friend once told me that I had bad luck and I replied that it wasn't me. That's it's the terrible people trying to do business. I had Wallace plumbing (Cody) come and look at a home that needed to be repiped for a sale. The first plumber(Rolando Sarios plumbers)  I had visit  came in and said the whole house needed a repipe and that walls will
Be ripped as well as siding on the exterior of the home to be torn then replaced.

Thankfully, we called Cody and he actually went under the home's crawl space which the other plumber didn't do. Saw that the home only needed a partial repipe and that we didn't need to remove walls, siding and cabinets. A huge relief and honestly saved a transaction for both the sellers and buyers. Not only did Cody give us the right answers, fixed all problems and problem solve the work around to avoid damage to anything in the house.  He did it within the time frame advised, kept the property clean and he was communicative throughout the whole process. Glad we found this business because now and days. It seems harder and harder to find a trustworthy contractor who actually cares about the job at hand.

Cody from Wallace Plumbing installed a new shower valve and set. He was professional, prompt, and responsive. He did a good job and welded the parts together.  I highly recommend and will use Wallace Plumbing again.

Had a great experience with Cody Wallace, Wallace Plumbing.  He and Billy were able to come out in 24 hours to replace the plumbing under my master bathroom sink.  They were so efficient and even ran out to get new parts for me.  I highly recommend Wallace Plumbing  for all your plumbing needs.  Kudos to Cody and Billy.

I wish I had called Wallace Plumbing right away!  I had a clogged AC condensate drain line and first called a local company that specializes in clogged drains.  They were not prepared to deal with 1 inch or smaller diameter PVC piping used with AC condensate lines in condominiums.  They went through all of the rodding, vacuuming and chemicals, cut 4 or 5 holes in my walls and never could unclog the lines.  They charged me for all of the time they spent accomplishing nothing except putting holes in my walls.  Cody Wallace came in and solved the problem, got the right parts and replaced the drain line in under an hour.  His service is fast, friendly and smart.  His pricing is reasonable and fair.  I will use Cody for all of my plumbing needs going forward.  Thank you Cody!

On Jan. 25th I had a long list of plumbing jobs that weren't urgent, but then got a water leak in outside wall that raised my water bill $150. last month so  called 6 plumbers that had been recommended.

My List:
1. I had a leak in the outside bathroom wall that raised my water bill $150. Also needed old piping from water softener removed in same spot and replaced with a new bib and add a main shutoff to the house.
2. I wanted the angle stops in all 3 toilets replaced, and a sink check and recommendation.
3. I needed the hot and cold faucet handles rebuilt in a shower stall as they were corroded and both leaked when turned on.
4. I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced (I had the new one).

So I call 6 plumbers.
1. Never showed up for appointment, no call.
2. Spent 30 minutes of my time looking at everything and advised me to get leak detection company out because he thought leak was under the slab, not in the wall. Said he would send me an estimate the next day and I never heard from him again (today is a week).
3. Wanted me to pay $120.00 to have someone come out to give me an estimate.
4. Gave me an estimate of more than double of the one other estimate I was given and also told me I could not rebuild the hot and cold as it was not code, it needed to be replaced with a single handle set-up. Also stated he might have to make a large hole in outside wall and I would have to have it fixed by a handyman.
5. Left message, no one called back.
6. I left a voice mail and he quickly responded. He gave me a price and said he could come Feb. 4th as he was booked until then. I agreed.

And wouldn't you know...last Sunday my kitchen sink clogged. I'm a bit of a do-it-yourselfer so when I ran out of cutlery and dishes I took the drain apart and found nothing, then filled sink and plunged about a hundred times and discovered I was just pushing all the water into the dishwasher discharge hose. lol. I gave up.
I called plumber #6 and told him to add snaking my pipe from the roof to the road to my list of jobs.
And after checking all of them, he recommended also changing two sink angle stops and I agreed.

Cody Wallace and apprentice Billy came today. Cody owns Wallace Plumbing and is polite, clean, fast and honest. Billy too. Cody's number is 727-403-1557.

My total cost was less than $1000.00 and he only made about a 5 hole in my outside wall (easily repaired).

I did it again.  Too much food down the garbage disposal.  Ended up blocking the main drain at the washing machine.  Cody Wallace is a nice guy with fair pricing. He jumped on the roof and handled the problem in just minutes.  Very comfortable having him in the house and I've found my new plumber.

After having tried numerous others before with dismal results I found  Wallace plumbing. Have used their services numerous times for issues ranging from clogged drains to faucet replacements on our older Largo home. Always prompt, courteous, and professional. Add  to that affordable rates and honesty and you have the perfect plumber.
