Savage & Son to the rescue again!  We were out of the country and the sitter noticed a water issue in the kitchen and turned off the water.  I called Savage this morning and they came out and fixed the issue.  We have used them for years and recommend them 110%

David the owner came out to fix a hose bib and had a great attitude, showed up on time and even fixed some heating ducts that were hung up with zip ties by another company. Will definitely call them again!!!

Long review, but I feel you need the backstory.

My tub was slow to drain, and I purchased a Home Warranty a couple years ago, so I put in a claim. The company sent out Roto Rooter. I figured, it's a National company, so they should be able to fix this, right?

Well, after the guys said they snaked the drain about 10 feet, the snake wouldn't go any farther. They said, because the house was old, the line needed to be replaced. Sounded reasonable. The bill after snaking the line was over $260! AND....my tub drained slower than before they got there!

In comes Rooter Bee's AJ. He was super logical even on the phone call, and was able to come out the next day. He was prompt, clean, courteous, and incredibly smart and logical in diagnosing what could be happening.

AJ did a full diagnosis before starting to work, which the other plumbers did not. He went into the crawl space and found MY LINE HAD ALREADY BEEN REPLACED!!!  Roto Rooter's guys never went into the crawl space, and if I had taken their professional opinion, they would've charged me for a replacement that was unnecessary!

After coming out of the crawlspace, AJ snaked the drain, and in 20 minutes, it was cleared. His invoice to me was LESS than Roto Rooter, and my problem was fixed!

As long as he will have me as a client, AJ will be my one and only plumber!

Had to call them out twice for minor plumbing repairs.  Very courteous and prompt.  The prices were reasonable.

A toilet clogged in the middle of the night (on a Sunday night, no less) at a vacation rental we manage. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search and found RAM Plumbing. Walker River Mechanical is fantastic.  I have a home service warranty through American Home Shield and usually for emergencies it takes days for a company to get to my house.  However, Walker River Mechanical was on the scene in less than an hour and a half.   Justin was very friendly, professional, and methodical.  He had the job done in very short order and we had hot water again!

I had an emergency leak on a gate valve at 7pm. I called 4 plumbing business who responded were busy, I can come by at noon tomorrow. And my favorite Not tonight.
I called DandD. The person who answered was knowledgeable and quick to respond. She had Albert call me within 3 minutes and discuss the issue. He was at my house with all the proper tools in 20 minutes. He was nice even though my 3 lb chihuahua barked at him the ENTIRE time. He giggled and smiled. I will never call anyone but DandD plumbing.

simply great. They fixed my gas stove and central heater for only 225 bucks. I thought it was going to be thousands. Every other company would not help me for at least 30 days. I love this company!
