About Plumbing was able to come out to my house the same day I called. They actually listened (and didn't doubt) my water pressure problem. Cody was honest, helpful and informative. About is affordable and very customer service oriented. This is now the only plumbing service I will call!! Thank you Cody!!!

I have used Joe's Plumbing Drain & Sewer Service, LLC for over 20 years.
They have always been reliable and trustworthy. We have a contracting business and always call Joe's when we need cabling, hydro jetting or camera and locate.

Larry came out to inspect the water pressure in our home. He was very nice and helpful. He told us exactly what he believed the problem was and didn't pressure us into using them to fix it.

Found Rick in an emergency situation after our water heater went out... reached him by phone at 7:30am and he was at the house within two hours. I later had him come back to install an outdoor spigot on the backside of the house. He's professional, friendly, fair priced and thorough. He'll explain what he's doing in terms of the job and you'll come away smarter in terms of home plumbing. I will continue to use his services.

The water line broke under the steps which was plastic and a new line had to be put in and rerouted which they replaced with copper. It was a big job and they professionally and efficiently installed it and additional installation at such a fair price. Steve was very polite and patient and I would recommend this Company for any Plumbing issue for the quality of their work and cleanliness and quick response. Could not ask for anything better. 7/11/2023

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

Trio was hired by Costco as a 3rd party service provider for a dishwasher install that I had purchased. I was the customer and had all of the interactions with them but Costco was the one paying the bill.
1. The 1st available appt they had was 3 weeks out. They would not give me a window of time - such as AM or PM - so I had to block out my whole day. It wasn't until the morning of the install that they called me to tell me a time.
2. I spoke with Trio 2 different times prior to the install and each time they went over the instructions for the day of... need to have supply lines on site, under the sink cleared out, etc. What they never said was that they were going to throw on a bogus fee at the last minute. It wasn't until the morning of when they called to give me my appt. window that they said: oh yeah and there's a $106 license fee. I said, no, this is for a Costco install and they are paying you. I was met with a: no, this is in addition to what Costco pays us and we won't install unless we get paid. So I canceled them and they could care less.
Here is where it gets interesting (all verified with Costco after the fact when I called to file a complaint against them):
a. Trio gets paid by Costco even if I cancel the install.
b. Trio is NOT supposed to be charging this additional fee to the Costco customer and Costco was not aware they were doing this.
c. When a customer calls Costo to file a complaint (such as... the installer charged me an additional $106 fee that I wasn't aware of), Costco just reimburses the customer so the issue gets resolved for the customer and the install company (in this case Trio) does not get punished, in fact, they are rewarded. It's a flaw in Costco's system.
The bottom line here is that Trio is majorly taking advantage of people. They get paid by Costco even if they don't do the install because the customer doesn't want to pay their bogus license fee. And, when the customer does pay their bogus fee, they get paid double. I can't speak to the quality of their work since they never came out to do the install but I can definitely bear witness to their unethical business practices.

We recently had a new office suite built and Castle AV Media Solutions handled the installation of our noise cancellation system. Thomas and his crew worked quickly and efficiently always ensuring that we were both aware of the process and prompt to answer any and all questions we had. Top-notch service in my humble opinion and I would have no hesitation recommending Thomas's team. Thank you again for all the hard work. FYI the system works wonderfully!

In preparation for getting our house ready to sell last year in Fenton we bought a new bathroom countertop and two new faucets. J.E Redington Plumbing installed all of the new items quickly and with no issues. He showed up on time and left absolutely no trash behind. Our new fixtures and countertop looked great! I would highly recommend as it can be hard to find a reliable plumber.

When visiting family, you try to be the best house guest, but sometime there are events out of your control...
After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the situation - we searched the internet for a service provider that offered 24/7 (including weekends and holidays) for help...called Mr. Rooter of Franklin County. The answering service was quick to answer and very helpful; and reached out to the local provider to call us directly to schedule the service.
The local provider called right away, I explained our emerging and overflowing situation, but because the household had other toilets available, she did not feel the request for service warranted a technical visit until Tuesday (48 hrs later). I attempted to explain the number of users in the household vs. number of toilets was not an adequate ratio. I then asked if she had any DIY recommendations to help alleviate the clog in the mean time, which she pretended to not understand the question.
Thinking MAYBE she was attempting to save me money, I inquired the cost associated with having a technical provider come out to the house (as it was late) and the difference for weekends - ((as the guest, I was willing to pay)) ... but she still was not willing to schedule service. I asked if technicians / plumbers were available...they were, but she still was not willing to schedule service.
I don't get it...
#1. The advertisement for Mr. Rooter states 24/7 weekends and holidays
#2. Who is this woman to qualify my event as an emergency or non emergency; or what warranted a technical visit or not
#3. If I am attempting to purchase for a service advertised and offered, why would she not provide
#4. How is purposefully allowing a plumbing problem to sit 48+ hours the best alternative
Anyway, if you are reading this advertisement in an attempts to find a quality service provider, keep searching!! Mr. Rooter of Franklin County is pretty shitty (PUN INTENDED) - and the lady who represents the local franchise, she's a fucking asshole!

After reading my enclosed letter with my check for payment, a very nice lady, Connie, called to discuss my concerns. She then contacted the owner and got part of my payment returned to me with an apology. I appreciate the effort put forth to address my complaint.

The technician that came out to the house was very nice but the way they operate I don't care for. When he got here he said what all is wrong I showed him a few things he wrote up different bids for different things and they were all extremely overpriced I ended up paying $500 . My neighbor said he could have done that if I would have just bought the parts. I will always use Dependable plumbing and Sewer never again will I use Hoffman Brothers for anyting

I called their office yesterday to see how much they would charge to replace sump pump . A pleasant lady explained that they would send someone to give me a free estimate tomorrow. I confirmed no obligation estimate.
Today a man calls me that he would have someone come over in morning but from today that they have implemented $69/- service fee if I did not have the service done . I reminded him that I ordered yesterday and was informed of for free estimate. He said they are implementing $69/- from today if did not have the service done. I canceled.
This is a unfortunate business when you show how unreliable you are in your practice. Lost time for me.
