Best Water Softener Installatio… in Sacramento CA

After 12 days working with a plumber with Old Republic I had enough, the old plumber came yesterday and replaced parts and still didn't work, he came back out and said he would have to replace hot water heater, by the time he was able to come back out it would be another week or later, they were busy. Now get this husband had open heart surgery and has to clean his huge chest incision daily and now we have another week or more after 12 days of no hot water. Said forget it, called Emergency Water Heater, they said we can come right now. I said give me time to see if they are going to pay me back for this. Old Republic will refund me for this in 14 days ( I had to use my credit card). I called Emergency Water and Plumbing and they came out in 45 min , new water heater installed in 2 hours. Love them guys. I will refer them over and over , they are also reasonable. They are professionals. Thank you Emergency Water Heater and Plumbing, no more trips 30 miles to use someone's shower.

We hired Raymond to do some plumbing in our master bathroom and he was professional and polite and did a good job. He was able to snake a drain that had a bad clog and everything works great now. We will hire him to do future work we need and recommend him.

First up, was able to get appointment immediately and the gentleman showed up in a mask and went right into looking at the problem areas I had mentioned earlier.
Turns out I didnt have a problem after all and he was kind enough to explain why the drain smell was emitting and gave suggestions to remedy that.
so 5 stars from me for complete professionalism , expert opinion and making it as soon as we called.

My wife and I needed to have an installation done for a new bathroom sink faucet. I absolutely recommend R Box Plumbing. They are very fast, kept the price competitive, did the job well, and made no mess.

Let's be honest, we all dread calling service companies for help.  I noticed my water heater was leaking so I called a friend who is a reputable plumber, but not in this area.  He gave me a few tips and pointers, and a recommendation on a brand name water heater.  He also told me how much his rate was to replace a water heater, parts labor and tax.  

So I started calling around with a brand of water heater in mind and an approximate cost that was fair.  I finally called Mike at AccuFlow and he answered my call quickly, addressed all my questions, and gave me a rate over the phone.  

I got a good feeling from these guys so I booked them.  His son Mikey did the install.  He was right on time, communicated well before the appointment about an arrival time, and was done in a timely manner, about 1.5 hours. Come on, if I did it, I would still have no hot water.

Fast forward a few weeks.  Water heater takes a dump.  Mikey stopped by first thing the next morning (I called them at 8pm the night before).  He looked at it, came up with the same solution that I thought, gave me some tips and he took off. Couple days later, no hot water.  He called me on the phone and we walked through some steps that I could try.  No luck, heater was dead.  

He stopped by today and replaced the parts he felt would have been bad from the factory, and now we have hot water.  

So when I received the initial price to install a water heater, I thought it was high, but he was right in line with all other quotes and the price my buddy gave me previously.  When I called with a problem, they addressed it right away.  Today, he showed me the receipt for the replacement parts (Almost $500.00 on a new heater) and said this will be covered by the MFG.  

He has made three trips to my house, 1 to install, 2 for troubleshooting and replacing parts.  All of a sudden, I see good value in customer service and having a Pro do the job.  

Do I recommend these guys?  YES.  
Water Heater failure was not due to the installation, but a bad part.  

How do I know?  Because I watched them do the install.  

Very satisfied customer.  Accuflow will be the first plumber on my list for now on.

** PS ** If the manufacturer doesn't cover these guys on parts and labor, I will add it as a revision.  However, it is a very reputable brand and I'm writing this off to just a bad pick of the batch

You stated that I had fallen victim to scammers and you are absolutely correct!  5 Star Plumbing are the scammers to be sure.  If I was not your customer then why did the white vans have your company name/logo on them?  Also why do I still have a magnetized calling card with your phone number and logo??  Now you are also a straight up liar!  Karma Joe, karma.

We had Yolo Plumbing service people out today and they were FABULOUS! They asked me a service question I have never been asked before, we haven't used up the whole service hour, what else can we help you with during the remaining time?  How cool is that?! They were very friendly, professional, and their work was excellent.
