This is an update to my previous review. I received a call Saturday morning from the owner apologizing for no one returning my calls the night before. There was some misunderstanding/ lack of communication with the answering service. He offered to send us a gift card for future service, but since we still hadn't had our issue resolved, he sent someone over immediately - they arrived within 20 minutes. They did a great job replacing the water heater and dealt with a couple other issues, and ended up giving us a substantial discount to compensate for the night before. Thank you so much Klaus and Sons!

How can you claim you're a 24 hour service and not return phone calls 24 hours? I called at 7:30pm on Friday regarding a broken water heater flooding our garage and was transferred to the answering service. They took a message, and an hour later I still hadn't heard anything. I called again and the answering service said they didn't know when I would receive a call back. How is this 24 hour service???

My land lord recommend me Rush HVAC, I did not have a choice since I am renting, an bragged about how professional an how detail they are an how they take the time to explain any questions I have.
Issac from Rush air conditioning shows up with my land lord and supervisor maintenance to inspect the massive problem of my AC system not working properly and what I suspected to be mold inside the HVAC ducking system.
Long story short, Issac puts his hand on the mold that he says it is just dust..how does dust accumulate inside a duct when their is a filter?? But he says it is just dust, he puts his hand on the mold an try to put it in front of my face. I immediately step back 10 steps back and ask him how does he know it is dust. Issac reply back saying, I'm pretty sure it is not mold. So mush for a yes or no answer. I asked him if he could remove a vent for inspection. Issac replied back No.
Issac could not remove two screws and a vent. I had to use my own tools to remove two screws an a vent an inspect it my self. The only thing Issac was nice about was he let me borrow his step stool.
Issac recommend to just bust all the old ducking out and install all new duct work. I ask him again what about the mold, he replied back with a sarcastic remark making me feel stupid.
I had this dust inspected by a certified mold expert an find out that it is positive for mold, high level of mold, the name of the type of mold is Cladosporium. I recommend Issac to go get him self checked out at the doctor since he rubbed the mold all over his hands and never did wash his hands. He also blamed my cats for the malfunction of the HVAC system not operating correctly and also said that I had an incorrect air filter. He did not recommend any kind of advice to protect me or my family.
Maybe it is not Issac's fault, maybe his manager did not train him properly to do his job.
I just did not like the fact that I had to remove the ceiling tile, unhook the flex pipe, told him to be very careful with the mold and then remove the vent.
The only thing he did was let me borrow his step stool, re install the vent upside down an made me feel stupid in my own home.

This is a horrible company. I own a brand new home and was provided emergency numbers to call for service after hours. My kitchen sink was leaking last night and my island was flooded. To me that's an emergency so I called Gibson the representative asked details about my problem and told me she would get in contact with her on call personnel and then I would hear back from her. I was able to shut off the water to my kitchen while I waited. I didn't hear back so we went to bed. This morning 8/17 at 7am a man calls me which woke me up. He said he was from Gibson and asked want my issue was I explained what happened. The man then proceeded to scold me stating my issue wasn't an emergency and he had been called at midnight for this. The woman who initially answered my call should should have told me that they wouldn't address this until Monday instead of calling him at midnight. How was that my fault I called at 7pm and didn't hear back until 7am just to be woken up by a rude man scolding me about using their emergency number. My kitchen island being flooded is an energy to me but if that's not what they consider worthy of on call work I should have been notified at the time of my call. It still took them 12 hours to respond to my emergency call so if a pipe had burst my whole house would have been flooded by the time they decided to return my call. Please do yourself a favor and don't call these people with your emergencies there are much better companies who practice customer service out there. I called them because my home builder provided their number in my manual.

We had three other plumbing companies give us estimates which ran $1,200 to $1,500 dollars and then we called the 24-hour Express and they sent Shane Lee and Chris who came looked at our plumbing needs, fixed it and to our amazement, for under $200. Shane and Chris were also very professional, wiped their feet, cleaned up after themselves and we will recommend their company to everybody.

So, these guys are amazing. This is gonna be kind of long so here's the short vereion. Fast quote, quality work and amazing speed. Their team arrived day 1 of a full repipe job including the main and the water was back on for the whole house by 6pm. This blew my mind.
Up here in Lake Arrowhead, plumbers and tradesman in general were so backed up with work we were getting quotes to start 3 weeks out after a major leak into the foundation of our 1960s three story craftsman necessitated a full repipe of all the original galvanized piping.
A day after I called, Toby drove out and laid out a plan for replacing everything with PEX (the good stuff too, Uponor with compression fittings), including digging out my original and heavily corroded main water line and replacing with a thick copper pipe. Even before the Military discount and the Yelp special they had going on, the quote for this came in very competitive.
A few days after the original survey, Alfonso and his
team roll in and somehow have the entire houses plumbing completely replaced with fully insulated PEX by 6pm. Even the main line was somehow replaced day 1, with the digging 30' down through my concrete driveway and everything. It was amazing to see. They even added a few extra outdoor hose bibs and a area for a future kitchenette and fridge ice maker line etc which were last minute add-ons. 10/10. Did I mention they insulated damn near every inch of that piping with half inch insulation?
I am not worried about pipes bursting at all now.
Other then the holes in the drywall and the cut out driveway sections.. by the end of the day you couldn't even tell they had been there in other sections due to how well they had plasticed everything off.
After the work passed inspection by the county, the repair guys did a phenomenal job repairing the drywall in all 3 floors and matching the various texture well. They left it primed and super easy for us to paint, at our request (good excuse to change colors).
The driveway took a bit longer to get finished due to inspector availability (I did mention how busy up here everyone seems to be), but once it passed they did a great job redoing the drive and it's been solid for weeks now through even the first freezing temps of the season.
We went from only being able to use one shower at s time to being able to run every single faucet and shower simultaneously without pressure drop. If you're thinking of a repipe or need it like we did.. call these guys they are fantastic!

Same day service, knowledgeable and fair! Service tech was friendly and had to troubleshoot a bit to fix the problem. Literally from phone call to fixing the problem was 1 hour.

After doing a little research on yelp I called Mark with a to-do list of 4 plumbing maintenance issues around our house--none were emergencies, all were annoying. Mark listened and told me what to get for his visit--a new kitchen faucet and a cartridge for the leaking bath faucet (covered under warranty from the manufacturer). When I got everything I called back and he came the next day with all the other supplies he needed. He and Chris replaced the kitchen faucet, fixed the leaky bath hot water supply and replaced the bathtub drain stoppers in both baths. The kitchen sink works better than it has in 10 years when it was first installed, and the baths are great. It is such a pleasure to deal with professionals who come prepared with a great attitude and work ethic. I am really pleased to have found this service and would highly recommend them.

After experiencing another slab leak I decided to repipe the entire house. Each vendor I met with provided a professional presentation, however, it was ART with Repipe Pro that earned my business. One conversation and it was clear why they call him the Father of Plumbing. Art's industry expertise and skillset was quite impressive. He was extremely generous with his knowledge and time as he walked me through the repipe process, products and pricing. The quote he provided was reasonable and he stands behind his work with a lifetime guarantee! The fact that Repipe Pro has stellar reviews and long-term employees is a testament to Art's business ethics. The crew was organized, efficient and respectful, and the work was completed in a professional and timely manner. Consider me another satisfied Repipe Pro customer for life!

I actually don't know about their plumbing services but had the misfortune of being on the freeway yesterday with their truck. On 11/30/2022 between 10;30 am an 11:30 am they were driving west bound on the 210 to the southbound 57 and I was going the same direction, luckily got away from them when they went on the 60 west.
They tailgate horribly to the point I did not feel safe. They cut me off at least twice not to mention the other motorists they did the same things to so whoever was driving yesterday SHAME ON YOU. If you are in a company truck that represents the company very clearly you really should be much more careful.
