Best Handyman Installation in Sacramento CA

Tim has completed multiple projects in my home since I purchased my West Sacramento house in February 2023. Tim is always puntual, professional, reliable, super friendly, and an excellent listener. He  continues to provide outstanding and quality work. He communicates effectively and makes  reasonable recommendations. He always exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend him. In this day and age it's certainly hard to find honest and efficient handyman that provides high quality results like him!

Serg did a great job.  He has all the small tools that I did not have to finish hanging the industrial strength exterior TV mount in a stucco wall for our large outdoor TV.  I would recommend his very reasonably priced services for those miscellanies jobs around the house.

The two employees showed up a little early, which was great. They got right to work and did a fantastic job on my gate. The end result was a lot better than what I expected and the price seemed reasonable. I would call them again if I need other jobs around the house.

Timely and responsive. No surprises- just did the job at the cost we agreed on with the amount of time expected.

We had an emergency. His wife promised they'd be out by three. At three we called and she said he was backed up but for sure they would come. At four no one answered when we called. At four thirty they finally answered and said they had too many jobs and wouldn't make it. Had to pay another company double to come after hours. So very upsetting.

After recently having a negative experience with a big name plumbing company, I was positively paranoid about calling a plumber to fix a clogged laundy drain that we'd already tried to snake unsuccessfully. All I could imagine was the horror stories I would be told about the terrible problems with my plumbing as they added dollars upon dollars to my estimate.  And then a lightbulb went iff in my head... Why not consult Yelp?

Kyle Frasch plumbing had stellar reviews (with the exception on a single one star review from a person who says he never returned their call) so I figured it was worth giving him a call. He returned my call in a matter of hours and scheduled an appointment to come out the next day.

He was right on time and attempted to snake the drain from the inside, as we had already tried, and didnt have success.  His next plan of action was to go through the vent on the roof, but it was now dark (per my request, he came after I was done with work for the day) and I recommended he come back the following day rather tha  working on the roof in the dark.

Kyle returned the next day and got to work on the roof as I was driving home to neet him at the house. He'd cleared the drain and was waiting for me before I even got home!

Just to be sure it was clear, he ran a hose down the drain to test it and when all was well, he hooked the washer back up and even cleaned up some towels that we'd used to soak up the pond that had leaked from our washer a few days before.

I was telling some friends at work about my experience and at least half a dozen of them have already asked me for his number. For obvious reasons, I've shared it with out any hesitation.

I should also mention that unlike some of the big name companies, Kyle does charge a fee just to come to your house.  However, unlike those other big name companies, he doesnt tack on a bunch of little issues that need to be resolved so that he can charge more.  Despite having to come to my house two days in a row, he charged only for the single house call. ZERO ADDED CHARGES!!! Truly the better than any experience I could have imagined.  Oh, and he guarantees his work for 30 days!

What it comes down to is that Kyle is a young man who prides himself on his reputation.  Such a nice change from what many of us are used to these days.

Paul helped install our under the sink water filter system. He is very professional, thorough and ensured everything worked perfectly before he left. We will definitely work with him for other handyman needs around the house

Sam is a delight. He repaired an odd mix up of electrical wiring on my deck that two previous contractors could not repair.

A gregarious personality, and much experience makes Sam the best handyman I have met since moving to Sacramento five years ago.

Tony replaced about 24 ft of corroded pipes and replaced the rusted valves. The valves and sprinklers are running great. Not only is he a GREAT boxer, he is an excellent handyman! The backyard roof was repaired by his assistant Thomas, who also did an excellent job as well!  I highly recommend them to my neighbors!

Constantin is great! He was incredibly responsive when I was first looking for estimates and then when I met him, I instantly felt that he was trustworthy and up for the job. His handyman rate is very reasonable which can be hard to find right now in today's market.  My project was to convert a newly installed shed into an office, specifically with installing insulation, drywall, windows, and an AC unit. We locked into a SoW and plan very quickly and he got to work. He is such a hard worker and was very patient with me as we worked together to do what was best for the space and problem solve as we went. And the work itself was well-done. He took a shell of a shed and turned it into a warm, comfortable space. He stayed late to make sure the drywall finishing was to his standards and had to do a lot of intricate mudding to fit the design of the shed ceiling. I'm already thinking of new projects and hope that he can be my go-to handyman for years to come.

Showed up on time did good work, he wired in a few 240 volt base board heaters. Great small business, would hire again! Also was able to come out on shorter notice!  Glad I went with this shop

First off, I'd like to say that Ku Handyman Services is like a hidden gem!

I reached out and spoke to Mike regarding lighting replacement and interest in recessed lighting for my kitchen and family room. My kitchen light was an outdated version, and my family room had no lighting whatsoever other than from the ceiling fan, a lamp and natural lighting from outside.

Mike was very responsive and very knowledgeable about what kind of work needed to be done. He made recommendations, sent me pictures of the type of lighting that would work for my house. The communication was on point and he always made time to answer any questions I had. We set up an appointment, he advised me of what needed to be purchased for the project.

Mike arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained all that needed to be done. He is super calm, extremely polite and very professional. He is very detailed with his work to the point of perfection! He is extremely hard working as well. I am very happy with the lighting done on my house, I couldn't have picked a better person to work with. He made my house look and feel like a brand new home. His pricing was extremely affordable and on top of that the work is top notch!  

I would highly recommend his services and will continue to utilize him for future work as I am extremely happy and impressed with his work ethic, knowledge and honesty.

I've had several projects completed by Allen, most of them bizarre and unique to our house (nerf gun arsenal, glass storage/work station, etc), and a few standard (mirror hanging, faucet replacement, etc). He's been very reasonable on costs, game for whatever odd thing I want built, scheduling has been good, and I am very happy with the results! I'll be using him the next time I need something done.
