I highly recommend Snappy Rooter. They called 15 min before arriving, were knowledgeable, courteous and the charges were as stated. All needed equipment was in the truck. Richard stated he'd been with the company for 15 yrs and it was clear he and Matt knew exactly what they were doing. Richard realized the router in the laundry might be messy and was prepared to minimize it. Barely any mess and was completely cleaned up when they left.( This was not my experience with another company). I will definitely use this company again if needed.

I was very happy with the service and John Harris was very professional.  He helped seal up a closing valve behind the new refrigerator I had replaced where it made ice and current doesn't.  The valve was leaking and he came right out to take cate of it for me snd even provided a note so I could be reimbursed by the company who removed and brought the new refrigerator!  I really appreciated that.  Great job, prompt and very courteous! I would definitely recommend him.

Immediately upon moving to Sacramento the AC on the house we had just purchased conked out. We got quotes to replace it from several companies and decided to go with Mac's (Nathan and Steve are very knowledgeable and helpful).

The installation was scheduled 2 weeks later and Steve graciously got us a portable AC unit so we wouldn't roast in the meantime during the 10 days of the extreme heat wave in June. They replaced the AC and furnace with a brand new heat pump, installed new thermostat, new ducting, new attic fan, and new insulation. They also replaced our water heater, fixed the water main, and installed a new toilet and shower fixtures.

They also graciously dealt with SMUD for the rebates and with the cryptic whims of the building department regarding the permits and the inspections.

I'm now thoroughly enjoying freezing cold air, lower energy bills (from $180-$220/month I am now paying ~$140/month), and no more allergies (now the ducting is brand spanking new!).

Mohammed came out to take a look at my water heater. He was able to diagnose the problem right away (bad thermocouple) and repaired it in a short amount of time. He was very friendly and I feel like he charged me a fair price. Give him a call if you need quick reliable service, especially on the weekend!

Please be very careful when you contact this business for any type of plumbing repair.  I would definitely seek a second opinion before you allow them to do any work at your home.

We hired Raymond to do some plumbing in our master bathroom and he was professional and polite and did a good job. He was able to snake a drain that had a bad clog and everything works great now. We will hire him to do future work we need and recommend him.

We had the best experience with Chris! We had a clogged line that needed snaking, and we needed an appointment quickly. They had availability within 24 hrs. Chris was extremely courteous and called us early in the morning prior to our appointment window to let us know he was going to come closer to the end of our 2 hour window, something we have never experienced with contractor/home service appointments. When he showed up (on time!) to snake our clogged pipes, he was polite, clean and made us feel very comfortable that he knew exactly what he was doing. We were prepared to have a huge bill, since the service was excellent, but we were given a military/Yelp discount on top of an already reasonable price. If we ever have plumbing issues, we will definitely be repeat customers. Thank you!

This is a vendor I'm adding my contacts! James came out this morning, to fix our master shower. I'm not only very satisfied with the work done, but also give high marks for being professional, on time, and priced competitively.

I reached out to Mikey at Accuflow on this Saturday afternoon for an urgent repair on a leaky shower project. I initially attempted to tackle this repair myself but after hours of complications and reaching my breaking point, I realized assistance from a pro would be necessary. I didn't have much faith finding a plumber on a Saturday afternoon but had no choice as my main water line to the house could not be turned back on otherwise. Initially I made contact with another reputable plumber whom was unavailable but recommended Mikey with high regards. To my surprise, not only did Mikey answer my call, but could be by within the hour. All (literally) other local plumbers were either closed, unavailable, or never returned my call. Shortly after our conversation, I received a follow up call to let me know he was on the way. Upon arriving, I debriefed him on the situation and wished him luck. This simple task which should have been simple, even caused this seasoned vet hassle. Luckily in the end my shower valve and stuck valve cartridge was no match for Mikey. In the end he got our shower working like new and best of all brought back running water to the house again!
