They have great employees and are honest!  Roxie recently installed two new toilets for us and I must say that she is a beast. Jesse stopped by to help fix a sink that leaked and had drainage issues.  He also explained a shower system that had been installed by the previous owner.  Extremely polite, detailed, and efficient.  Will go back to Hoffman plumbing if any further problems arise.

A toilet clogged in the middle of the night (on a Sunday night, no less) at a vacation rental we manage. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search and found RAM Plumbing. I had a water heater that stopped working, other places I called said it would take at least a week for them to come out.  I called Rafa and he was in the hood and said he could stop by and take a look.  20 mins later he was at the door, had it figured out in 10, got the part ordered and installed the next day!  Highly recommend this outfit, professional!

We have had an issue with a noisy pipe turning on hot water in our kitchen.  Due to good reviews on my neighborhood app I called.  Mike was very kind on phone and advised what his fees were.  He was able to stop by same day and take a look.  Within minutes he found the issue and didn't charge.  Not only that, our next door neighbor had a broken pipe due to freezing that happened before Mike got to our house.  This neighbor didn't have the correct tool needed to turn water off completely.  Mike did that as well.  
This person is honest, helpful and kind.
I see on his add he gives discounts to seniors and vets.

Came out same day and took care of the issue right away. Had a deep clogged pipe and he snaked it out and got it all cleared. Great communication. Super prompt. Very fair pricing and professional. My new go to plumber

I don't know what happened to this once great company but it has hit bottom. Matthew came out to quote a swap cooler install and I never heard from him again. I called the office for several weeks and was promised every time that I would hear back but never did. Matthew, It would be a lot better for you to admit to your customers that you don't want to do the job or can't do the job. It's just a common courtesy so that you don't waste our time. Very unprofessional.

Was referred to Riley plumbing by a local friend. The heater at my vacation home was blowing air 24/7. Wouldn't be a problem if the air was cold..but it wasn't and it was during the summer months. I contacted Riley Plumbing and made an appointment with them from afar. My local friend me them at my house and they diagnosed the issue. It needed a new board. They came back the following day and installed the new board. Seems to be working just fine now. I just called them to come again and install a new thermostat...I'm sure that service call will go as smoothly.
