This was my first time connecting with a plumber via Yelp and I could not be more pleased!  Luke arrived a few minutes early, which I really like.  The work was done quickly and the result was a flawless repair.  I really appreciate owner run businesses, they take great pride in their work and go the extra mile.  Ohnstad Pluming is now my go to plumber.  Highly recommend you use him for your plumbing needs and, yes, the 530 area code is correct. :)

Pete in the main office did a fine job of explaining the benefits of the Bradford White water heaters that Savage and Son sells. That, plus previous superb service from Roxy and Mel, convinced us to have the firm supply a new unit. Phil and Shawn installed it promptly, efficiently, and proficiently!

David came and repaired my plumbing issue quickly. He was professional knowledgeable with my issue. I would recommended him for your plumbing needs. He was highly recommended to me .

Our water heater flooded the garage on a Sunday morning. Using Yelp we reached out to a few plumbers. 5-Star Plumbing responded within 15 minutes, and provided an honest estimate.  Dave was at our home within an hour. He is quite experienced, and worked efficiently.  He removed the old water heater, installed a new one, and hauled away all debris, all within about 4+ hours. We paid a small premium for the work done on Sunday, but it was worth it to us. We are grateful that Dave was willing to postpone his plans for that day, and help us. Barb called 2 weeks later as a follow-up to ensure our satisfaction.

Fernando, helped my client and I with a sewer inspection. Fernando was just great. He was a straight up guy, reasonable in price, and committed to serving the client! He got back to us quickly and stayed in communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend his services!

Long review, but I feel you need the backstory.

My tub was slow to drain, and I purchased a Home Warranty a couple years ago, so I put in a claim. The company sent out Roto Rooter. I figured, it's a National company, so they should be able to fix this, right?

Well, after the guys said they snaked the drain about 10 feet, the snake wouldn't go any farther. They said, because the house was old, the line needed to be replaced. Sounded reasonable. The bill after snaking the line was over $260! AND....my tub drained slower than before they got there!

In comes Rooter Bee's AJ. He was super logical even on the phone call, and was able to come out the next day. He was prompt, clean, courteous, and incredibly smart and logical in diagnosing what could be happening.

AJ did a full diagnosis before starting to work, which the other plumbers did not. He went into the crawl space and found MY LINE HAD ALREADY BEEN REPLACED!!!  Roto Rooter's guys never went into the crawl space, and if I had taken their professional opinion, they would've charged me for a replacement that was unnecessary!

After coming out of the crawlspace, AJ snaked the drain, and in 20 minutes, it was cleared. His invoice to me was LESS than Roto Rooter, and my problem was fixed!

As long as he will have me as a client, AJ will be my one and only plumber!

Quick response and fair prices. Joe left the kitchen clean and was super polite. Arrived at the time specified and thoughtfully diagnosed the issue with my sink. I will DEFINITELY use this company for any future plumbing issues.

A toilet clogged in the middle of the night (on a Sunday night, no less) at a vacation rental we manage. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search and found RAM Plumbing. I called this place up & they scheduled us to come out the next day.  Joseph came & pumped out our septic tank & hooked us up with a plumber to fix our pump. He was very polite & courteous & helped us out so we could use our water until the pump gets repaired. We appreciate his help & work & would use this company again. Thank you Joseph!

I wish we could give 10 starts to Mike.  He is awesome and the level of service he provides is outstanding.  We had an issue with our very old water heater in our newly bought condo and he came out and helped us in a pinch.  He advised us that upgrading to a new one might be the smart move over time.  He came through when we needed him, was in constant communication with us through the process, and took care of us by replacing the water heater and getting us to code.  Excellent customer service and workmanship. He came on time & he came prepared. He quickly diagnosed the problem & fixed it. Most of all he was courteous.  We had a great customer service experience that we will never forget .. The water was very hard here & some of the sinks & water valves had build up / leaking. The A/C unit wasn't putting out much air flow. I called Walker River Mechanical & Matt came over with some ideas. His team replaced the sinks, repaired the leaks, installed a soft water treatment with R/O water to the sink & fridge. The A/C unit had a leak on the main unit - sealed & everything is wonderful. The team was professional / cleaned up their mess & they stand by the work provided. I can't thank them enough so I wanted to tell everyone here.

After reading reviews now I see a pattern. Jerry worst customer service! Unprofessional! After trying for a month to have him return my calls (receptionist said he was there then came back and said he just left) of course he did⁉ fly by night .. glad I found out before engaging their service. Can't imagine doing business with them‼

I have been so disappointed with this company. We used them on a recommendation from a friend. It was just after Thanksgiving and we were going to have a garage heater installed. The  tech came out and got a list of items he would need to get it installed. I asked him how long it would take to get the parts and finish the installation. He said he could have it done by Thursday or Friday (it was Tuesday when he came to look). I didn't hear from him for a couple of weeks and thought it was because of the holidays, so we called the office and set up another appointment. 2 weeks later we have the appointment set and the installer is supposed to be here by noon at the latest to install the heater. Not only did he show up 6 HOURS LATE, but when I explained we were expecting him by noon and had cancelled appointments to accommodate this he was completely dismissive and said I don't know why they would have told you that I would have be here by then. I was on another job. We let him do his installation and paid almost $1100. About a week later, I'm standing outside the house and I notice this god-awful eyesore pipe sticking out from the side of the house rather than from the back of the house where it was previously discussed to have been placed. Now, not only does it look like complete and utter shit, but we've had 2 more appointments which have also not been met. One being today by noon where the tech was supposed to come out and reroute the exhaust pipe. He still hasn't shown up and it's 4:15 pm and I called the office and we've already called the office twice today. At least call your customers and let them know if you're going to be late. I'm tired of wasting my time waiting for this awful company to come and fix their mistakes.
