I called CK for an urgent situation I had with a tenant property I manage where the single bathroom toilet was not flushing.

After  having the city snake the main line, the toilet would still not flush. I could not replace the toilet unless I moved the sewer line as bathroom not built up to code.

CK Discovered object was flushed down toilet and stuck in backflow portion of the toilet.

CK was awesome and I will save his number for all my future plumbing needs in Sacramento area on other rental properties I own and manage.

Based on positive reviews and a good first impression I  hired Trevor Young for my remodeling project. He gave me a reasonable bid and promised to start work on Monday. And then at the last minute he sent an email, he had changed his mind, and my project wasn't worth his time. How professional!

Needed to have caulking done in my bathtub because I was unable to do it myself and messed up pretty bad. Made multiple back and forth trips to Lowe's before I finally sent a request at midnight and woke up to Mikes response first thing in the morning being able to do it the same day!
He kept great communication about when he would be able to arrive, and saved the day!!

I called for a dryer repair.  Jeremy came the next day (Sunday!) and found the problem immediately.  He ordered the part, came back and installed it on Monday.  Great service.  Jeremy knows his stuff.  I was impressed he didn't automatically try to sell me a new dryer (like one of his competitors did) simply based on the age of the one I have.  He will be my first and only call next time I have a problem.

I was able to get a fast an accurate quote from Austin for our leaky bathtub faucet. He was able to come out the same day and provide great service. He was respectful and fast. He detailed the work that he was doing and charged a fair price. Accepts card and Venmo. Thank you!

I've use their services fixing my refrigerators(3 of them) 2 of my washer and dryers, service my AC units in 3 of my places...doing plumbing work on 2  location...and doing fence work as well...all this in about a period of 3 years. Our kitchen sink flooded and property management had Jon come out! He was responsive, flexible with our schedule and efficient.

Jon was respectful and I really appreciated how he removed his shoes upon entering our home. He quickly got to work, assessed the issue, and unclogged our sink!

I highly recommend you hire Damien for any of your  household needs. He's very professional, quick, efficient, as well as trust worthy. He actually charged me less then what he had first quoted me. Initially we hired him to just patch up a few holes around our house as well as match the paint to have it looking brand new. He went above and beyond that and went around the house and touched up the base boards with some fresh paint (for free) just so we could get the maximum amount back from our deposit. Overall just a great person. Will definitely be hiring him for any type of work I may need in future.
