Best Sump Pump Repair in Reno NV

Our headaches began, when we trusted the reviews on YELP. We hired Trevor to handle as much remodeling as he was qualified to handle. That was a mistake. Trevor has just  enough knowledge to  appear as though he is qualified. Almost everything he touched in a 3 month span has cost us money to  be fixed by a professional. He completely disassembled our HVAC for a repair. That fix cost me appx $7k, as I had to hire an HVAC contractor to fix both of  his HVAC jobs that he totally jacked. His bathroom remodel left sewer drains dumping into our sub floor vs. correctly tie in to sewer lane. His electrical work all  has to  be corrected and put ip  to code. I am still having those issue resolved almost 3 months later. I consider myself lucky, he did not burn either of the properties down to the  ground!

Trevor always seemed to be hurting for money. Always  wanted to be paid before the jobs finished or inspected. Serious red flags!

God help anyone risking their property on his work product. I'm up to almost $10k getting his work fixed.

A toilet clogged in the middle of the night (on a Sunday night, no less) at a vacation rental we manage. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search and found RAM Plumbing. I had a water heater that stopped working, other places I called said it would take at least a week for them to come out.  I called Rafa and he was in the hood and said he could stop by and take a look.  20 mins later he was at the door, had it figured out in 10, got the part ordered and installed the next day!  Highly recommend this outfit, professional!

I found Mike (Mansfield Plumbing) through Yelp and I'm so grateful I did.  I feel I've found a plumber for life - which is priceless when you need plumbing services.

Mike came out to provide tankless water heater maintenance.  He was on time, knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was going to do.  He was quick, thoroughly cleaned up afterwards and reasonably priced.  

It's the big things (knowledge, pricing, prompt, communication - all of which he excels) but it's also the little things.  It's a relatively new construction and he noticed that there was a plastic plug (instead of copper).  While he could've left it, he knew it was good to change to copper.   He had the plug with him, and while it likely didn't cost much for the part, he didn't charge me (even though I offered to pay for it).  

I highly recommend him!

Throughly IMPRESSED!!! First of all Brian answers his own calls personally, YES and the OUTSTANDING customer service starts the moment he answers the phone. I had a clogged kitchen sink, called Brian said I can be out shortly and he was! Prompt, Professional Personable and Knowledgeable. Brian came in set up professionally keeping safety first an foremost, letting me know what he was doing and BAM everything was fixed! Brian verified operation several times, making sure everything was working and clean before leaving. Brian's price was BEYOND FAIR if anything he undercharges for the QUALITY and SERVICE he provides. As a contractor myself I can't say enough about ALL GOOD PLUMBING and I will recommend him to all my family,friends and peers.

The water was very hard here & some of the sinks & water valves had build up / leaking. The A/C unit wasn't putting out much air flow. I called Walker River Mechanical & Matt came over with some ideas. His team replaced the sinks, repaired the leaks, installed a soft water treatment with R/O water to the sink & fridge. The A/C unit had a leak on the main unit - sealed & everything is wonderful. The team was professional / cleaned up their mess & they stand by the work provided. I can't thank them enough so I wanted to tell everyone here.

They scheduled me within one day of my phone request. Albert was great very careful, did a fine job. We are so happy with the work and the promptness!  And the labor charge was reasonable. Would definitely use them again.
