Best Routine Maintenance in Sacramento CA

I had them come out a little over a month ago because I had water heater issues. They figured out I just needed to slip the circuit breaker and issue fixed. He charged me the obligatory service call amount. My water heater just started having the same issue. I called him and he said it was probably an electrical problem. Total honety!! He could have come out, charged me more money, and who knows what else! Thanks Mike! I would recommend them to anyone!

Mr. Leo M did an excellent job on our plumbing problem in Davis after several other plumbing companies we contacted and tried to rip us off. He is honest and did not stop working until he found out the plumbing issues we were having.

We called out Mac's Plumbing after another plumber delayed his arrival time twice and then failed to show up at all.  Mac's Plumbing was able to get us setup for service the following morning and showed up right on time.

They were uniformed, courteous, friendly, personable, and highly professional.  They put shoe covers on to make sure they do not mess up our floors and then immediately reviewed the issue that I was having.  We were then given an easy to read and understand estimate sheet with affordable and up front pricing.  After we agreed to the estimate they quickly began their work.  While resolving the one issue we were having they discovered a second issue in the same drain line that was most likely the cause of the first one.  They were able to quickly and easily solve that issue as well and there was no additional charge.  After they were done they completely cleaned up after themselves like they were never there.

This was the first time that I have required the services of a professional plumber in our home of 11 years and I have made sure to put their phone number in my contacts list as Mac's Plumbing is the type of company that I want to do business with.  I will highly recommend them to neighbors, friends, family, or anyone if they are in need of a plumber.  Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

We were in a bind with a broken water heater gas control box and Mohammed came right out, gave me a good price, and fixed the issue completely within 2 hours. He was friendly, professional, and prompt.  I will use them again and recommend them.

Please be very careful when you contact this business for any type of plumbing repair.  I would definitely seek a second opinion before you allow them to do any work at your home.

Jeff offered up a solution for a long term sink problem for one of our clients in Fairfield.
