Fernando, helped my client and I with a sewer inspection. Fernando was just great. He was a straight up guy, reasonable in price, and committed to serving the client! He got back to us quickly and stayed in communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend his services!

We all know becoming a new home owner can come with s few headaches thankfully Bullseye Plumbing came to our rescue! They were very efficient and came out within the hour of us calling. Repaired and customized the drain for our washing machine. Then two days later came to our rescue once again for our leaking water heater, due to old piping.

I called and left a message that I need a new water heater. They called back within the hour and gave me a basic quote but said they could stop by later to double check on the quote. About 30 mins later Tracy called and said he could stop by and give me a quote now and also do the install now if I wanted. ( I didn't have time for that so I had him come back the next morning) Tracy was on time and got straight to work. Took no time at all. When he was done he helped make sure all the faucets were working correctly and that there were no air bubbles. He then walked me through on how to restart the pilot if it ever went out and how to drain it every year to keep it clear. Now, I like to wait a few months to make sure everything is working before I give a review. This was August 1 when he came out, it is not beginning of October and everything is still working and I'm going to have him back out to do some other plumbing. Highly recommend.

Marcus and his team are top notch. He responded quickly, effectively and professionally.  He is down to earth, and refreshingly honest!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF WHEN EVER THEY CAN!

I had the misfortune to have this company do a service call on my roof top swamp cooler. Somehow, it started leaking and my HOA called Root-O-Matic to stop the leak. The bill the HOA presented to me came in at 2 hours at 84.00 per hour, 168.00. The repair was for adjusting the float valve.
I felt that this was an excessive amount of time to do such a simple repair. I complained to the HOA. They told me they couldn't adjust the invoice and to call John, and talk to him. I call several times and left messages for John and Luis. I even called, asking for a quote on doing a repair. Neither answered or returned my calls. I had to resort to using a fictions name to speak with Luis. With out going into detail, and acting like a stupid home owner, he accurately diagnosed the problem and said it was an easy fix, no more than and hour. So, 84.00.
I call the HOA back and relayed what I found out. Again, no help but the HOA guy there said he would talk to the owner, John, about why they billed out at 2 hour for a 30 minute job. When the HOA guy got back to me, he said they didn't have a ladder to get to the roof and had to go back to the shop. So I have to pay for their stupidity!!!!!!! I called John again and left a VM. Again, no return call.
If you still think it is a smart idea to use this company, make sure to tell them all the tools that they need to bring. Ladders, hammers, pliers, drain cleaner, might even remind them to bring their truck. Otherwise, they will be more than happy to over bill you when they didn't bring what they needed. Oh, I and I suspect that they will be more than happy to bill you when they don't do the job right too. Just make sure you keep an eagle eye on them.

Estimator walked in and said wow you have a million dollar view, I think he added that to our estimate. He quoted me 1440.00 to do the job. I decided to do it myself and cost was 200.00 and finished it in 6 hours over two day period.

I live in the Thousand Oaks area and was searching for a handy man to mount a tv and do some other things for me in my new place. These guys exceeded my expectations. They were the most professional i've seen. Very nice people and a pleasure to have. Did the jobs perfectly. Better then I could have expected. I would recommend Angel and Chris to anyone!! We have used Steven of Daily Solutions several times and are very happy with his work ethic, promptness, follow through and he even cleans up after himself.  Pricing is very fair.

They took my info. Then the lady said that dispatch will call to schedule or see if they can come out today. They never returned my call. So went to another company there lose.

Terry is great!  He came right out and fixed our leaky sink.  Very professional, fast, friendly!

Wonderful response time, wonderful service, wonderful price! Main sewer line was clogged and everything in the house that could drain was draining into the downstairs shower (which was overflowing into the bathroom) and David came out after normal business hours to fix the problem swiftly and efficiently. Of many plumbers called, he was the first to respond; others called were just starting to call back by the time he arrived on site. :-) Couldn't have asked for a better plumbing experience. Had a new water heater and central heat/air installed in our 20 year old modular. The service was amazing and everything is working great. What a relief from the heat of August!
Kevin was so thorough and professional. He even came back the following day (his day off) just to check with us and make sure everything was the way we wanted it.

After being neglected and getting the run around from the manufactured home dealer we bought the home from last year, we were so LUCKY to find John and his crew -- they fixed all of the problems!  This included everything from re-leveling, repairing the roof (in a big way), fixing leaking windows, to replacing the belly wrap and other items underneath the house.  They completed the job on time and were very reasonably priced; they arrived when promised and showed themselves to be a professional hard-working company.  We will for sure use them for all of our future needs.  THANKS GUYS! :)

Do not use this service, he's dishonest and ripped us off for $750 and did no work. I tried to talk to him and he hung up on me and refused to answer when i called back. I've reported him for doing business with no city business licenses and now will take him to court and get our money back. Also just found out he doesn't  even know how to do the job yet he took our money knowing that. No wonder he requires 75% up front. He's a thief.

He also bid $1,000 to install a kitchen water filter system and a gate. We knew that was outrageous and hired someone else to do both items for a total of $300 and that person did an excellent job. Here's the breakdown just to give you an idea how badly this guy will gouge you with pricing.
Filter - $112.50
Gate - $187.50

Save yourself and avoid this guy, not to mention he admitted showing up at our house with covid and didn't tell us until it was too late. My husband and I are still trying to get through it, I ended up with covid pneumonia.
