Mohammed is the most nicest guy I met. I never met the man in person, but over the phone he was so professional.

We had a problem with the temperature of our water everytime we took a shower or just needed hot water. Mohammed responded within minutes and just over the phone he guided us in what to do with our water heater.

Other yelp bussiness asked for them to take a look at it in person, but Mohammad just needed a picture and walk us through in what to do before he made the decision if he needed to come down to check it out. All along the, pilot flame went out.

We hired Raymond to do some plumbing in our master bathroom and he was professional and polite and did a good job. He was able to snake a drain that had a bad clog and everything works great now. We will hire him to do future work we need and recommend him.

I had used this company previously with success and didn't disappoint. My condo needed a replacement bathroom sink shutoff valve after awaking to a pool of water on my upstairs bathroom floor that could have been a disaster. Appreciated them being ultra-responsive in taking my Monday morning call and having a technician over within an hour.  Quite the rarity these days!  Bill sized up the work with a reasonable estimate and then immediately replaced both valves with angle stops and new flex lines.  This saved me lots of stress as had a busy day of work ahead.  Looking forward to using Plumbing Care again soon as got a replacement estimate for the other sink valve time bombs.  Thanks again, Bill!
