I needed a few repairs done in my home and the Landrum's had the quickest response & best quote! Tim & Alana were very professional & had great customer service. I was able to get an appointment in at my earliest convenience.

Tim made sure he took the extra safety precautions with the people in my home. He finished in less than 2 hours and did not leave a mess. We did a walk through and made sure the job was done thoroughly. I am happy with the services I received and highly recommend Tim to anyone that needs repairs or installations. It can be as little as putting a TV up, or hanging a picture on the wall.

Serg did a great job.  He has all the small tools that I did not have to finish hanging the industrial strength exterior TV mount in a stucco wall for our large outdoor TV.  I would recommend his very reasonably priced services for those miscellanies jobs around the house.

Cor cal contruction did a great job replacing my kitchen sink today. The crew was very professional and they cleaned up the area after finishing the installation. I strongly recommend them. See before and after pics.

Jason is my hero.  He responded to what I thought would be a quick job.  Hook up my gas dryer in my new house.  My dryer is pretty old and the old fittings on my dryer didn't fit the incoming gas line.  Jason went to the hardware store to get the parts he needed to get me hooked up.  He offered to replace my washing machine drain hose and ran out to the hardware store to get what we needed for that too.  I figured  he spent an extra 45 minutes running to the store and back.  He didn't charge me at all for the extra time...just the parts.  He told me to call him anytime I needed help and he was very sincere.  Good man all around.

I just wanted to say thank you for coming out and fixing the problem with our unit last week. The crew was very professional and helpful at the house. Props to Howard for diagnosing the problem and other two guys for double checking everything.

My friend worked with Paul before and recommended him to me. Glad that I contacted Paul to install our chandeliers. Before the appointment, he asked for photos and descriptions of the light fixture to be installed, and gave a reasonable quote. On the day of appointment, he was on time and did a great job. He even organized the boxes of packaging after he finished the installation. We are happy with the new lights and will definitely contact Paul again in the future.

Sam was very responsive to my initial inquiry, and we were able to communicate through Yelp to discuss options and decide on what we needed. In the end, we had the ballasts replaced in a light fixture rather than replace the entire fixture. Since it was a smaller job, we were able to get on his schedule within a couple of days. Reasonable price as well. Will definitely use Sam in the future!!

You get what you pay for. This company said $150 to snake my kitchen sink. $175 later, we thought it was fixed. 2 weeks later our sink is clogged again, and it only took that long because we have been babying it. Absolute cheap hack job. They didn't do the job completely, and there is 'no warranty on snaking'.

Pay more and get a company that stands behind their work, otherwise you get a hack job and have to pay to get a real plumber to fix this companies mistake.

Save your money. Venmo or PayPal only for payment, kind of sketchy

Also- I expect the company to say something, save your money. They are just poor business bullies, who don't care to do a job properly. Or maybe it's me who's wrong, I shouldn't expect a job to last more than 2 weeks.

Arsen and Zav are great! I needed someone to fix my sliding glass door, it wasn't locking and difficult to open. They messaged right away through Yelp and set up and appointment to come out the next day. Everything is up and working and they are extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely be contacting them in the future for any only repairs and so glad I found them! I felt like they were honest guys, which is hard to find in a good repairman. Thank you!

My friends recommended this and I was so happy with the work they did.  I just bought the house and was still living 400 miles away.  I needed a kitchen wall removed and tiled countertops to quartz. We spoke on the phone and discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen.  As the work progressed - he sent me pics and called to make sure it was correct. The kitchen looks great now that the wall is down and countertops placed.  A month after I moved in, I decided to remove the walls between living, dining and family rooms - again the outcome was great.  I highly recommend them for doing any type of work needed.  In the near future, they will be changing out my double doors in the entry way and painting my garage.

My property was experiencing electrical issues. I contacted RE&P on a Sunday and received a quick response and same day appointment. Shah repaired outlets in three different units. The work was finished promptly and efficiently, and the price was very fair. Shah is very knowledgeable and personable as well. I definitely recommend working with this company!

We had a great experience working with Josh and Chris today. Our sewer main line clogged causing water to fill in our bathtubs and one of our toilets flooded. We reached out through Yelp and they responded within 5 minutes. Came out to our house  2.5 hours later. They were able to identify the clog and fix the issue within 1 hour.

We had spoken to over 7 different companies, and Hall's pricing for clearing the clog through the roof  was right on par with what the others quoted for that service. However, many of the other plumbers said we would need to either remove the toilets in both our bathrooms, break cement and/or install a clean out (costing us thousands). We had two other plumbers come out to our home before Halls and neither were able to locate our clean out. Josh and Chris cleared our clog through roof access, but then located our clean out hiding behind bushes in our front yard. The quality of service we received from start to finish is why we would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I was trying to DIY some electrical issues with my bathroom lights and exhaust vent. I spent the entire morning and finally surrendered. I called Safi and he responded right away. What took me 3-4 hours trying to figure out he fixed in less than hour.

Jay is one of the best contractors I have worked with. I own and manage an apartment complex, and I call Jay when I want the job done right. He takes the time to thoroughly explain his plan of action. If there is a need for additional work, I get an explanation of how or why it wasn't inculded in the inital estame. It's alway due to unseen damage, or hidden obstructions that are not visable before the estamate.

I called CK for an urgent situation I had with a tenant property I manage where the single bathroom toilet was not flushing.

After  having the city snake the main line, the toilet would still not flush. I could not replace the toilet unless I moved the sewer line as bathroom not built up to code.

CK Discovered object was flushed down toilet and stuck in backflow portion of the toilet.

CK was awesome and I will save his number for all my future plumbing needs in Sacramento area on other rental properties I own and manage.
